My husband got his Gabapentin filled last month, when he went to take it this morning he said something told him to look closely!! He takes 600 mg 3x daily! They had 800 mg mixed in with the 600! That is not a type of medication to be changing back and forth and he has for over a month now! This explains one of the reasons he has been tired and falling asleep quickly!! What would have happened if that were to happen while driving?? Walgreens did say "I'm sorry" and fixed it, but what would have happened if it was a stronger medication?? Do better Walgreens!! I'm now thinking to switching to CVS because I don't trust Walgreens anymore!! That is a life you are messing with!! read more

Kudos Walgreens for making it so difficult to purchase from you that you have lost another customer. Noticed an item on sale on line. Went to the store only to be told to get that price I had to order it online for pick up. Stood at the register and ordered in line but get the confirmation saying it was to be picked up at another store 20 minutes away that I have never been to before ?!? Cashier said there was nothing she could do to help and it was up to me to call the other store to cancel the order. Spent 10 minutes in the parking lot on the phone trying to get to get ahold of someone to cancel the order. You would think in this economy businesses would do whatever they can to honor prices they post and not make purchasing items from them such a hassle. read more

This Walgreens is the only one we have come to where the pharmacists come to us and ask if there are any questions about the medication we are picking up, which is amazing because they are just as busy here as all the other Walgreens. Well, first thing there is no such thing as a 5-minute drive thru.....but this is usually because of customers and not so much the staff....as I get up there give them my order and they have me taken care of in less than 5. But inevitably it takes 30+ minutes to get there when 2 or more cars are waiting..... Other than that the staff is excellent and second to none. This place has the making of a bad "B" movie or 80's David Lee Roth video. Not that B movies or DLR videos are bad, just . . . different? This is your standard Walgreen's - nothing amazing or spectacular, nothing truly mind blowing. It's clean and well stocked . . . too clean and too well stocked if you ask me. The 3'times I've been there, I've never had an issue and the staff is always friendly. Now, I'm not your usual Walgreen's frequent flyer, but this place is pretty quirky. I take that back. It's not the place, it's the staff. Let's go back to the 2nd paragraph, last sentence, last phrase, last word: "friendly." They are friendly, but in a John Waters black and white, David Lee Roth 80s video, B movie character kinda way; very dead pan and monotone; like they're reading a script, in a deliciously creepy kinda way all while elevator music in being fed to you through the speakers that makes you wanna keep coming back. I shop here regularly lately. Was checking their store hours and noticed that some people have written some pretty harsh reviews lately, which surprised me because I have only had good experiences shopping at this Walgreens. The employees are helpful and REALLY NICE. That genuine sort of nice that can't be faked. The store is clean and organized. I print my photos here too. They are always ready for me when I get there and look great. I have picked up my mother's prescriptions a couple of times, and there was no wait. The pharmacists have been just as nice as the other employees I've encountered. read more

The staff in the drive thru pharmacy are super-nice- suggestion: Please stop using one of the lanes for Covid drive thru testing - this is already an incredibly busy pharmacy and stuffing up one of the two drive thru lanes multiplies, exponentially, the amount of time you have to sit and wait and waste gas. Holy crap, even with two lanes open, the wait was usually at least 20 minutes. Now it's more like 30-45 minutes. The service here is terrible and has been for a while. I had an appointment for a flu and booster shot and I did not receive the shots until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I had to come back for a copy of my flu vaccination for work. I came back 6 days later and was told the normal form given was not able to be given to me because it wasn't showing in the system even though I had the receipt in my hand. The service is always very slow and they changed the hours to close at 6pm. Most ppl don't leave work till 5pm so that added to traffic makes getting here almost impossible. They seem to never have enough staff and it's ridiculous. read more

So I'm writing this review for those horrible dumb freezers. The cashiers have always been friendly and store seems fine otherwise. But whoever invented those screens to put over the refrigerator doors is dumb. And whoever actually bought into the idea is dumber. Whatever happened to just looking through a piece of glass instead of a screen? They are a waste of energy both with the screen and having to keep the door constantly open because what's on screen isn't what's actually inside. On top of that, for the freezer section, since people keep opening the doors to look inside, it's making the freezer run harder so it's creating freezer burn on the ice cream and frozen foods. I won't go to this Walgreens just to the fact of these annoying screens. Sorry to be crude but it's a frustratingly pointless idea and bad on the environment. read more

Worst pharmacy I have EVER been to! If I could give them zero stars I would. My child was diagnosed with RSV and had 3 RXs sent to this pharmacy. My husband picked up two RXs and the third never got filled. When I called the pharmacist they fought with me for 10 minutes that our doctor never sent over the 3rd medication. When I told them I worked in the health care industry and knew the doctor who sent them she magically saw the RX in their system. She then stated that the RX was there but that the just didn't have that brand. Why not tell me that in the first place! Why lie about it. We have used this pharmacy for years. We would have switched long ago but for the hassle of moving our prescriptions. They often don't have common meds and won't make a call to the Walgreens 2 miles away to check stock unless you prompt them. A week ago I bought set of headphone bluetooth but they were a bit big and would slide off so took th em back exchanged them for another and then ended up taking back for a refund to large for me . Every time I attempt to pickup prescriptions it is always a huge hassle at this Walgreens and today was no exception. I have no idea why my family continues to use Walgreens for Rx after all of the hassles we have had to deal with at this location. Every trip to this pharmacy never ends well and usually requires either a very long wait time or a second or even third attempt at picking up our prescriptions. After receiving a call, not an automated message, a phone call from the Walgreens customer service call center my spouse was told he could pickup his insulin today. Upon arrival we were told there is no Rx here waiting for you! Nothing beyond that just no Rx here. After we explained over and over that it wasn't his doctor's office that said Rx was ready and it wasn't even Walgreens automated system it was an actual live person that called from Walgreens and said your new Rx was pre-approved and is ready for pickup today. We were then ignored by the cashier/clerk because we were holding up the drive-thru , when asked the clerk again about the Rx she stated well there's nothing here and you can come into the store and ask the pharmacist. Okay, you are now turning away someone and refusing him his insulin. Really!?. All I can say is go anywhere for your Rxs but not Walgreens, not this Walgreens or any Walgreens . read more
