Service is by residents and interns rather than their house physicians, and they often leave you waiting for hour or more. They put a tiny bandage on my "surgery" and it bled all down my arm after I left the office, and I had to return to get the wart re-frozen. What's more, insurance didn't cover a lot of this, so I had to pay even more for this than I did for a recent hospitalization of two weeks!

Trust is something that must be earned, especially when thinking of cosmetic procedures and services. From my first visit, this relationship started to evolve and my nerves put at ease. As time passes, I only become more impressed and extremely happy with every visit. To start, Dr. Martin has done wonders for me after my weight loss years ago! It was my first time coming in, and i thought i couldnt be seen but when i called in Sidney got me scheduled for the same day "AMAZING SERVICE"! She reassured me of how everything would go and even went over some of the options the Dr. might have for me! I had a dent in my cheek from an acne scar that had started to get worse due to me personally doing everything possible to make it worse thinking im a dermatologist, but i explained that to her when i called in and she scheduled me right away! The visit went just as well! Gabby is also AMAZING and well informed and made me feel comfortable about the procedure before the Dr. came in. She is very friendly and made the visit much easier! The receptionist and assistant were both abrasive and unwelcoming, but the dermatologist herself was by far the worst part of the experience. Every question we asked was met with snarky, dismissive responses as if we were stupid for asking normal medical questions. When my mother asked about potential scarring from a procedure, the doctor sarcastically replied, "Every surgical procedure causes a scar," in a tone that was clearly meant to belittle rather than educate. Instead of offering reassurance or a thoughtful explanation, she acted irritated that she even had to answer. The entire appointment felt rushed and careless. Rather than explaining anything clearly or showing confidence and expertise, she seemed to just throw random possibilities around without much insight or certainty. It genuinely felt like guessing rather than informed medical care. What made the experience even worse was how physically invasive and disrespectful she was. She repeatedly put her hands on people without asking, handled irritated skin aggressively, and showed absolutely no awareness of patient comfort whatsoever. There is a massive difference between being direct and being rude, and this office crossed that line repeatedly. We left feeling uncomfortable, dismissed, and honestly upset by how unnecessarily demeaning the entire interaction was. Wow! Amazing patient care from the time I called to make my appointment to the time I left…read more Highly recommend, Dr. Kelly Metz and staff if you need to be seen for Allergy and Sinus relief!!! I was recommended to Dr. Metz's office for consultation and allergy testing, I was quickly scheduled. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the office by the receptionist and she efficiently double checked my information and I only had to update one form for them (excellent!). I was called back within 5 minutes, basically enough time to fill out the form - seriously :-) !! My nurse was super nice and explained everything that was going to take place for my appointment. Dr. Metz came in and spent a significant amount of time with me going over my history and finding out what kind of problems I was having. She then explained what the allergy testing would consist of. My nurse came back in, and again took the time to explain the testing and asked if I had any questions before we began. The actual testing was quick and painless, there are no needles involved - it's just a skin scratch now - bonus- I suppose! After all that, Dr. Metz came back in and again, spent another significant amount of time with me going over the results and a plan of action. I never once felt rushed or that they did not have time for me. It really feels like they cater to their patients. I am so happy, I definitely recommend Dr. Metz and her staff if you are having any kind of allergy, sinus or asthma problems! They so totally rock!
