Julie, the pharmacy manager, is terrible at her job. I made an appointment for my 10-year-old daughter to get her vaccination today. I made the appointment for today so that I could monitor her for 24 hours before I have to go back to work. I arrived at Walgreens at 1:57 PM. I was behind a 6 foot man and an elderly woman. I did not get to the check-in counter until 3 PM. I waited one hour to be checked in behind two people. Upon arriving to the counter they told me that they could not see my appointment. I explain that I made my appointment on the app yesterday. The pharmacist then tells me that they have been having "issues with missing appointments" from the app. So they are aware that customers have been having issues! They then proceed to tell me that they will not be giving my daughter her vaccination today because we "do not have an appointment". I explained that I made an appointment and I'm not sure why the confirmation did not go through. There is only one person behind me in line. Julie, the manager, proceeds to argue with me about me not having an appointment, even though she just had explained to me that they've been having issues with missing appointments. She then proceeds to tell me, that she is "trying to help me". But she will not be able to get my daughter her vaccination today. Had Julie, been a solution-based manager, she would've come up with a solution that was beneficial for everyone. We are in the middle of a dangerous pandemic! Now that Julie did not allow my daughter to get vaccinated today, I will be making an appointment at another location for tomorrow. I will no longer be able to stay up with my daughter for 24 hours to monitor her first response to her first Covid vaccination. I will also be taking up the appointment space of another person who was looking to get vaccinated tomorrow. What Julie should have done, was went ahead and inputted me in the system and processed our vaccination appointment. There was no long line of people waiting and she spent more time arguing with me instead of creating a solution. An hour and a half of my time was wasted today and my daughter is leaving without her vaccination. Julie is failing as a pharmacist and a leader. read more

Saved myself the headache and moved all my prescriptions to Savon pharmacy in the Trails. What a difference. Lines are never long. Competent, organized and friendly pharmacists and techs. Can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Why did it take me so long to try them? Do yourself a favor and change ASAP. read more

The absolute worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The experience I had today is exactly the same as all my other experiences. I placed an order in the morning, 18 minutes later they acknowledged receipt of that order. That was the last communication I had from them. I called 4 1/2 hours later to find out if my order was ready. No it wasn't. They didn't even have one of the two items I requested even though I had already paid for it. I would not suggest anyone ever go here. Walgreens at Sahara in Fort Apache is much better. read more

Walgreens likes to play pharmacist games, they like it a lot and they do it alot. Such as regularly just not filling a monthly prescription (no reason, just don't do it). With no online chat or email available, they like to let you sit on hold to horrible music for 20 minutes, then when it rings, pick it up and drop it down without saying a word. This might happen 5 times, pick up, drop back to bad music. I guess their call pickup is timed? I literally go through this every single month with these people. If you do manage to get someone, they will tell you that it's not time to refill it or otherwise be dismissive, and eventually, when you show them that they're mistaken, they'll say ok. When you go to pick up, you will sit in a car line 5-6 deep (both lanes) and get your medication stuffed inside a disgusting tube that has clearly NEVER been wiped down. Today I went thru the call game twice, wasting 90 minutes of time when they haven't filled my prescription in 7 days, so it is very late! Never reached them, never could be bothered to pick up. Fun employee times over at Walgreens on Lake Mead & Del Webb messing with patients who need their medication. Moving on, never to return. read more

Like many other reviewers I would give a zero if I could. Do the people working in this pharmacy not realize they are dealing with peoples health. On Tuesday my Doctor ordered a refill for my Bydureon for my Type 2 diabetes. On Thursday I called the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready. They informed me that Bydureon was no longer available, they had been advised by the manufacturer. Found this strange that my doctor nor my insurance company were not aware of this. Contacted my Doctor who found a pharmacy that not only said Bydureon was available but delivered it to me free of charge within 2 hours since I was now 3 days overdue for my injection. I will be moving all of my prescriptions from this pharmacy. One that is efficient and doesn't tell stories about drug availability because of their inefficiency. read more

