I decided to treat myself to a teeth whitening. The ambiance of Eclips is serene and relaxing. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and offered a beverage or water. The waiting area is comfortable, a great display of products to purchase. It was clean and smelled very pleasant. I was led into a private room with a nice comfortable chair with heated blankets, quiet relaxing music and aromatherapy. While my teeth were whitening I was given a foot and hand massage. Oh my!!! I felt so spoiled and pampered. So relaxing. The price is very fair for the teeth whitening and the added massages. The staff is knowledgeable and seem to each be very talented in their choice of careers. I wish I lived here so I could come here for all of my beauty needs. (Wife reporting here) Went in for a simple clear gloss treatment and easy strait trim. It's a hard session to mess up. I left with a full head of colored hair. I had repeated myself from booking the appointment as a 'Clear gloss' "no color" treatment. Then, speaking to the tech in person evaluating my hair and discussing plan. I stated "clear" "no color" gloss. Even responding to her question "so, no color?" she asked. I affirmed "no color" "clear gloss". (Thinking we both understood what one another said) Halfway through the setting time, I noticed there was in fact color on my skin. I had her rinse it out and trim me up. I paid in full and left a tip keeping my composure trying not to show how upset I really was. (it was a mistake) They all kept repeating after each other saying "it's not that much darker" "it comes out in 16 washes". It is in fact much much darker, and a completely different color. I'm very unimpressed with how they handled the situation. Not taking responsibility for the mistake. Not even an apology. They shrugged it off as if 'well, it's just hair. it'll wash out.' "let's get your next appt scheduled." No. The experience left a sour taste in my mouth and a hair color that looks terrible. I understand mistakes happen. We are only human. However, after all the communication and specifying multiple times what I wanted; there was no reason for color to be added to my hair. Very disappointing the blame was directed on not having notes in my file specifying the prior treatment. Implying a lack of information was provided when there was clear face to face communication between us about the treatment I was in for that day. I could have dyed my hair pink last time. Any prior notes wouldn't have provided useful information about a clear gloss treatment. read more

Beautiful salon, relaxing atmosphere and stylists that are highly skilled. Tori was my stylist who not only fixed a matted mess that was installed from another salon, but transformed my hair into beautiful, long hair. She used invisible bead extensions and I have never been happier with my hair. I recommend her and her fellow stylists at eClips day spa 100%. Finally got the nerve up to have my eyebrows tattooed by Alisha. She is hands down amazing. I was sold once I saw the owner's eyebrows that she did and they look so real I couldn't believe they were tattooed. The difference is amazing and I am so happy I did it. read more

Wasn't sure what to expect, my wife's coworker suggested this place for a haircut. Where do I begin, so many good things to put down. First - they call you the day before your appointment, I like that, to many times in the past ended up waiting for my turn. Second - walked in and Sabrina sat me right down and was very sociable and out me at ease, even offered a beverage. Third - clean Fourth - shampoo -AMAZING, no it was extra AMAZING! Took her time and after a shampoo, conditioner, then this magical hair stuff which put chills down my spine and I want to stay there forever! Head Massage was WOW! Fifth - excellent, perfect haircut. So impressed I purchased a $100 gift card for my wife and made an appointment for a haircut next month. Might just start going in every Friday just to get my hair washed and feel the magical lotion firming the head massage. read more

I purchased a massage gift certificate for a family member. I just asked her how she liked it, as I was considering purchasing another as a Christmas present. She said that while the massage itself was high quality, they cut her appointment short by 15 minutes. She also said that both the reception and the masseuse were incredibly rude to her. This is so disappointing. I have many family members & friends in the LC valley, and I was excited to finally find a high quality place from which to purchase spa gifts. read more

What a lovely spa! It's so pretty inside, I instantly felt like I had come to the right place for some pampering. I had a facial first, which was wonderful, then a brow wax, which was practically painless in the skilled hands of my esthetician. Then, I splurged and did teeth whitening, which included a hand/foot massage. Brittany has a gift of massage for sure, plus my teeth are 10x brighter! Lastly, I did a full body massage.
