Over the last year and a half to two years, the staff at this pharmacy has really gone down hill. Their customer service is poor, prescriptions are always delayed. After giving them multiple attempts to try and remain with them, my fiancé and I finally decided to change to CVS After tonight's event. We called to get a prescription status, and to see which ones are ready for pick up. They informed us that there are several ready for pick up, however could not release the prescriptions that were available. They made us have to go through each prescription and them say yes or no if it's ready. Rather than just being able to advise us which ones were ready. We even offered to give them our date of birth, Social Security number and what other information that they may need but they were reluctant to help. read more

Went to pick up my prescription at the drive up window. A lady by the name of Angela had a very stink attitude from the very beginning. She acted like she really didn't want to help me. I asked her a question and she rolled her eyes. She needs to check herself before she come across someone who is not willing to take her rude personally. DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. It was terrible, the pharmacy tech is rude. I was next in line as they called for the next person, then stopped me and motioned to the man behind me, helping him first. The pharmacy tech was extremely rude when I was finally helped and it was hard to hear as she was mumbling everything. Overall a terrible experience. I was told it would be an 1 1/2 hour+ wait when I finally got my prescription filled. I have never ever waited more than 45 min for a prescription, even when they are very busy. read more

Great Walgreens. New to Vegas, used Walgreens in my old state. Went to this location because it's close to home. Love that Walgreens has your information wherever you live. Pharmacy was so fast! I've gone to a few different Walgreens Photo Labs in the area. This one is the best. The staff is friendly and gets to know their customers. They even called me once to make sure my order was placed right because I ordered a book with blank pages on purpose but they wanted to know if I was a where of the pages. Even when I took a disc in recently with a few pics of me exposed from a recent photo session I did, they were very professional about it and maintained my privacy. read more

I came in to pick up 4 prescriptions on a very busy Christmas Eve. I had left them on Tuesday, so I didn't think it would take long just the pick them up. When the pharmacy clerk rang them up, the costs seemed high to me. I guess whoever entered them had only ran one of my 2 insurances. The clerk helping me (I am so sorry I did not get her name), was so kind and friendly, even though I had created a bit more work for her. She just efficiently fixed the issue. I am so happy I switched my prescriptions to this Walgreens! read more

First and foremost I work in the medical field so I understand that things don't always go according to a schedule or a plan. On that note this pharmacy department is the worst one I have ever encountered in my life. You sit in line outside for 15 + minutes to drop off a prescription and then you wait hours to get it filled. The staff is so unprofessional as providers of this type of service. You should be on the ball when providing medical services to patients. This facility is unprofessional, inefficient and their lack of concern with these issues is alarming. Especially when providing medications to people. It is a whole package deal from the moment a patient contacts your business. Needless to say I will be running across the street to CVS when it opens and Walgreens is no longer able to provide sub par patient care and get away with it. read more

This pharmacy is full of attitude. The people who "greet you". In the drive through look absolutely miserable and treat you like trash. Very last time I go here and all my maintenance drugs will be transferred to the CVS across the street. Tired of this crap. read more

The head pharmacist there, Willie (not sure last name) has bent over backwards for me in dealing with my insurance company about prescription authorization. Very understanding person unlike other Walgreens pharmacist's at other Walgreens who were completely useless. Can't get better than Willie or his staff at Farm and Durango. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They can not get a prescription right. Their system will text you that your prescription is ready and the store has no idea you even requested the refill. Horrible customer service they have no idea what they are doing. This happened on two more occasions with the staff stalling, straight up lying to us in person about not having any notes in our file about needing diabetic supplies (AFTER SAYING THAT WE DID OVER THE PHONE!), and having us respell our name over and over and over. Even after talking to the manager about it and having his reassurance that this would never happen again. Guess what? It happened again. I'm taking every last prescription we've ever had through Walgreen's to Albertson's where they don't discriminate or harass us in a clear pattern of malicious behavior. You've lost customers for life. Thank your staff. read more

