Attention Walmart Management: selective receipt checks are not customer service…read more I shop at this Walmart regularly because it is close to me, not because the experience is pleasant. Most of the greeters at the door are polite, but one employee consistently acts as if he has the authority to target certain customers while ignoring others. He reminds me of one of the Minions, but with less intelligence and permanently seated and located right at the front door. On my most recent visit, after I completed my purchase at self-checkout, where every item is scanned and the entire area is heavily monitored by cameras and staff, this employee watched multiple white shoppers and other customers with full carts walk straight out without being stopped. Then he chose to single me out and ask for my receipt. That did not feel random. It felt selective, discriminatory, and intentional. If Walmart is going to rely on self-checkout, surveillance, scanners, and employees hovering over customers while they ring up their items, then selectively stopping certain people at the door only adds humiliation to the experience. It sends a very clear message about who is viewed as "suspicious." I called the store immediately afterward and spoke to a manager named (COACH whoever), but the response was dismissive and gave me no confidence that this behavior would be addressed. That was just as disappointing as the incident itself. No customer should feel racially profiled, targeted, or harassed after paying for their items. Walmart needs to do better training its employees and managers, because selective enforcement and discriminatory treatment are unacceptable. No wonder they have only 2 stars!

She was very quick and friendly. I was in and out within a few minutes. I went to purchase my items and the cashiers were very friendly as well. I swear I need to put blinders on when I go into Walgreens or I'll buy the whole store haha made it out with a few after Halloween sales and on my merry way. They follow up with me on my medications to make sure I'm taking them, and whenever I ran out of a medication before and needed a refill quickly, Kayla and Jan would provide that for me on the same day. Jan helped me many times resolve issues with my insurance and doctors and she was very patient and professional in her conduct. Kayla is the nicest person you can ever meet; I had surgery and couldn't walk, and they had an issue with deliveries at the time, so Kayla personally delivered my medications for me, twice. She's very patient, and she genuinely cares about patients and goes the extra mile, she goes way beyond what you expect to be dictated in a costumer policy, her job is personal to her. The staff is nice, very helpful and knowledgeable, never had to worry about refills or missing doses, and I just read online that AHF pharmacies are a not-for-profit healthcare provider, and that a big portion of their earnings go back into serving patients and communities with a focus on HIV patients.
