NEVER! One star because zero is not an option!Pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude, borderline abusive. Pharm argued about the script called in by the doctor. Argued about insurance coverage. REFUSED to listen to reason! Then became belligerent when I asked if she was filling the prescription. Extremely rude, unprofessional. My 94 year old father will be seeking a less convenient pharmacy which is a hardship due to the abusive, inefficient behavior of the pharmacist. I would have requested the pharmacy manager, but this WAS the pharmacy manager. If she is able to treat patients this way, what other behaviors are allowed. Do better! read more

The pharmacy is quite possible some of the worst in customer service. If you like being treated as a customer who isn't important then go to this store. There is only one employee in the pharmacy dept that has good customer service skills. read more

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at Walgreens. The photo center staff were completely unprofessional and extremely rude to my husband. We ordered a poster and received confirmation that it was ready for pickup under the correct name and location. When my husband arrived, the employees immediately dismissed him and insisted he was wrong about the name and that no order existed, despite him showing them the confirmation messages proving otherwise. Instead of helping, they argued with him and treated him like he didn't know what he was talking about. After wasting his time and giving him attitude, they finally admitted that their printer has been broken the entire time. So not only did they fail to complete the order, but they also never bothered to notify us before he drove there. That is completely unacceptable. This level of incompetence and disrespect is ridiculous. The staff clearly do not care about their customers or their jobs. I will never order from this location again, and I would strongly warn others to avoid their photo center unless they want to deal with rude employees and wasted time. read more

Made an appointment online for 4:00 PM for vaccinations. Checked in on line before I got to pharmacy. I've waited over 30 minutes with no movement. I hate this Walgreen's and only scheduled here because it's close to my house. Never. Again. read more

if I could give them zero, I would. I picked up a prescription, and was double charged for it. called the store. they admitted there is a glitch in their system that is double charging customers , but will not refund the second charge. I confirmed, with my bank, that there is a second charge. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and also my bank's fraud dept. Being a senior citizen, this has caused a great inconvenience in my budget . the Manager, Edna, does not care. read more

The slowest Walgreens you will ever go to. There is no sense of urgency to get their very long pharmacy lines through. Always a huge rush at lunchtime and after 5, and you can prepare yourself to wait 30 minutes to an hour. Just ridiculous. read more

WORST PHARMACY IN LUBBOCK. Never ever have my prescriptions even when I get automated calls from them telling me it's ready. Everytime I go to this pharmacy its a 15 min AT LEAST ordeal. Pharmacy always takes AT LEAST 30 minutes to get your prescription. Today I sat in the drive thru for 50 minutes! Once I got to the window, they only had one of my two prescriptions because I didn't pick up the first one in time, but I did not receive a reminder call or a warning. It also takes them an entire day to fill a simple prescription that is already prepacked. Recommend finding a different pharmacy! read more

Shopped here for years, but the store has gone downhill. They don't mark sales items properly, leaving tags up after sale ends or taking them down before sale is over. It is annoying if you use the Rewards program. Always a wait at the register and stuff not stocked. Had an issue and talked to manager...felt like it went in one ear and out the other. After shopping at Walgreens for years, I had an encounter with a new manager that was rude. I do admit that I ran into the store at 11:57 to make a speedy last minute purchase. I immediately apologized upon entry and informed the cashier that I only needed a single item. I grabbed the item after and as soon as I turned around the manager yelled "Sir the store is closed if you would hurry up and make your purchase". I then went up to the counter where two cashiers were waiting and asked who had said that. They in turn said our manager. so I then said that I wanted to talk to the manager because the tone she used was rude and as if she was kicking me out of the store. The cashier then replied as I walked to go speak with the manager " well, it is 12:02!" I am very dissatisfied with Walgreen and surprised that they would treat me like this. Everytime I come in, there's a mess, and the front employees don't seem to care. They didn't ask me if I wanted to sign up for their rewards account, but they asked the man in front of me in line. The staff doesn't seem to care much about their work, the lack of pride clearly shows. Will start driving further to get to a CVS or a Walmart. read more

My Sister & I went to this Walgreens to fill my mother's prescription (without medical insurance) & at first our total was over $1,000, however, thanks to the pharmacist & the staff they were able to drop our total down to $330 by telling us about their discount program. Very slow pharmacy. If you are trying to just quickly pick up a prescription, forget about it. Their lines are always long, in the drive thru and inside the store. One of their drive tru lanes is currently broken, so they are down to one lane. The people who work there are very slow and take their times chatting instead of quickly filling prescriptions and ringing up customers. Pick another pharmacy. read more
