I've only been a Costco member a couple of months (December 2025). I've tried to visit different locations. So far this location and Dayton are my favorites. The parking is always full but easy to get in and out of. The clientele is much laid back and I love the selections better. It's super organized and fully stocked. The refrigerated and frozen section are my go to. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I also like the dining area at the food court and bathrooms are clean. The gas station area is also easy access to get in and out. I will be going to this location from now on. read more

I love Costco. This isnt my normal warehouse location but if I am in the area I often stop at the gas station or make a trip inside. While this isnt the businesses fault, I issue a warning, this location is always crazy- parking lot, store, and gas at all times of day no matter the day of the week. The staff works hard and is very helpful and prompt here, so it might just be the sheer volume of people that come here. Luckily for the gas part, there are so many pumps there is rarely much of a wait. Inside there is usually quite a long line for self checkouts or regular. The store itself is clean, organized, and often has different things from the nearby Mason location. I find great deals in every department as well as the pharmacy. The cheaper, yet top tier gas alone is worth the membership! read more

Omg I really love soup and onion soup is french onion soup is one of my favorites but it's a pain in the butt to make on your own plus it stinks up your house. We found this frozen french onion soup and had bought a bunch of it I didn't know it was seasonal or whatever but anyway they've been out of it for a year or two. I contacted a bunch of Costco's around the area I called the company I wanted this soup back but they didn't sound like it was coming back. Every time I'm in the store we look for it and today was the lucky day it's back and I am stocking up on it I think we bought six boxes. It is so easy to make all you do is put it in the mug and heated up in the oven we do add a little bit of extra cheese on it cuz we like things extra cheesy. So my fiancee and I are continuing our tour of Costco locations in the greater Cincinnati area. We've been told that they're all a little different so we had to see for ourselves. This one definitely has a huge selection and value that you'd expect at any location. Overall, we felt that this one was more laid back than the others we've seen so far, especially more so than the Mason one. Then again, I find many people in Mason tend to act very snobbish and entitled, but that's just my experience with them. Still, the employees here were all very friendly and helpful. This may be our favorite location so far though we haven't seen the one in Florence, KY just yet. read more

I have to say every visit to Costco is an experience. They don't always have what you want, but they normally have what you need. So the selection is always good. The value is excellent. I come in once a month with just the propose of feeding 50 people cheaply and I can easily do this for less then $2 a person. I come I. More than that, but this is my buying point. I have never had bad service here, but I do not find value in the receipt counters. I am sure it prevents theft but just have more registers working and you will not have to worry about it. read more

AT&T & Costco had a kiosk last year that offered a trade-in for a nominal fee for the new 16, 16 Pro or 16 Max. The young kid ( AT&T employee ) had to keep calling to find out how to do anything on the transaction. I offered to pay the balance off ( $200+ ) minus my trade-in before leaving. They gave me an excuse for not being able to do that. It wasn't long after that I discovered that they had signed me up for a 36 month installment plan. Instead of getting the Apple 16 Pro for a little over two hundred dollars they were stealing over $1,000 from me. I want to go postal on AT&T and Costco! I know that AT&T is known for being dishonest and unethical, but I had more faith in Costco than apparently they deserved! I'll be contacting the Ohio State Attorney's office regarding their unethical business practices. Shame on Costco! read more

We love COSTCO. Not only are the prices good on most (not all) items but some things we simply can't get in other stores like jars of Hatch chilis. Things we bought in COSTCO: scallops, clams, Chilean sea bass, salmon, our kitchen faucet, pool noodles, pizza, beef tenderloin, Kirkland seltzer, naselcort, bread, mushrooms and on and on. We even booked a trip to Italy at Costco - nobody else came close to the price! Plus as executive members we get money back! Plus we put it on our Costco card and got more money back! read more

So after several visits, I have decided that I am unwilling to drive to the new location. It's just further than I want to travel for the small purchases I make. I have used the optical center for years and am happy with the services and options. This visit I grabbed cheese pizza a churro. The food court was extremely busy but the workers were handling it well. The pizza was good but I never thought I would say a churro needed more cinnamon and sugar. I think it's because the dough is very plain and unsweetened. I'll miss Costco. read more

To be a customer at Costco, one has to accept the chaos and craziness since it is so popular. I have found the best luck going during the day on a weekday, and wouldn't dream of trying to run in for something on a weekend. This location has a decent selection, although yesterday they didn't have any cottage cheese, turkey burgers, or gluten-free chicken tenders... All pretty regular things. Most of the time, the value is worth the trip as you get more product at a cheaper price per ounce. Occasionally, I find that a normal size of something from Kroger ends up being a better deal. I love that Costco has such a wide variety of snack items, health, food, junk food, fresh produce, house, items, etc. You kind of never know what you're going to find there. My experience yesterday wasn't super great as the family bathroom was pretty dirty and messy, and I lathered my hands up with soap only to find out that the sink didn't work at all. Luckily, I was able to run over to the women's restroom and rinse my hands. The staff are usually pretty friendly, and yesterday, the cashier who checked me out, was exceptionally friendly and asked me about my day. read more

