There are so many places you go to today, where customer service isn't a thing anymore. The thing was, the lady who works in the makeup department was on break- so ruby decided she can help me out. She worked at ULTA in other department but she knew what she was doing and i trusted her, seeing how gorgeous her makeup looked on her. Overall, Ruby was very patient with me, very kind and generous with my sample foundation (tarte) which i am now in love with. Wish there were more people like her! Thank you Ruby

The ladies who work in there are always so helpful. They always seem to have the product I'm looking for and the return policy is great. I bought a new primer and after two days realized there was no hope for it. I took it back to Sephora and they gladly exchanged it for something else. Lets not forget to mention their sales for the VIB. They also have a really cool rewards program that allows you to exchange points for trial size items. Sephora is definitely someplace to check out if you're into the beauty scene.