Stopped by pharmacy at 5:56 pm. They are supposed to be open until 6 p.m. Yes, it was close to closing time, but it was obvious they closed much earlier. Could not pick up my prescription, which I'm completely out of & they don't open early enough for me to take on time in the morning. There is always at least a 15-30 minute wait every time I go this pharmacy, they charge me more than any other pharmacy. They don't take certain insurance cards. I was going to change pharmacies -- but this is a good reason to switch now. I will not go back to this Walgreens--ever! read more

The retail clerks up front at this store are horrible based from my experience today, this morning. The manager was nice enough but the ladies up front need some corporate training in customer service. I am so tired of people not valuing their work and to be somewhat fair to them I was being slightly agro about this fact during our interaction but the bottom line is I had to keep asking this woman to "Please Mame, Just ring up my stuff so I can pay" "Please just ring me up." "Stop giving me a hard time and just ring up my stuff so I can go" "Just do your job! Ring up my stuff!" I know I was being a bit of a jerk to say Do your job! and person to person that is not right but to be called out by multiple staff that I am the one being rude here for having the nerve to say out loud you are being bad employees while you are in the process of being bad employees!!! That is other level crazy ladies. Sorry but I am the one having to beg you to ring me up so I could get the H out of there. Started with said employee getting upset with me for not standing in the right spot or putting my purse down in the right spot and then I dared asked a question about a rewards program credit I should have in the system, in which one employee told me something yesterday and the other today. I didn't give her too hard a time and actually said, you obviously don't understand what I am talking about so go ahead and continue, please, just ring me up and she had to keep going on and on about how rude I was!!!!! How dare I call people out for not doing there jobs? My goodness. How dare you forget that you are an employee! I am sorry to be so un-PC here but you seemed oblivious that you are the face of Walgreens. You are the representative for them and for the individual franchise owner there and you are a horrible face. I have been slapped and even spit on in my work through no fault of mine own and I handled it like an F'n boss and that is why I am the boss now. I walked out with almost $200 worth of merchandise left on the counter. Does your corporation, your owner care? I bet they would which is why I am telling them. To your ladies delight, I will never spend my monies there again. Oh, fun side note. I found they actually still rang up something wrong and I had to go back and ask for the refund after all that. Original lady wouldn't help me for refund (smart) but her equally bad corporate face coworker did with all her snide remarks about the previous incident that made me have to actually ask for a manager. The store Pharmacy has really really poor customer service. I was on hold due to a back log of callers in front of me. Ok, no problem, I'll wait my turn. The automated answering service kept me informed as to what number I was in the holding group - "you have 2 callers in front of you........you have 1 caller in front of you......". Finally it was my turn! My call was answered but then immediately placed back on hold without any acknowledgment from the pharmacy staff. Are you kidding me?!! I had already waited 13 minutes! I waited 3 more minutes. My call was again answered but, once again, no acknowledgement from pharmacy staff and I was PLACED ON HOLD YET AGAIN! Oh my gosh! What's going on with this place?!! This isn't the first time this has happened but more like the 4th or 5th time. So frustrating. I've been shopping and using Walgreen pharmacies for years. I sure hope this issue is rectified soon! read more

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Switched to them from CVS due to insurance reasons and went the day after visiting the doctor to pick up my new rx figuring it would be processed by then. The guy behind the counter had no record of it or of me. Apparently I didn't have a profile with them and thus it appeared they were unable to fill my prescription or have any sort of record of it. What? Never have I ever been to a pharmacy where you need to go in and create a profile with them before they accept a new prescription. CVS was super easy and nice and just confirmed my address and got my insurance info when I went to pick up my prescription for the first time. This guy just told me sorry, he didn't have anything for me. No offer to search their system more for the prescription, no offer to ask another employee about it, no offer to call my doctor to try and figure it out, nothing. I had to ask him what I should do and if I needed to call my doctor. He said yeah, and then very thoughtfully offered me a business card so I'd have the pharmacy's address and phone number. Really? No thank you. Will be switching to another pharmacy and never returning to a Walgreens again. read more
