When I finally had an iota of early inspiration & organization, I took a striking picture of our family and then actually created Christmas cards at Walgreens. Later, when I picked them up, with great anticipation, I was confused. Is it bah humbug Scrooge or was I Punk'ed? I looked at them in the car and had a different families's Christmas card (see pic below) that also had an "S" last name....!!! I was dashing around & came to a screeching standstill! I really hated waiting behind 10 people in line just to tell them that my card got switched with this other families'. So of course, I can make another card. I think I'll just put 2026 on it and get it ready way early for 11 months from now.... I dejectedly didn't dispatch any Yuletide Greetings this year but send me your address cuz these are going out early next year !!!! read more

One of the staff told me they'd refill a prescription a couple days early. So I was able to arrange transportation (I am disabled and need a walker and my medication to function and cannot drive) and when I arrived, a rude 20s something pharmacist speaks to me in a condescending tone telling me they refuse to fill it even though an hour prior, another staff told me I could pick up. The manager Noel is rude and comes across as uneducated and seems to be on a power trip. Avoid this location at all costs because these low level pharmacy techs like to play doctor and mess with your livelihood/daily functioning! the customer service at this location is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered wedding labels i get a call the day there suppose to be ready stating the machine is down, and they don't know when it's going to be back up. I ask why accept the order , why wait till the day there suppose to be ready and call. She didn't even want to get on the phone i can hear the her in the background. Also went to the pharmacy there , the one lady was so quick to not try and help had me waiting while she helped other customers instead of trying to resolve the situation . Walgreens used to feel like a sanctuary store - I always knew if I needed something at 3am - Walgreens would be there for me. I felt safe and like Walgreens had my back if I suddenly craved Doritos. Walgreens now has to lock-up so much inventory that I now feel convinced that there are people constantly stealing around me. I only go to this Walgreens to pick up medication for family members and I absolutely dread doing so. Whether standing in the pharmacy line inside or waiting in the 2 lane drive thru, it's always an extremely long wait. I really appreciate drive thru pharmacy options and this particular one offers two drive thru lanes. The staff in person have always been pleasant and professional here. My suggestion is to please hire additional pharmacy employees PLEASE. Entered the drive thru line at 12:32pm. At 1:01 pm, we finally pulled up to the window. There is one employee at the cash register helping the customer in the far right lane. 1:10pm we are finally being helped. Exited at 1:16pm. 44 minute wait is about right whether inside or out. read more

I am so glad that I came to this location! I needed to go to a Walgreens and I found this location in a coo plaza! It wasn't hard to find yet it stood out with many parking spots too! Around the store had many many varieties of shops and even across the street too! So while you're waiting for your prescription there are many things to do such as eating when you're hungry, walking around, or purchashing random things from random stores! Customer service was EXCELLENT! I needed to buy a few items and one of the staff's had helped me and her customer service was AMAZING although she was super BUSY working! Her name was Titha! She stopped what she was doing and took her time out of her busyness to really help me out. Also, her knowledge about Walgreens, items, and location items was SUPERB! I've never met anyone who really knew what they were doing except for her! I hope to see her again when I stop by Vegas because i'll be going into this store location again! I placed an online order to be delivered in an hour with the 7599 W Lake Mead Blvd, Walgreens. I selected "delivery" and received a text my order was going to be delivered by Uber. (Apparently they utilize a couple of delivery vendors) Somehow my order was cancelled and when I called the store she said the Uber fellow cancelled it - really? How can a delivery person cancel a customers order? It was inferred that since I selected "third party delivery" that this was my fault. I was told to redo my entire order again online and in case my CC was already charged, I was to call back to see if it could be credited back, no apology, nothing. I will go to other locations before I return to this one. As a previous Regional and GM of Customer Service and Sales I was taken aback. Won't happen again !! read more

Worst pharmacy phone service ever. During the day you get an off- site teleworker who tells you what their app tells you then transfer you to the store where the wait can be 20 minutes to an hour or they dump pt hang up on you. Tonight I waited until 11 PM to call. Pharmacy gave no acknowledgement and hung up at 20 minutes . Shift supervisor up from (no manager on duty) was too busy to help but did offer to send my second phone into the pharmacy que. Tbeir pharmacy phone service is deplorable 24 hours a day and their excuses that they are understaffed should be resolved by hiring more people or not claiming to be open 24 hours but can't handle the business or have an evening manager to resolve customer issues. I'm very frustrated with this location. Specifically their pharmacy. I came by today 1/27/26 around 4:30, I sat in their drive thru pickup from 4:30 until 5:30 which in itself is ridiculous. Why do you guys only have 1 person working that window when you know late afternoon is when people get off of work/school, etc. When I finally got to the speaker I was told one of the medications I was picking up for my mother was too big for the tube. Completely understandable not an issue. So the tech and I verified info, and I verified with her THREE TIMES, that I would come inside to pick up the medication since the medication was too big. She then told me I would not have to wait in line. So i'm thinking awesome, I go inside and I see a line of almost 15 people so I go over to the consultation desk and tell the Pharmacist why i'm there. She then tells the technician and she turns around and tell me "Oh I didn't get to ring anything up or verify anything, you just left"................ so I now would have to wait in a SECOND line for probably another hour. Now my question is, if you told me to come inside, and you told me I would not have to wait. How is it that in the span of what was literally 2-3 minutes did you somehow forget what you told me and cancelled my transaction. No one even tried to help, no apology, or anything, just looked at me like i'm the idiot. Please do better. Because a 2 hour wait to pickup medication is ridiculous. read more

