The pharmacy service is the absolute worst. There is never anyone to answer the phone and they take too long to prepare medications. An initial prescription was billed with the insurance company incorrectly. This caused the insurance company to deny a refill once the initial prescription ran out. After numerous phone calls to the pharmacy, the doctor, and the insurance company; and three to four visits in person to the pharmacy, it still took an additional 24-hour period to refill the much needed prescription. It ultimately slowed the healing and recovery process of my spouse, following surgery. Please, be sure to properly submit billing to the insurance companies, someones life may depend on it. read more

Worst walgreens in existence. CVS needs to pop into that 24 hour pharmacy market because I have to drive pretty damn far to get away from this walgreens at 2am. If you need a prescription, literally go anywhere else in Moreno Valley. The wait times are ridiculous, the service is subpar, and the people who frequent this establishment could have their own website like the people of one certain big box store... Line times. If there is no one in line at the main register, you are cool. Shop till you drop. If there are 2 or more people in line, head somewhere else. Drop your purchases on the floor and run. You will ALWAYS face a wait time. A severely long wait time. If you have the middle age, Asian cashier: same as above. She is a law abiding stickler. I mean policy after policy. Screw customer service, she won't even call a manager for any discrepancy. I tried to purchase an item that was marked on the shelf as 2.99. It rang as 7.99. I asked for this to be reconciled to no avail. I was pretty upset because it was Walgreens mistake, not mine. The other cashiers are fine. I have my favorites, the ones I talk to normally and almost daily. I live too close to this Walgreens to not frequent it. Definitely trust my review because I've lived near this one for 6 years. Waited 45 minutes to drop of my prescription, told to pick up in 1 hour return in 1 hour waited in line to pick up prescription for 50 minutes only to be told that medication was out of stock. Pharmacy Technician failed to check if medication was available when prescription was dropped off and I received no notification if delays. Worst customer service ever!! read more

Waited in line for about 30 minutes before reaching the window with 3 people in front of us. Once at the window, the employee told us that they couldn't fill ibuprofen for another hour and we would have to come back on Monday for the antibiotics. Keep in mind that the doctor sent the prescription about 45 minutes prior to that and the antibiotics needed to be started immediately! The employees suggestions was to drive to another Walgreens and "maybe they will have it". I asked her to verify with the other location before waisting more of my time and gas, and she reluctantly agreed, with the stipulation that we get out of line and she would call us on the phone with the information. She quickly called us and said they actually did have the antibiotics, but it would be an hour and 15 minute wait. I try to avoid this pharmacy at all costs due to repeated bad experiences, unfortunately this was preselected as my nephews pharmacy and we thought we would give them another try. Always experience problems here. Long lines, no express. They dont have certain prescriptions in stock & it's just too bad so sad. They wont accept your prescription and just call when its ready, you have to just keep coming back & take your chances that theyll have what you need. Completely ridiculous. read more

I've used this pharmacy for many years and pre-pandemic it was not that bad. NOW, I regret having my prescriptions here. It's the worst customer service, totally unorganized and the wait times are not realistic. Saturday, went to drive up to pick up prescriptions. Four cars in front of me, 35 minutes later and the only movement in the line was when one car pulled out and left. I finally left too. Went back Sunday to find a sign in the window that the drive through was temporarily closed. Went back Monday but went inside. Six people in front of me. Every customer had to wait for long periods of time while the clerk(s) searched high and low for their prescriptions. It was no different for me when I got to the window one hour later. Twenty minutes to search and then another 5 to refill the lost prescription. I don't know how you stay in business this way. Would love to have my prescriptions back so I could go to a different pharmacy. read more

This pharmacy is seriously understaffed. I was put on hold for 45 minutes. They just kept picking up the phone and putting me on hold. They promised that my meds would be ready but when I arrived there, my meds were not even transferred from another pharmacy. This is the second time that this has happened to me. If I could give Walgreens a zero rating we would, we have been there at least 4 times and called them at least 20 times to get 3 prescriptions filled for our son. Their systems are a total mess and nobody cares. Just today our doctor transmitted a prescription to them, we drove there and waited in line. When we got there they told us that the electronic order was not signed by our doctor. We called our doctor on my wife's cell phone and the people at Walgreens told us they could not talk to our doctor on my wife's cell phone. Also that they tried to call our doctor and could not get through, so we called our doctor again and asked them to call Walgreens. She called and said she called 4 times and could never get though their phone system. We have been calling tonight on hold 20 minutes, when finally the phone rings and no-one answers. We will get these prescriptions eventually filled and will transfer to somewhere else for next months order and never buy from Walgreens again. The fact that Corporate pulls security from this 24hour store to save money, shows Walgreens doesn't care about it's employees and customers! I'm sad that Tim isn't the night time pharmacist there anymore, he actually tried to suggest things that would help make things run smoother, but they fell on deaf ears. If you are out of state & a Kaiser member, this pharmacy contracts with Kaiser when their pharmacy is closed (Sunday at least). I took 3 prescription issued by the ER department in Moreno Valley in to be filled yesterday (Sunday Feb 8). When I told them I had no California ID because I was from Oregon, they wanted my passport! My response was who carries their passport to get a prescription filled! My husband was in extreme pain & thanks to this pharmacy, he did not get any help. We wasted the trip & money to go to the ER from Hemet! I'm sitting in the Temecula Kaiser pharmacy & getting them filled with only our Kaiser ID & license. I will be telling everyone I can about this & tell everyone to boycott this store read more