I'm writing to formally report a humiliating and upsetting experience at your Liberty Township, OH store on 5/16/25. A few weeks ago, I purchased a Sonos sound system that appeared to be part of a "Buy One Get One Free" promotion, based on signage displayed on the boxes. At checkout, I told the cashier about the promo, and he removed one of the items from the charge after reviewing it. I trusted his judgment and completed the transaction. On 5/16, I returned to the store and was publicly confronted by three male employees. They questioned me in an accusatory tone, implying I had misled the cashier. I explained I had no problem paying for both items and had told the cashier that, but one employee dismissed me, saying, "Well, he didn't mention any of that." This made me look dishonest and unethical--in front of other customers, in a very open and public area. I immediately paid the full amount--not out of guilt, but because I felt pressured, exposed, and deeply uncomfortable. I was treated as if I had stolen something, when I had communicated clearly and followed the staff's decision at checkout. I was also told if I didn't pay, the matter could be taken to authorities and my membership could be revoked. That level of threat over a store error is outrageous. As a visibly Muslim woman wearing a hijab, I could not ignore the undertone of bias and the intimidation I experienced. I was spoken to as if I were deceitful, and the way I was approached--by three men in a hostile tone--felt excessive and inappropriate. No customer should be subjected to this kind of embarrassment or made to feel like a criminal over a staff mistake. I request a formal review and appropriate accountability. - Jennifer read more

The key to most warehouse stores is needing in bulk what they are selling. This store does a pretty good job at that. I always get their roasted chicken at $5. I also buy avocados in the produce area. The Kirkland brand is great for pharmacy items - if you are ok with the generics. I also enjoy their $1.5 1/4 lbs hotdog and drink. Overall good service, though the checkout lanes can get rather backed up at times. read more

This has to be the worst Costco of the three in the area. Usually super crowded (aren't they all) -and a confusing, inefficient store layout. I can deal with those two things but worst of all is the super rude and condescending cashiers. The way they talk to customers is unbelievable. One poor man in the lane next to us was berated for asking the price of something that didn't have a tag. The next time we came I witnessed another customer being scolded and for trying to arrange his purchases in the basket as they were being scanned. Just plain awful. read more

I have been there twice. The first time I had to wait 10 minutes to get a drivable scooter. The last time there were none available after 15 minutes so I had to walk. I did for 10 minutes, then my daughter had to find a place for me to sit and she finished my shopping. I like to look around and probably would have bought more. When the store was in TriCounty area I never had trouble finding a scooter cart. Please, this store is busier and needs to be more handicap accessible. read more

One year ago we bought a membership at this Costco and had a horrendous experience. The staff were rude, our food/pizza order took over an hour to fulfill, and on our way out, the lady checking receipts on the way out held up the line in addition to creating a fire escape hazard, it took us 10 minutes to leave. I chalked most of it up to the growing pains of opening a new location. One year later, however, there are no excuses: we recently went back after not using our membership for a year. This time around, nothing had improved. In fact, it got worse. Our pizza order took over an hour to complete. When I checked in with the Costco employee to see if our pizza order was ready (after 45 minutes), she informed me that the pizza had "somehow disappeared" or was maybe given to someone else by accident. So they had to start our order over again, 45 minutes after we had already ordered. We were also seriously disappointed at the prices. Honestly, our local Walmart and Kroger is competing in terms of pricing, and beating Costco in terms of experience. We gave Costco a couple of chances to earn our subscription and they failed both times. We will be checking out our local Sam's Club for this next year. read more

We really like this store. They sell a lot of things that we regularly use and the savings are terrific; often twice the size at half the cost. The quality of the meat, dairy and bakery products is very good. The store is very popular and can get crowded. I take that as a good sign that we are getting a good value. The layout of this location is HORRIBLE!! My first time here and it will be my last. We usually go to the Deerfield location and love it but today I happened to be in the Liberty area so I stopped in. Here the layout is very disorganized, things are not in logical locations, the aisles are so small you have to wait for people to pass every time you turn a corner, there's no room to move. The selection isn't as good as the Deerfield store. The most purchased items are all bunched together which aggravates the crowdedness. I don't know if I went at an unusually busy time, but the checkout lines were nearly all the way to the back of the store! Since I live halfway between, I'll stick to Deerfield from now on. read more

LOVE Costco, REALLY DISLIKE this location. I can't believe they replaced the Tri-county location with this one - other than the profitability factor for the company. It is ALWAYS packed, can't find parking, people are EXTREMELY rude and it is nightmare to get in and out of this location. The refrigerated items are all over the store and are illogically grouped together. No longer able to buy alcohol on Sundays - REALLY?? People work and can't get there during your other hours that are so limiting. The staff is GREAT, but the layout of the store and the checkout system is horrible. I use to go to Costco every week, sometimes twice a week, but now I try to go only once a month because the experience is so horrible. Please bring back the Tri-County location as it meets the needs of those on the West side of Cincinnati and Indiana! read more

Worst Costco ever and it's brand new! My 3rd time going up there. First thing is the patrons in the parking lot are ruthless, that's not Costco's fault but getting honked at while crossing with my toddler cuz some Karen is in a hurry is not the way you want to start it. Walk in and they have a sample lady immediately at the entrance. Doesn't seem bad expect nows there's a traffic jam the minute you walk in cuz of course it was cake and everyone wanted a sample. The Springdale location recently closed so I have to go to this location and I was sent to get wine for an event. Everyone knows Kirkland wine is the best deal! Get all the way up there on a Sunday and liberty township doesn't do wine sales all day on sundays. Apparently liquor and beer is ok but not wine. Really seemed like a dumb move to move to a location that prohibits wine sales (a huge seller for Costco) on the busiest day costco sees! Then you go back towards the meat and deli area. Idk who designed this Costco but it's always so clustered in this one area! I it's all the most needed items (meat, laundry soap, refrigerated dairy, and the pre made section. I had to make 4 attempts just to get over to the produce. Idk what would happen if there was an emergency. Lastly, I always get my produce from Costco. Idk what the deal was but everything looked so bad! Strawberries were shriveled and dry and rotting ... bananas were all brown and spotted. I feel I wasted so much time and effort and this was sooo disappointed. I think Rob me the wrong way. The most was when I confirmed with a worker the wine sales.... And said I had driven over 30 min to stock up on wine for an event, and he laughed at me and said "well, I bet they're not gonna be happy" like it was a funny little inconvenience to him.