I THINK TWICE ABOUT USING THIS PHARMACY! This is a completely frustrating pharmacy. Every time I have three prescriptions that are 90 day refills they always send me a text message saying that my prescriptions are ready then I pick them up and when I get home they're shorted because they didn't have enough medication to fill my whole prescription then they require me to go back to my doctor and write have my doctor right And send over a new prescription which then my insurance company gets involved and says oh no he just filled your 90 day supply. You don't get this prescription. This pharmacy location and the pharmacist do not know what they're doing. Their communication is terrible when I was handling my issue today. They left me on hold on my one phone so I called him from a different phone and got right through. So if you don't think that you're being Prejudiced against when you call them you are they let me sit on hold for 14 minutes on my first phone call and I got through to them on my other work phone within one minute. I am pulling all of my prescriptions from this location their lack of detail, professional, courtesy, and common decency speaks through their actions or lack their own. Spoke to a lady on the phone around noon today, the 25th, was told it would be ready when I got there around 5. GUESS WHAT!! Not ready!, they said it's coming from the warehouse, my other prescription is coming from the warehouse as well. Do you fill anything, do you have anything in stock!! Today I had a 2pm flu shot and Covid appt. 2 people ahead of me have been waiting an hour OMG... walked out after 15 minutes standing in line only to find out I'm on the wrong window!!! No signs on the window except for DROP OFF AND PICK UP sign! Really! Sad because I'm not coming back to this branch for any shots! Would've been convenient. Pharmacy has filled wrong dosage of medication 3 times. Each time I came in face to face to explain the issue. They say it's resolved and that they won't fill the wrong script anymore. Not so. I get text message that the proper Rx is filled. I call ahead of time just to make sure they actually have the right Rx. They confirmed that they do. I go next day to pick it up and - go figure, the Rx is not in their system and they have no idea why I got a confirmation text or that another pharmacist confirmed it was ready when it's not. They are by my house and 24 hours and take my insurance. That's the only reason I use this location. Went to pick up my prescription tonight and arrived at the pharmacy window a minute or two before 9:00. Was behind an elderly man who was just finishing up. I was clearly in the line prior to 9:00 albeit only a minute or two. When I stepped up to the window it was exactly 9:00 and they refused to give me my prescription. I pointed out that I was there a minute or two before and had to wait for them to finish with the previous customer but they refused to accommodate me. A phone call to the manager when I got home resulted in no satisfaction. So, If you're in line to get your meds, even if you've been waiting in line, I guess if the clock strikes 9:00 before your turn you will not be served. Not the best Walgreens ever, but hey, they're open 24/7 (except earlier this year, during the pandemic season we are experiencing). The techs are definitely not the friendliest, and the drive thru almost always has a long line, but I will say this pharmacy is easily accessible thanks to its hours. I'm always one to forget to pick up my prescription, so it's nice to have the availability to pick it up whenever I want. I will mention a few things though, their pharmacists are fantastic. The pharmacists employed at this store are willing to answer all of your questions and fix any insurance issues you might have. It's nice that there's a few great pharmacists still out there who care about their work and their patients. read more

This is the worst Walgreens in America... they have restrooms for customers, but they are locked with a combination lock and employees refuse to provide the combination to customers. I had just filled over $100 in prescriptions and bought a Flue Vaccine shot, when after 20 minutes of waiting on their rude as hell pharmacy technicians I went to the store's men's room. I asked an employee in their break room next to the restrooms if he would give me the lock combo for the men's room. He said no, when I asked if he would just unlock the door so I could take a leak, he said "uhh, I'm on break so I can't help you.." yeah, right on you creep! At other times I have been to this Walgreens with a minority friend of mine... a store clerk who works here followed my friend and watched his every move the whole time he was in the store... that was some blatantly racist moves on the store's part... avoid this Walgreens location if you can. They are doing everything they can to dodge the customer so they will have to come back. Their business strategy seems to be to maximize the number of times the customer has to come in the store (because every visit there is a chance the customer might buy something else). When I changed to Walgreens I asked them clearly if they had my medicines and if they had autorefill and they said yes, but still they said I wasnt on autorefill when I was in today, and last week when my girlfriend was there they said they had no medicine for me. Anywhere else in the world you can go into any pharmacy and have your prescription delivered immediately (assuming it is a somewhat common medicine with long shelf life), but here they have to "fill" it first, put pills in bottles manually which takes hours. Not even in India, Egypt or Turkey are the pharmacies that labor intensive. So now I am out of medicines which is not good at all, this is the type of medication that needs to be taken twice daily or bad effects will occur. Maybe Walgreens want me to be sick so I will need to buy more pharmacy items? read more