This is one of the worst drug stores and pharmacies I've ever seen. There have been two occasions where the pharmacy has dispensed prescriptions for me with no way for me to accurately measure and/or take the prescribed medication. The lines have always been excessively long as well as the wait times for most everything. The staff has often been only marginally helpful at best and often plainly dismissive. There is no sign or warning that if you get into the wrong drive thru line, you might get stuck there for quite a while because it's the COVID testing lane also. Worst drugstore ever!!! read more

Ordered photos online, received email they were ready, went in to find out photo machine not working. Super fun when you're 8 months pregnant and it's 100 degrees outside to make an unnecessary trip. Shit happens, especially when dealing with stuff online, but the girl I spoke to was unapologetic and unhelpful about situation. To make matters worse, they managed to lose a toy I bought for my 2 year old (after they charged me). I got to deal with a very unhappy little boy at the end of my whole experience. I'll drive a couple of extra miles to give a different Walgreens my money. read more

This pharmacy is very slow and unprofessional , I waited 2o min on hold then they answered and put me back on hold never to answer when I was next on line. I then called the store manager robin who also knew I had been on hold for another 15 min and transferred me !! The pharmacy manager never picked up ! It has been over 35 min ! I really wish it was possible to give ZERO stars. My wife went there to look for water, toilet paper, and vitamins. It is quite understandable that during this Corona Virus hysteria that they didn't have any. What isn't understandable is the manager allowing the cashier to ring up 6 cases of water and 4 packages of toilet paper when there is a limit on these items that was clearly exceeded in that transaction. It turns out that the manager hoarded the products in the back saving them for employees that she knows. I have no problem with them saving items for employees but i do have a problem with them exceeding the limit. When my wife asked to talk to the manager she was thoroughly disrespected by the nasty attitude she received. Then the manager says"Well they have families to take care of." Don't we all have families to take care of and isn't that the point of limiting products? Then she was told to leave the store because there is nothing she can do about it. REALLY? This manager is a piece of trash and a disgrace of a human being allowing this during a crisis. Avoid this store at all costs there are plenty of other Walgreens, CVS, etc. to go to. read more

I been ordering my holiday cards from this location for over 10 years. Not only do I order mine, I order for work and my parents. Earlier in the week I ordered my parents cards and when they went to pick it up, the order wasn't ready. They said no one was working that department. They promised to have it ready by the next day and gave her a discount for the inconvenience. A few days after I put in the order for my work. Order was done on time, however there were no envelopes. They ran out. I got a discount for it but still has to go elsewhere to find envelopes. The following day I put in my personal order and purposely made pick up for the next day since I would be busy. I went in the next morning and was told my order was not fulfilled and to try the one down the street because their photo department is down. Person who came out said I should have gotten a message stating my order was not going to be done. I showed him my emails showing the only I received was the one that said order was received. He said we have signs up. Obviously, I can see the signs in person! How the heck am I supposed to see the signs online?! I suggest they disable online ordering if they are short staffed or the machine breaks. I'm sure I am not the only customer who was upset for my order not being fulfilled. I reordered my cards at the location down the street which by the way is much closer to my house and not only was it done by the hour, the employees there were a lot nicer. This is a great walgreens for pharmacy. Before I was going to the one down lake mead by rampart. There I would frequently have to wait in line to pick up things for a long time, they wouldn't be able to refill same day etc. I think that location is open 24hours but who goes to the pharmacy at 3AM other than drug addicts? Answer- no one. So I am more than willing to trade convenience for shorter hours. read more

Love this Pharmacy. Just avoid their senior days you'll be fine. Cleanest walgreens I've been to, and just a walking distance from home.

I was at a friend's house, and on the way home, I had to pick up a few things like cigarettes, shampoo, and deodorant, and I stopped at this Walgreens by my friends house. It was One-Stop shopping. They had a great selection of everything that you would need. obviously the prices are more than if you went to Walmart or Target, but it was very convenient at the moment. Everybody there was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Walgreens if you don't have time to go to another store. read more
