Neither were other customers walking out in loud dissatisfaction. Strange experience. INVENTORY: The inventory listed online accurately reflects the store stock. I easily found Ayr saline nasal wash with aloe that was sold out at other stores. The store had plenty of seasonal inventory. An aisle full of Valentine's gifts and sweets. Like Hello Kitty merch and adorable stuffed animals. If you want to get an early start on Easter shopping in January, get stocked up at this CVS. They have Peeps and various holiday candy. I was pleasantly surprised with bookish selection as this store. Even paperbacks for trending authors were in stock - Colleen Hoover and Mary Kubica. If you're still in vision board mood, you can get magazines at this location! There are plenty of baking and cooking magazines in case you're looking for new recipes! SERVICE: Service at this location is non existent. There are no employees staffing the checkout. When I finally found an employee in the aisle and asked for assistance with a coupon, it was met apathy and rudeness. I felt like I was imposing. All I wanted was to buy a nasal spray and apply a coupon if applicable, but it proved to be difficult. PARKING: The parking lot is mostly very dim even by the entrance. It did not create a feeling of safe environment for me as a woman. Overall, this store has ample inventory and likely everything you are seeing in stock online. Purchased hand soap from an end cap on the near the north doors earlier this morning along with half and half. At home I discover that the pump on the handsoap will not deploy. I ride my ebike up which I lock, but unable to secure to a stationary object. I go in, grab a repalcement--notice a growing line at custormer service where they dispense lotto tickets so I go back to the register with the defective bottle of soap, the replacement bottle of soap and my receipt. Nice kid at the register says he can't exchange; calls manager who doesn't come out to speak to me but tells the kid I have to go to customer service. Srsly? An unused bottle of handsoap for an unused bottle of handsoap and a receipt from a few hours earlier in the day. Thanks for the runaround Mr. Manager.

The layout was completely confusing -- no clear aisles, random displays in weird places, and misplaced signage. This store also seemed to have more than typical amount of items locked in shelves. It definitely didn't have the typical CVS feel. I couldn't not notice Mother's Day flower display at the front of the store. I arrived on Mother's Day evening (around 7 PM). As for the flowers... yikes. They were wilted, drooping, and definitely not something you'd want to give your mom (or anyone else). It looked like they'd been sitting there for days without water. It wasn't a new wilt. For a major holiday like Mother's Day, I expected much better. It would be great if this section was cared for. I found this very disappointing for anyone who was considering buying flowers at the end of the day. The good news is that the items that I needed (cat food, dish washing liquid, and hand soap) were all on sale. I got a very good deal (for CVS) spending about $20. I was happy with the price but so unhappy with the rest of this CVS! I hope that this store improves, it's such a convenient location in Lakewood.

My first instinct was to go to the hardware store, but I quickly located both of these at this location. Inventory: The store is well organized and stocked. It not only has personal care and grocery store items, but also plenty for hardware, gardening, and car merchandise. Deals: This store location has a lot of deals. They are clearly marked! For instance, clothing closeouts for $2.98! Fantastic deal! Seasonal Merch: This store is ready for fall and Halloween. You'll find an aisle with costumes and masks. Boxes with pumpkins are also available in the store. Service: Service is very friendly and prompt. Parking: Parking lot is spacious. Parking lot lighting is a bit dim at this location in the evening. But for some reason, the store on Fulton said they don't have a public restroom which I doubt that they don't have a bathroom. They just don't want to take the time to clean it in my opinion.
