Pharmacy has thrown off my prescription pickup so many times because they are closed or no pharmacist. Prescription is filled one day, go to pick it up the next, but the store is closed and then when I do pick it up, my regiment is thrown off because of their store problems making it impossible to take meds consistently. Filled on the 15th, not pharmacist the 16th, pick up on 17th and now all my meds are thrown off because I have to either skip a few days and make extra trips to the store. Why should we be penalized because you fill the prescription one day, closed the next and the next month I have to wait another 3-4 days (after meds have run out)? Your department has a SERIOUS problem! read more

For the most part I am satisfied with Walgreens services. When you're dealing with pharmaceuticals, it's controlled by the government so the store has very little to say about things. I have been disappointed several times when prescriptions aren't ready on time but most the time it's not their fault. I shop there regularly. read more

I picked up a prescription by going through the drive through. Only because I just wasn't up to going inside. It seemed to take forever, but when I was leaving I noticed that the parking lot was full also. They can't help it when everyone wants to pick up their stuff at the same time. Prescription was correct, copay was reasonable, the clerk asked if I needed anyone to explain the medication, what more could I ask for. read more

My doctor sent over an emergency prescription for me while I was staying at the nearby Hampton Inn. We waited forever in the drive thru pharmacy line only to be told they were too busy to fill it and could we come back in an hour and a half. We went back to the hotel and then came back in the time requested. They again said they were too busy to fill it and asked us to come back. This time we said no and that I really needed my meds and refused to drive off without them. It was the pharmacist himself who "helped" us each time. We had our windows down during both of our waits and it appears each customer had a problem of some sort at the pharmacy window. Not quite sure what the deal is here. Hopefully they figure it out because this sure is a busy location and medication is not something to be messed with. read more

I have two insurances and my doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy. First insurance went through leaving the prescription with only seven dollars. The second did not go through, but the pharmacy decided that it made more sense not to fill this pain pill prescription from me having a tooth pulled out of my mouthwithout having without having more information from me even though it was only seven dollars, which is an amount most people would pay for a prescription so as far as I'm concerned, this place does not give a shit if you were in pain read more

Walgreens has finally lost me as a customer as this was the last straw! Went in to get kids' medicine but I seemed to choose the only Walgreen's medicine that was not part of the BOGO promotion. Employee said I couldn't do a return, because the system wouldn't update for 30 minutes. Traveling & don't have time to wait around. Ad is misleading, employees not helpful or knowledgeable, and a system that won't let you return something if it was just purchased are all reasons why this will be my last visit to Walgreens. read more

11/5/13 I went to pick up my Rx but it had been returned to stock. The clerk told me it would be ready in 45 min. I realized I would not be able to wait so I said I'll come back for it. An hour and a half later I returned and was told by the same clerk that it was not ready. At that point I asked to speak to someone in charge which was the "Floater" Pharmacist. He told me he was in charge but that he "wasn't IN charge". Whatever that means. He was more interested in arguing with me than solving my problem. The clerk returned and told me it was not ready because the medication was not in stock and they would have to order it. At this point I was very frustrated so I said," Fine. I need it. So order it." So now I have no medication and I have go back to pick up a medication that Walgreens should carry all the time. It's a good thing it isn't cardiac medication or an antibiotic. Someone might actually die waiting for Walgreens to order their medication. This is not the first time that this particular Walgreens could not fill my Rx. Doesn't the Phamacist moniter available stock and reorder in a timely manner? I lived in Coral Springs Florida with over a million people living in that area. There was a Walgreens on every corner and I never had a problem filling any Rx. Why is it so hard to get an Rx filled here? I worked in Customer Service for 15 years and I realize that you cannot make everybody happy all the time, but at Walgreens in Las Cruces New Mexico it seems to be their policy to not not even try. read more

The staff in the pharmacy are very friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile, however, they only have ONE person servicing the inside counter and drive up window! Everytime I go to the drive up window, there are 4 or 5 cars waiting! They take care of one person at the drive thru and then run to the inside counter to help them. It is absurd! You end up waiting 20 minutes in line and then another 5 to 10 minutes at the window. I requested auto refill and txt messages to state my prescription is ready for pick up. The auto refill is hap hazard and the txts are non existent. I place this lack of of customer care in the hands of the store manager. They apparently are having a difficult time hiring. Given the word on the street, the manager and the store environment is negative. I'm currently searching for another pharmacy with better service. Again, the staff is great, the management, I believe is the problem. read more
