I went in to buy a few items and scan/print a photo. I had some issues with the scanning and cropping and immediately got help with it. Brittany was extremely helpful and attentive. Later , Tammy stopped in to make sure everything had print to my liking. This was probably my second time at this Walgreens and will definitely go back. Staff repeatedly messed up prescription orders to the point my son did not receive his medications until weeks later. They try to blame each other for errors in handling prescriptions. I tried to file a complaint and the pharmacy manager turned her name tag over and refused to give me her name. I even called and reported the events to the manager and he never called me back. Slow service in Pharmacy, the lines are quite long (especially when I came in the afternoon), but reasonable since there's so few of them and so many of us. Got some antibiotic medicine called in the other day and came to pick up and wasn't ready yet. Ugh. Guy behind the counter was super polite and emphatic and told me to wait about 30 minutes. Whatever. 10 minutes later and it's out and ready for me, he even apologized for making me wait. He even managed to get my prescription a few bucks cheaper than what my insurance was trying to bill me for with some sort of coupon he had. Quality service in my opinion, and a good way of making a negative situation into a fairly positive one. Still slow in line though and in the past other cashiers have been a bit rude. read more

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I downloaded the yelp app just to write I review at Walgreens because I am sick of their shit. They are SO rude. Always an attitude and dirty looks just to pick up a prescription. If they ever feel as if you have given them attitude back, they will put your prescription all the way at the end so you struggle to reach if. The icing on the cake, I called about a prescription being recalled that my son took. All I asked was why it was recalled, her response was "do you know what recall means?" Yes I know what it means and I am wanting to know the REASONING to know if my son is at risk for anything. They send me a text at 1:24 that my sons PAIN medication that he got for surgery was ready, got there 1:27 and refused to help me because they just had to go on lunch at 1:30. Horrible. Worst Pharmacy ever.... Went to drop my prescription today at 8:30 and was planning to wait since it's a pain killer and antibiotics. Pharmacy technician came back and told me it would be next day. I asked why and the answer was "we have to put in the system and we close at nine" I told her I need it today coz I'm in so much pain and she said "you go to another pharmacy". Very poor service and they are not understaffed from what I can see. Every time I have a prescription for me or my family, they take forever to get it done. Wish I had read the Yelp and Google reviews before asking my PCP to send prescriptions here. Two days later I FINALLY get through to speak to someone in the pharmacy (gave up waiting on hold on two previous attempts). I am told they have received them but not filled them because they were waiting on patient insurance info. Did they call me to ask? "No, because we don't violate privacy." Do they not take cash customers (with Good Rx coupons or other discount systems)? They obviously do, I'd downloaded the savings which is actually cheaper than my insurance. Forget it, they don't want the business - sent a message back to doc to re-send the prescriptions back to WalMart. At least it won't take 5 phone calls and 2 trips to get refills! read more

Please staff your business better because these pharmacy techs are completely overwhelmed and doing a horrible job because of it. They are consistently busy and all over the place with no organization and just plain rude. Learn from my mistake and be a bigger advocate for yourself instead of being afraid of being a "Karen." The last 3 times I've gone I've had to pay out of pocket for my medication because I was told my insurance didn't cover it. I asked every time if they could please double check that the right insurance is on file because it SHOULD cover it, they took my info and would say the same thing and rudely tell me "it's only $3." I'm on Medicaid for a reason, my medications are meant to be fully covered because I simply cannot afford "just $3." But I didn't want to make a scene so I paid for it the last few times. I've been prescribed new meds and the cost was coming out to $25, once again I'm on Medicaid for a reason and cannot afford the cost. I spend 15 minutes on hold and when I finally am helped I am told that they did not have my insurance on file- instead they've been using a "coupon" to run my prescriptions through and expecting me to pay the difference. So the last 3 times I paid for my prescriptions and was told it WAS ran through and just not covered, they were just trying to shut me up and get me out of there. I'm grateful for the person who helped me today and was able to get that insurance on file so I would not have to pay for my fully covered medications this time, but I will not be returning. Please advocate for yourself and don't let these rude ladies pressure you into "just paying for it" and double check you are receiving your correct medications as well because the disorganization of this place is appalling. Walgreens is a multibillion dollar company and can afford better staffing instead of overworking their employees and making customers pay for it through bad customer service. read more

