I will say that the app is pretty stellar and if you're new to bidding, it can get quite tricky -- but fear not, they have tutorials. I'm pretty sure you could find ANYTHING if you were constantly looking. Selection varies on a daily basis and definitely look out for last chance deals on the app as well! After winning your items, you have 3 business days to pick up. You can have them hold for an additional $5 for up to 5 business days after purchase as well. The hours for pickup/inspection are pretty much regular workdays so be careful of when your deadline to pick up is by. OKAY. Now to the warehouse *insert wide eyes* There is ample parking and for Monday at 4pm, there wasn't too much of a rush. I was carrying extra baggage (my two toddlers), so I can say my heart rate was higher than it should have been. When you enter the warehouse, you check in on the right side (can check in on app for faster process), and then you proceed to get a CART if you need one. You do have to FIND your item based on the bay (letter), shelf (number) and finally the item number. As a first timer, this may be overwhelming but don't worry, it gets easier. If you have items listed BINS -- those are at the FRONT (letters A and some of B). Once you are done loading your item(s), you go to the front and they scan out your items based off of the barcode on the box. They have streamlined the process to make it more effective and everyone was pretty understanding and attentive when I needed help.

I honestly can't believe this item made it through inspection and was listed for sale in this condition. Selling a dirty, non-working appliance is unacceptable. My advice is to inspect every item thoroughly before leaving the pickup location. You may find some good deals, but don't assume items have been tested or are in the condition described.

Incredible variety, always fully stocked with great prices. Ample parking! The garden section calls for some special praise! Local Texas funds are simply the best and choices are even better. Slightly surprised to read many negative comments regarding staff as everyone who works here is extremely polite, respectful and helpful. Sure most of cashiers are high school kids but the level of respect they treat everyone is absolutely admirable and I thank them all for consistent assistance every visit. On a few occasions they weren't sure of a fruit or veggie sku number and sent for help instantly following with multiple apologies. It will show that the item is available, but then I end up getting a substitute H-E-B brand product instead of what I actually ordered. I always have to double-check and remember to uncheck the substitution option, but then sometimes I just don't get the item at all. It's gotten to the point where it's hard to trust whether what I'm buying is actually going to be available. I'd set up notifications on the app where I could select products that I'm interested in and be able to get updates when they've been restocked that would be extremely helpful to consumers.

This certainly isn't a "flea" market because there is beautiful furniture in here--many in individual consignment booths; others have permanent set ups. They also conduct auctions, one regular one is the first Thursday of every month; and from time to time, they conduct specialty auctions selling jewelry and other collectibles. They have specific estate auctions too.
