Sooo moisturizing, I even used it on my face and I didn't need moisturizer after I dried off! Nice and relaxed after 16 hours in the car over the past 2 days. The Cocomango goat milk soap smells nice, as does the soap wedge that smells like tootsie rolls (I think a coffee vanilla?) I also like the Mediterranean Sea facial sponge. He welcomed us in, no appointment needed, took our design, asked us to give him some time and got to work. When we came back he got us checked in and started working on getting our stencils just right. He helped us understand why certain things needed to stay a certain size & helped up feel secure in what we were getting. Once we got ready to get started he asked what we wanted to listen to, cranked the music to the perfect volume & started working. All 3 of us came for one tattoo a piece. It was one of my cousin's first tattoo so of course she had to go first. He got her in and out in about 15-20 minutes tops for setup to cleaning for the next person. I was next then my other cousin went. We were so happy with the quality of work, price and speed of his work my last cousin & I decided to get more tattoos. In total we ended up getting 6 tattoos between the 3 of us. Going to Mad Beach Ink didn't end up being just somewhere to go get tattoos while we were in town. Dani created a whole experience for us and other customers as well. We learned about some good local spots and he even told us about the Amish ice cream shop a couple storefronts down (I went & it's amazing). Dani is a great business owner, truly cares about his quality of work and making sure that he's giving his customers the best that he has to offer. He even checked to make sure my cousin made his flight on time. Wish I was coming back sooner just to get some more work done, but if we're ever in the area again WE WILL BE BACK! It was neat, clean, the employee told us of the Sales currently going on and the young lady asked if she could help us. I told her yes. The young lady working there knew her tones. She knew what I meant when I said I wanted a shade darker and also to remove the gold. She knew what I was asking when I asked if a particular tone would offer too much ash. She gave me her opinion on my hair problem and together we came up with a solution. This is not the case at the one I live nearby in which you're basically on your own. When I came to review this particular Sally's and saw it was not in Yelp, I had to add it so other Seminolians know of this hidden gem. He was being extremely rude to the woman infront of me but I didn't know the whole story so I stayed out of it. After getting it to my turn to checkout I swiped my card and the pad said "waiting for cashier to finish process" yet he got an attitude with me saying I didn't do it right. So I reswiped and it said the same thing. He then said to me "don't you know how to run a credit card?" This was unbelievable because the error was on his end. He told me it's declined. This wasn't true because the screen side said waiting for register. It would of said wait for reswipe or card not approved if I did something wrong. I deal with card processors all day I then told him I have over 10k available and it wasn't declined and pulled the app up to show him he didn't even run it once even. Try to and he said I don't give a fuck what the app says you have no clue what your doing and began being rude. I left at this point. Highly do not recommend visiting. Never had a worse experience or more rude person. Never coming here again