Besides for being a drug store, AKA pharmacy, Walgreen's is also a convenience store. Therefore, I will make this short and sweet. New store. Very well lit. Good customer service. Looks small on the outside but is just like any other Walgreen's. Even though I am partial to CVS, Walgreen's still carries the essentials - so when I miss the closest CVS, Walgreen's is the next best thing ;) Take advantage of their rewards system, if you haven't already. The website says order online and pick up the same day. This is NOT TRUE. This Walgreens can not do this and the asses get mouthy with you when you question their pissy poor service. I fill a prescription every month and it is always like this. Nothing like a smartass that know more than your specialist. The pharmacy here is extremely incompetent and incredibly rude. We've tried several times using them for our children and ourselves and they are so rude, constantly have to be reminded, and completely unprofessional. Cindy is the worst and should not be allowed to be employed in a customer service position. She refused to give my husband the medication he's been on for years because he has previously used different pharmacy locations. Who doesn't?! Who doesn't use more than one pharmacy at different points of time for convenience, especially if you travel around for work. It's just crazy. I always leave feeling like I am the hugest inconvenience and usually have to make repeat visits for corrections. Please save yourself the headache and hopefully these reviews will eventually help mgmt to see they need to restart the pharmacy and rid of the emotionally abusive employees back there, because the otherwise very friendly front of the house staff are very kind and will suffer because of it. I will no longer use any Walgreens in the foreseeable future and I will be sending something to cooperate for the way my husband was treated this week. Absurd. read more

This pharmacy continues to raise the prices on my prescription medications, and meddles in my private medical business (WHATEVER HAPPENED TO HIPAA LAWS?), they try to push vaccinations on me: shingles, flu, pneumonia, but I refuse them each and every time. A representative (Doctor Wanna be) from Walgreens Corporate even called me last year and asked about my medications, strengths, etc. and made suggestions about changing my medications. I've been going to the same Podiatrist on an average of every two weeks for the last year and I'm pretty sue my doctor knows what medications are right for me. I had a serious ulcer on my lower leg that was warm/infected but I couldn't get in to see my Podiatrist the same day so I asked him to call in an antibiotic to this particular Walgreens. The ladies in his office called in an antibiotic before 3:00pm, I couldn't get to Walgreens until 7pm. I assumed (wrongly) that it would be ready by that time, 7pm, 4 hours later. When I went inside and asked for my prescription for Amox Clav (Amoxicillan) the cashier told me it wasn't ready, that they were waiting for the doctor to answer a fax to confirm the order. I told her "That's not necessary, it was the doctor who called in the order!" I could see on the screen where there was another prescription ready, but the line the Amoxicillan was on was "marked in gray" like it was cancelled or something. I wasn't asking for oxycodone or a controlled substance, just a common antiobitic! I'm diabetic, infections are very serious, could cause bone infections, septicemia, etc, and turn deadly for me. I did not get my antibiotic that night. I went home and decided to clean the wound myself. The saline solution I used was too hot and I ended up burning the infected skin. I followed up the saline with betadine, antibiotic cream, a gauze bandage and wound tape. I went to see the Podiatrist the next morning and the ladies in the office said they spoke with Walgreens that morning and they told them the order never came through! Seriously??? Then why could I see it on the computer screen that the cashier showed me the night before!? The pharmacy technicians at this Walgreens are LIARS! I switched to another pharmacy, I'm paying 1/2 for prescriptions there than what I paid at Walgreens. read more
