Never had too significant of a problem with them until today (06/06/2026). I arrived to the drive through pharmacy 20 minutes before closing time to pick up my medications. Immediately, I was met with hostility and attitude by a female pharmacist. I've had this happen numerous times before at this pharmacy, but I ignore it because me receiving my prescriptions from a pharmacy that accepts my insurance is much more important to me. However, as the pharmacist looks me up in the system, she says she can't find my prescription and that I probably had it sent to a different pharmacy. I tell her that is not possible because I picked up these same medications from this same location 2 weeks ago and nothing has changed since then. I ask her to look me up by my new legal name (which I changed a year ago), and she "attempts to look it up" and repeats to me what she had already told me beforehand. I pull my phone out and show her the text messages saying my Rx will be at the pharmacy until June 13. She refused to cooperate or find ways to fix the issue so I give up trying to reason with her and drive home. I decide to make an account with Walgreens using the exact same information I gave the pharmacist to see if I can find my Rx online... LOW AND BEHOLD, my Rx is at the exact same location I went to pick it up minutes before... Now I have to spend another day without my necessary medications because a certified or license pharmacist did not know how to do their job... Absolutely ridiculous. People can lose their lives from mistakes like this. As customers, do yourselves a LIFE SAVING favor and GO ELSEWHERE. PLEASE. They are supposed to be a FedEx drop off. EVERY time I come with a package that is packaged correctly with label attached they make it like it's such a huge inconvenience that I'm dropping it off. They are constantly making fake excuses for why they can't accept the package. The pharmacist is so rude & unprofessional.He chews gum while trying to talk.My Dr sends in a fax of my scripts and he won't fill them without prior authorization.The Dr JUST prescribed them...is that's not enough authorization? first of all, there's never enough employees in this store. sometimes I walk in an don't see another human being in there. apparently the store gets robbed a lot, so they have many items locked up. you have to press a button and wait for an employee to unlock the item for you. today I waited 8 min. for an employee to give me access to the Tylenol. read more

Let's start with photo center they tend to lose online order and they the rudest people they don't care if you're order is lost never again The pharmacy have the worst of all customer service first of all the lady told me I had to wait for an hour then I was calling the doctor office to get my son medicine to another store like CVS. Applies to pharmacy only. The option to rate negative 5 isn't available. Over the past 2 years the pharmacy service has increasingly declined. They consistently make excuses for prescription mistakes. On 10/18 a regulated medicine Rx was released to this pharmacy to fill. They communicated it was out of stock and being ordered for 10/19. On 10/19 they stated the Med had not arrived. On 10/20 their staff is stating they failed to place order on 10/18 and that now have placed me as a patient in jeopardy of not being eligible for medicine for another 30 days. With the exception on one, the entire staff appears incompetent. They lack the alacrity to get the job done or deliver a best decent service. read more

I had a great experience at this Walgreens location. I had to race over after work to try to get a few things for the morning. Luckily I made it at about 11:45. I was able to find everything easily and was reminded I needed toothbrushes- thanks Walgreens! The girl behind the counter couldn't have been nicer. She was polite and sweet and very efficient. She also asked to check my points which I totally forgot about. I had ten bucks on there! So thank you Walgreens for saving me tonight. It's refreshing to go somewhere just before they close and be met with a great attitude and not a grumpy "I'm ready to get out of here" vibe. read more

The service, especially at the Pharmacy, is incredibly slow. I went there tonight to pick up meds tonight and I was on line for 20 minutes and only one person was served. I got so disgusted, I walked out. And this is not the first time this has happened. The drive through is just as bad as picking up in the store. And forget about reaching someone in the pharmacy to speak to by phone. Every time someone does actually pick up, you get placed on hold and then disconnected. And parking is atrocious! I went to this Walgreens after being helped by such a nice Pharmacist at the grocery store next door. They were out of Primatene tablets but assured me they were OTC medicine but I had to get it from a pharmacy. At 10 minutes before closing, I asked the pharmacist's assistant if they had the tablets I desperately needed to help me breath. My lungs were full of phlegm after the flu and I felt very short of breathe. She glared at me and said I needed a prescription. I explained that I was told I didn't and I called the grocery store pharmacy to double check. As I stood there on the phone, the assistant giggled while she closed the patrician. I had to knock on the patrician and repeat what the other pharmacist told me, as she stayed on the line with me. Then the actual pharmacist opened the door and said they had them and would ring me up in the photo center. I told the night manager about how dismissive and unhelpful the assistant was and she didn't seem surprised with the pharmacy's terrible customer service. I was happy to get the medicine but I will always use the grocery store pharmacy because the pharmacist Euphoria was so nice and knowledge. read more

The absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever dealt with. It's unfortunate, since it's the closest to my house. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt several times, but never improves. The worst customer service ever. People are not happy with their jobs. They look like government employees. I spent over 90 min on the phone to refill my subscription (don't have the RC number). Every 3 min someone would pick up and out back on hold again. After spending over 2 hours on the phone I went to the store. Another 20 min later, they only have partial order. The system was wrong. Very poor service. Feb 1 @ 4:45 pm. The young man at the counter had an arrogant and condescending attitude. I asked him to contact the provider for a refill and he said they don't do that, but they have previously done done that fir our prescriptions. (I thought it was in the best interest for the pharmacy to refill prescriptions.) I needed an OTC cough medication with different active ingredients and at a concentration that was not on the gondola and the pharmacy technician said - "that's what we have" and they were suggesting I would buy an OTC with an additional active ingredients that I can't take! Independently, it's the bad attitude and lack of interest to help customers what's annoying. They all need training in customer service. read more

Asked two employees for help and nothing. Then I walked over to checkout to be told that I need to wait in line and when I get to the register she will get my photos. Was using a Walgreens down south for a prenatal prescription I had. They charged me only $20 with a coupon I brought in. Then I came to this Walgreens and ended up paying $60 and the pharmacist told me maybe my insurance had changed or the coupon had expired attempts. I called the coupon company and my insurance and nothing had changed and the coupon was completely eligible to be used again. The pharmacist just didn't know how or didn't accurately plug in the coupon code so I ended up paying so much for that prescription. I ended up giving birth to my baby shortly after that and never could go in to get a reimbursement. How annoying! Will definitely switch my prescriptions to Publix from now on. read more

I went to pick up my prescription recently and they said it wasn't ready and that I'd have to wait 30-40 minutes (mind you this was after waiting an hour in line). I proceeded to go back an hour or more later thinking it should be ready at this point. Waited another hour in line just for them to tell me that they apparently filled my prescription but then lost it and need to find it before I can get my medication. This was 2 weeks ago since my prescription was apparently filled and I am still yet to hear back from them after multiple attempts of calling to determine whether or not they've found my prescription they apparently lost. -100/10 not to mention the total incompetence and horrendous attitudes of the people that are working in the pharmacy. Without making a single inquiry, she flat out refused to fill my medication simply because my physician and I share the same last name. Seriously?! This does not automatically mean there's any relation, and I don't have any desire to change my last name or my physician! I do understand however, that as a Pharmacist, you operate under your own license. Today is the third time where I was being disrespected by a pre-Madonna somewhat tall and fair skinned black male with glasses and tiny girly braids for hair on his head. Beware he's extremely feminine in nature and attitude. Even more so than a normal woman. It's like talking to twin sisters who are very moody. He's unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I asked him to make a deposit for a debit card and he replied that this isn't a bank. I replied be done this before and it isn't a problem. And he continued to argue with me using curse words. When I replied that I'm not here to argue with him he refused me service. So I went to speak with a manager who was nearby and he helped. I complained to him about the pre-Madonna and that he shouldn't be disrespectful to customers. Instead of the manager agreeing with me he defends the pre-Madonna. That was weeks ago. Today after he took my deposit he refused to give me my receipt. He said " take the receipt! I'm not gonna give it to you so you don't grab it off my hand." He then calls on the next guess and I'm still waiting for my receipt. Then he leaves the register and the line of people waiting and asks the assistant female manager to give me the receipt which she did. He and other cashiers like him should work with animals on a farm or in a warehouse without any human contact. People are looking for customer service. Not ass hole service.
