Even if you call to remind them the day before you need to pick up them up (voicemail only), it doesn't make a difference. For a primary caretaker of a parent in hospice, that is unacceptable. Text messaging service rarely works, so I was told I should call them to ask if a med is ready. Problem, they don't answer the phone during business hours nor do they return calls. I do not trust them with my terminally ill mother's medications and I am moving both our prescriptions to a pharmacy farther away, but with staff that take calls and take pride in excellent customer service. This, combined with the uncaring reception staff in urgent care and ridiculously long wait times in urgent care, made me switch the kids to a family practice doctor in our suburban community. It's such a relief not to have to deal with the UW Health East clinic anymore. Of course, we still have no close alternative for urgent care and we use it MAYBE once a year. Every time it's a horrible experience (illness aside). Urgent care reception staff could use a morale boost. I realize they encounter all sorts of people and temperaments in their job as the "gatekeepers" between the medical staff and a bunch of frustrated sick people ... and I'm sure they get tired of us. But they don't hide it well at all.

Overall, solid Kwik Trip location that I wouldn't hesitate swinging back by when in the area!

I think our spatial capabilities suffer just a little bit every time we use google maps to tell us how to navigate while never actually looking at the map and where we are going. In any case, the fine cartography makes navigating 1,000 sq feet much easier. Plus if I were at all uncertain about opinionated whining or paying in large sums of change, I could easily look at the back of the map and realize that these things are not acceptable by the Clerk.
