This Walgreens is also a FedEx ship center, but my experience was terrible. Upon arriving at the photo area (where FedEx packages are received), I was met with an extremely rude employee. I was told I needed to pay for tape to attach my label to the box. I asked for scissors--was told no. I asked for tape--was told no again. The employee bluntly said, "we aren't authorized to do so," and made no effort to help. I've shipped packages at many FedEx ship centers, and there has always been tape and scissors available as part of the service. Not here. The attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and downright rude. This is not the first time I've had a bad encounter with staff at this location, but it will definitely be the last. I am in complete confusion? I went in to Walgreens as I do every single day . Just look at my account. I have never had such a horrible experience. As I walked in the lady that her name starts with I believe a letter J. Does not greet me smile as I'm bothering I felt . I went on purchased a few items , paid and left . The Walgreens bag broke . I went in and asked her for two small bags or a bigger bag. She replied with they don't give away bags . I simple replied I just purchased something. She said in order for me to have a bag I would need to bring her the broken bag. I could not believe what I was hearing. I went ahead went outside and brought her the broken bag . A younger gentleman employs is now next to her . I explain to him What is going on and the lady the employee proceeds to say that she told me to bring in what I had bought that she would rebar it . No she did not say that . Either way why would I also bring in all the items I purchased. I told her that she was making up a story . That she did not say that . She started laughing. I called before I drove 30 minutes here, the manager kept saying huh over the phone after I asked if I could deposit using chime here at first they said they didn't understand English, so I asked in Spanish and they hung up the phone. I got there and she claims it's in the policy I can't deposit and refuse to show me where in the policy. But wasted my time now I have to drive another 30 minutes back of being disappointed. I just tried buying a gallon of water and couldn't do that cause of no ID lol. read more

Working over a decade in customer service, I can say that this place is horrible at it. The lack of respect, the ladies working there were mumbling and whispering things about me. I was there to get Passport pictures which should be smooth and it was early in the morning, they put a BUT or a NO for everything. Looking up online the requirements for a passport picture its not mandatory; who do they think they are? To make things worse the guy took the last picture of me and he didn't even show it or gave it to me until I paid. Of course, because the moment I got inside my car and saw the picture it was horrible. What a waste of money and time. read more

Excellent customer service just went there at 5:30 AM and the blonde Spanish lady that helps me was wonderful. I'm pretty sure she speaks English too, but just saying. We spoke in Spanish. She was super kind and was very knowledgeable of what to tell me to take for my cold. I've always been one to shop for cosmetics at Target, Walmart or Ulta because I always assumed it would be more expensive at the drugstore. A couple of years ago I started shopping for my favorite liquid lipstick at Walgreens, which was the only place you could find it other than K-Mart (I know, random) and Navarro. On a whim I signed up for the Beauty Insider at Walgreens because why not get rewards for the shopping you are going to do anyway. If you download the app you can also clip coupons to your account and the savings really do add up, if you combine the $5 reward you get when you reach a certain number of points, with the in-store promotions like "Buy 2 get 1 free". I am writing this review for the employee who works in this store, in the cosmetics section, every day except for Sunday and Monday. Her name is Daibelys. First of all I've never noticed any other Walgreens having an employee dedicated just to this section, let alone one who is super knowledgeable and helpful. I'd run out of foundation and had also been watching a bunch of You Tube videos and wanted to try a bunch of new products. She was so patient with me and helped me color match foundations, even when I insisted that I needed to go look at it in the sun AKA the "lighting of truth" and she made great recommendations for blushes and other products. Somehow, between all of the promotions, coupons, and rewards, I was able to purchase 8 products for $50. She helped me to maximize all of the sales and had secret coupons for things that were not on sale. I am totally going to shop here now all of the time for cosmetics. I also really liked that many (not all) of the products have testers in the display so you're not left guessing. The friendly employee offered me sponges, spoolies, and other sampling materials and then a nice micellar water to remove everything. I was also impressed that most of the displays were fully stocked and not picked over like you normally find at Target or Walmart. I didn't find the setting spray I was looking for in the Milani section but when I told the employee, she remembered that there was a special promotional area for Milani towards the front and found it there. Come on, in Miami and in this day and age, who cares this much about their job?! The only other service I have used at this store is the photo, and I didn't have any issues uploading the file through the app, and it was ready so quickly for pickup. Thank you Walgreens! You've restored my faith in humanity. read more

I've been using Walgreens for prescriptions forever! I switched over to this Walgreens since we moved to the Doral area. It's closer to work and on the way home so, not too bad. LIES!! All LIES!! This has got to be the WORST Walgreens I have ever come across. Their customer service...well what customer service? The pharmacists are rude and don't seem to pay too much attention to you. And, I don't know wtf they do that they always have a freaking line!! I'm speaking solely about the pharmacy. I've been in the store a few times and the regular cashiers aren't too bad. Customer service was great all around, from when I called the photo department, to picking it up from them at the photo counter, to asking assistance and then being checked out by the checkout employee. I had the most inconvenient experience at this Walgreens. I first had a tech attend the drive thru who did not know how to even register my information continuously. He repeatedly asked for my name, confused my DOB with 2 other people, tell me that there was no one by that name on the system and when he finally receives it tells me that I have to wait a few days before I can receive my medication because it's a controlled substance. I have been doing the same process and routine for 15 years and this is the treatment that is handed to me. He proceeds to get the pharmacist and the pharmacist gives me attitude that they will not hand me my medication until 3 days from now because of that reason that I should still have a supply. Yes the supply was used hence before the next date of administering it, I am picking it up because not everyone has the liberty to just randomly wait for them to disperse it and tells me because she's the pharmacist she's the one to approve it. Yet the insurance and my physician gave authorization to dispense the medication. I will not be going to this pharmacy again and will be transferring to another pharmacy with better competence to attend to their customer base. read more

To give you background I am a college student with no form of transportation other than walking. I go to the university right across the street. I went to the nearby Publix to buy grocery. I had a lot of grocery with me and I didn't find everything I needed at Publix. I then proceeded to walk with the bags to this Walgreens for additional products. When I arrived I walked right in and stopped in the cards section to use my phone. I'm guessing I was dealing with the manager or one of the clerks in this situation. I could see in the corner of my eye that someone kept passing by my aisle numerous times. Finally, the employee (short, Hispanic accent) approached me and asked if I needed help. I said no I am just stopping to use my phone. Then she proceeded to size me up and stare at my reusable bags filled with Publix items. Then, she said I needed to drop those at the front of the store. I don't mind an employee informing me of the rules of a store, but its not what you say but how u say it. She didn't give me eye contact when she said that, her tone was rude, and her face read that she was bothered by me. I didn't carry any tone with her when I spoke with her and didn't appreciate her doing that to me. I didn't want to start a scene so I said okay and waited for her to walk away. I was so disturbed that i just left the store without buying anything. She needs some extra training with how to speak with people especially if its a young person who doesn't know the rules by heart. They made me call the ER myself, which I couldn't get in contact with them. I ended up leaving and going to the cvs across the street who gladly accepted my prescription!
