Over 15 years ago I was dealing with some severe arm pain due to my sympathetic nerve being…read moredamaged. The chiropractor I was seeing at the time told me that my amalgam tooth fillings may be contributing to my pain. I went to see Dr. Wong and he agreed that some people are allergic to those fillings and they cause other health problems. Dr. Wong removed all of them, refilled them with a composite filling and then capped them all. It took a while to do, but it was so worth it. That along with other treatments has lead to a pain-free arm! I see Dr. Wong regularly and have had NO issues with all the work that he did! There is no recession from the gums and my teeth are healthy! I can not say enough good things about Dr. Wong and my experience! My gratitude does not end there though! In 2016, my husband went in for a regular cleaning and during his exam, Dr. Wong saw a suspicious spot on his tongue. He sent him to an oral surgeon to have it biopsied. Thankfully, it was not cancer, but he continued to be seen by this oral surgeon every 3 months to keep an eye on it. Having biopsies when needed. In 2019, the biopsy showed it was cancerous. We have been on a roller coaster ever since, but he's still alive and at this point cancer free!! If not for Dr. Wong's diligence I would be telling a different story! He is TOP NOTCH and teaches his 2 sons (who are also dentists in the clinic) and the hygienist to check the tongue and mouth very throughly for suspicious activity! I was very excited and looking forward to yesterday. Well the base bed is broken. It's their only one and the top of it does not hover over you, it actually lies on top of you with all of its weight. Which is well over 20 pounds.... Not comfortable at all and when I told the girls upfront, they said they were aware and it forces a lot of people to have to buy the luxury package. Sounded like their hands at the front were tied. I think it's very wrong that staff knows this and no one chooses to have it fixed, I would imagine management knows which makes it even worse. Fix your beds and stop ripping people off!

He doesn't ask me to move my hands for him, he does it himself... and it felt more aggressive then necessary. As he's filing he is looking at the TV and ends up getting my skin multiple times. I would pull away and he would tell me to relax. I feel like I was relaxed until he did that. Then he pulled out the electric buffer and started aggressively buffing my nail, and skin! I ended up bleeding so he apologized and again told me I just need to relax! After awhile I began to zone out, and I look up and he's shaping my nails, it hurt because they weren't glued on all the way and I could feel my whole nail being moved. I trusted the process and stayed quiet. He kept moving my hands for me, even though I most definitely would have moved them the second he told me to. Once he started painting (he didn't ask me if I liked the shape.... I don't like the shape, very blocky and all of them are uneven, and crooked.) The painting looked very good and he kept telling me its magical because I asked for the magnetic polish. It was definitely magical! Thank you.
