They organize my mom's extensive set of medications and make sure there aren't issues and provide monthly packets so we don't have to do the sorting with a jillion pill bottles. They'll call us to remind us about pickups and treat us like old friends when we come into the store. They run a business like those that you see in small towns in old movies. Harrison was the pharmacy tech who helped me today, and even though he could not fully resolve the issue, he went above and beyond trying to help. He called Walgreens corporate, contacted my insurance company, paid attention to every detail, and maintained professionalism and care the entire time. You can tell he truly cares about his work and helping people, which is rare these days. Walgreens on the other hand really needs to improve their systems when it comes to dealing with secondary insurance because the system failed and never allowed my second insurance to pay the co-pay even though my insurance company stated it was approved. Harrison did everything he possibly could to help and represented the pharmacy extremely well.
