I have experienced a few times lately the shades I want to buy are sold out which is why I am giving it a four star rating. They do offer to ship it to your house however that can take up to two weeks. Take away- don't be like me and wait until your product is out before trying to stock up again! They have a $25 or less section which gets me every time! I find the best trial sized products there that end up being my favorites and when I come back I'll get the full sized version. Here's the issue people need to know about: once you set up automatic payments, if your balance reaches zero, the auto-pay is silently canceled. If you later make another purchase, auto-pay does not resume, and if you miss the payment, you're hit with a $30 late fee. There is no clear warning or transparency about this. This feels intentionally misleading and predatory. Auto-pay should remain active unless the customer explicitly turns it off. The fact that it doesn't, and that customers are penalized for it, is unacceptable. I strongly suggest avoiding Bread Financial credit cards, and honestly, reconsider shopping at Ulta Beauty if they continue to partner with companies that operate this way.