I love Walgreens! The pharmacy techs are very helpful always friendly and there is always a Pharmacist willing to explain your medication to u if u wish to consult with them. When they give me a time my medicine will be ready it's always ready sometimes even before. I always get a courtesy call to remind me to pick up my Rx's. I like that a lot. The 1 star is for the cashier and store manager that worked tonight. If not for them I'd rate them a zero. David in the pharmacy was completely rude, lacked the ability to understand my request and the displayed a careless attitude when his performance issues were addressed... He needs to find employment at a place that doesn't value customer service or require human interaction. Will be expecting a phone call from headquarters regarding his unprofessional behavior due to the complaint I filed on him. Hopefully they part ways with this employee or make it mandatory for him to receive proper training to (greatly) improve his customer service skills. There are some pretty outdated reviews for this store so heres mine. I recently visted this Walgreens and have received one of the very best customer service experiences I have ever had. I needed to send some money via western union and used the one at this location. I had some trouble getting it going and the assistant manager Mike was most helpful, patient, empathetic when assisting me. He really goes the extra mile to help out a customer with a constant genuine smile on his face. Very few people give that top level of customer service as him. read more

If there was any possible way to give this store no stars I would. This pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The pharmacy technician that was "helping" me refused to give me my prescription medication due to me not have the correct medical card. I know that in order to verify insurance all you need is my information and for this technician to completely just not even try to go out of his way to help is pretty upsetting. I have worked in a customer services setting and always go out of my way for customers because word the rewarding feeling. This person was by far rude and was not helpful at all. I requested to speak to the actual pharmacist and you could even see the frustrated look on her that the tech wasn't doing his job. Not cancer patient friendly!!!!!!!! My refills go missing, I give a prescription for anti vomit med Emend and when I go to refill POOF I don't have any and insurance and I are blamed. Thinking I made a possible mistake so I called oncology and they confirmed the refill. Unorganized, always out of stock .....which is absurd as my meds haven't changed ,I am not a new customer and I have a chronic illness.....stage 4 CANCER in 3 places!!!!! Never in my life have I had such a horrible pharmacy experience. I drop my prescription off on Wednesday and was informed that they carried one but not the other so they would make the call to my doctor to verify my prescription and fill it and I could pick up the other one the next day. Got a text alert that my prescriptions were ready, but I was busy going to work so I couldn't stop and grab them. Today after work I go and pick them up and the pharmacist said we do not have your prescription here. I said "like as in you lost my prescription?" And he said "I don't have it anywhere here and it wasn't scanned into the system like it should have been." This is a prescription for a controlled substance for a horrible injury I have been living with for the past three years. So he dug around and found it behind his computer! No one called to verify my prescription...nothing! Just discarded and tossed behind a computer! He even said "you're lucky I found it"!!! I asked how this could possibly happen that a prescription like this could just be tossed to the side. He says it happens all the time!! WTF! I asked if he could find out who was working that day to get some accountability and who their head pharmacist was and he said that would be impossible to find out. I said can't you just look at your schedule for that day? He replied that there was "to many people and do I remember their name?!"So now I have to wait until Monday until my doctors office opens to go through all this and can only hope it doesn't get "lost" again. From reading all the other reviews, I think they have something shady going on there. That will put me dropping off the prescription and hopefully picking up at an entire week! Do not go here, I repeat read the reviews and listen do not go here! Go to the other Walgreens down the street. Also if you are trying to get throughon the phone, good luck! Won't happen! On that note, when I called back because I found out that my doctors office was open on Sundays, he kept lying to me each time when I finally got through on the phone that there were seven people in front of me. Not true because on the Q it tells you how many people are in front of you and there was no one. I just cannot believe this customer service and the way they treat people. I was trying to drop off a prescription through drive thru and i was there for over 30 minutes just waiting so that at the end i was at the window for less than a minute. The employees here are sooo sloww i caught one of the pharmacist on her phone talking about what she was going to do on her weekend. Like are you seriouse you have over 10 people in line plus drive thru and your on your phone talking about your plans. Like really... dont reccond this pharmacy. read more
