I go to appointment with the concerns and he books another appointment for 4 months later (BTW, if you want a surgery, money up front and fast service!) I was misled about recovery time, had to take a month off of work after spending so much money. Sent a personal letter, no response or follow up from anyone at his office. I was warmly greeted and brought to the facial room. It was dimly lit (but still bright enough to see) and has a relaxing ambiance. The one thing I will say is that the robe thing they give you to put around your upper body is not plus size friendly. I didn't ask if they had a larger option since the blanket mostly covered me, but it is definitely something I hope they have (or get) for the sake of larger clients. The table was warm, comfy and plenty spacious. Rebecca asked me what I was experiencing skin wise and what I was hoping to get out of my facial, then she got to work. I asked her to tell me about the steps and products (I'm super low maintenance so I genuinely don't know about all the skincare stuff out there). I contacted a handful, most of which were either booked out for months or not accepting new patients. I passed by Doctor Brusca office while running an errand at lunch and decided to look him up. There were a few google reviews all seeming to be pretty neutral so I went ahead and contacted the office. They were able to get me in within 6 weeks for my first cleaning that I booked over my lunch break. When I arrived there weren't any receptionist at the front. I signed in and waited. Good thing they sent all the necessary documents to my house weeks before so I could have them completed upon arrival or I would have been there a lot longer. As it was they didn't call me back for my appointment until almost 10 minutes past my time. Once in a chair I spoke with a girl who was prepping me for the dental hygienist. It moved a little slow but it was my first visit so I am letting that slide. Finally we got to the cleaning and afterwards I met with the dentist spoke some about my teeth and general health. He was nice, a jolly man if I say so. I liked him fine. No punchy sales lines, or trying to guilt me into getting unnecessary cosmetic procedures. He finished up and gave me a clean bill of healthy teeth and bid me farewell until the next cleaning. So overall I would recommend this practice. There are no bells and whistles here. Very low key office environment, that doesn't even offer the privacy of individual rooms, just fabric partitions between patients. However, I felt comfortable nevertheless. And when I visit the dentist, besides quality care, comfort is very high on my priority list.
