Wait times will depend on what you're coming in for, but I would definitely wait until you receive a notification you have had your prescription filled before coming in! They do fill same day fairly quickly despite how busy they are. I'd imagine it could be frustrating there is also no drive-thru, but I have never had any mistakes or problems with insurance processing I would need them to re-do. However, I have found that Osco has been careless filling my prescriptions. As an example, they mixed together in one prescription bottle, medication from two different manufacturers without explanation. It was the same medication however one was a large pill and others were very small. I was to take 1 and 1/2 pills per night but due to carelessness on the part of Osco, I was taking a double dose of medication. This is unacceptable and dangerous. I went back to Osco and was told by another pharmacist that normally they would put the two different medications from different manufacturers in different bottles. Well, not this time! Be careful if you use Osco Drug. I never had such a problem at Walgreens.

Gates were closed, yet some lady was behind the counter. I gave the benefit of the doubt when i politely asked if and what time they would reopen, or if they were closed. the red signs on the wall in front of where i was standing (from the angle I was at) shows open from 8am-8pm most days. It was 12:40. I did NOT see the monitor to the left that shows they are closed from 12:30-1pm. honest mistake on my part, but to completely ignore someone genuinely asking a question... looking in my direction at me, and NOT respond at all, is beyond rude. some folks would slap this little girl for that, but Im not on that type of time. My point is, What if i someone was illiterate, and could not read? What if someone genuinely does not see a monitor that's positioned off from the direction of the pharmacy gate, such as myself? This week the pharmacy staff greatly helped me through switching insurance. The front check out can be slow at times, and some of the staff really push the walgreens card a little too much, but I know it's probably because they've been told to. Overall this is a clean store and a great addition to our community. I stop here at least once a week!

This was the closest to the office ~ about a 3 minute drive. Granted, I was only here to have a prescription filled, but I found the whole experience rather pleasant. I was greeted as I entered the door and spotted the pharmacy. The pharmacy manager, whose name I cannot remember, quickly came to the window, asked me all the appropriate questions and said it would be about a 20 minute wait. That's fine, I brought reading material. No sooner did I sit down, take a photo, then my name was called. I hadn't even had time to put my phone away. They accepted the coupon and explained how, if need be, I could go about transferring my Rx to a closer CVS. If needed, I might even call my refill into this pharmacy because everything went so smoothly. Yay, I'm a fan.
