This month they offered 2 for $99 from a list of services. I chose a hydration IV & basic facial. The nurse that did the IV was very friendly, was great at inserting the IV, and checked in on me during the treatment. While getting my IV, I was offered to add on a foot detox for an extra $15. So cool and kinda gross to see what toxins are coming out of your body so quickly! The facial was mediocre (which is why only 4 stars). I'm guessing because it was a basic facial aka not customized, that was the reason the aesthetician didn't ask me any questions about my skin/face. There wasn't any music playing so all I could focus on was the squeaky rubber gloves as she was applying products to my face. My face didn't have that "after facial" glow, so this is something I'll skip next time.

I walked in and explained to the guy working what I was looking for. He gave me two choices and answered all my questions with confidence. He obviously knew his stuff and didn't try to sell me on something that I didn't need unlike the employee working in the Citrus Park mall location. I asked him side effect questions in which he was honest and he made me feel comfortable when making my purchase. Another employee chimed in our discussion and gave me his opinion as well and told me about a recent study that had something to do with the supplement that I was purchasing. It's amazing how you can go to two different stores that share the same name and have such different experiences. I applaud the owner and manager of this store for training their employees and hiring good employees to run this store. Unfortunately, I do not remember the employees' names working on the day that I went. They were great and the customer service that they provided was fantastic. One was fit and had multiple tattoos and the other had a man bun. After going to two different GNC stores in one day, this was the better of the two. It also seems that the man bun is the "unofficial" uniform of GNC.
