A blend to help you fall asleep and stay asleep? Yeah right. A blend to help calm your dogs? Suuuuure. Because Georgeann is my friend, I wanted to support her small business, so I ordered some sample sizes of various products. Every last one does what it says. The Silent Night roller does help me fall asleep and stay asleep. I use it every night and it's amazing. Calm the Dog actually calms dogs. I was dog sitting this dog who during the first night was really having a hard time relaxing. She was panting and pacing for hours, and nothing I tried to calm her helped. That's when I remembered I ordered Calm the Dog. I put some around her collar and on the bridge of her nose and within 5 minutes she laid down and went to sleep. Restore balm is the greatest thing since buttered corn on the cob. I've been using it as a facial moisturizer and it has softened my wrinkles. The biggest thing is it's made the milia cysts (tiny, white lumps)on my eyelids go away. The lip balms blow store brands out of the water. Plus, there's a Facebook group for Heaven Scent Aroma Shop where Georgeann is there to answer any questions you may have. I don't live in area anymore, so my orders are shipped to me. The shipping rate is reasonable and the packages always arrive in a timely manner. I do know that Georgeann will deliver your order herself if you're close by. Now THAT is superb customer service. The prices are reasonable. The products are excellent. And the customer service is phenomenal. I'm definitely a life-long customer, and you should be too.

I needed my roots done or some way to blend it due to regrowth and no energy to fix it. It is frustrating because I would have been ok with a root melt/smudge/etc. I am pretty open to changing to something manageable during this hard time. I would have been ok with an off scalp application that blends the line with bleach or a semi darker dye. Instead, I was just basically looked at like nope, we only do highlights. No question on why I was in this business or if I was open to other applications than on the scalp bleach. I would have been open to a conversation. It is an unfortunate way of handling things. Since I came to your business on purpose. Instead it seems I was judged instantly and pushed out the door. I don't believe health conscious branding that doesn't care to actually ask why someone is in their specific business before telling them to go down the road. All that said, the interaction wasn't negative. Just unfortunate.

When hubby and I moved permanently to the Cape, we were looking for a good tattoo artist. I asked everyone whom I encountered (who had a tatt that I liked) who did the artwork and they all said Todd at Gearhead Tattoo. Fast forward to now. Hubby and I decided to get tattoos. He pieced together something that he wanted and I knew I wanted a Shiva tattoo. I scoured the internet for an example and found one that was in the line of what I wanted but probably could never be recreated because of the poor photography. We go to GHT and Todd listens to what we want. He tells me not to worry, he'll find one like it by the time we come back for our tatts. Hubby keeps rattling on about what he wants while showing Todd his makeshift artwork. Todd is listening politely while doodling on his IPad. I'm thinking this guy isn't really listening, then voila! He turns the IPad around and shows my husband what he sketched and my husband was stunned. It was exactly what he had envisioned. Two weeks later, we go in for the tatts and Todd shows me the Shiva that he found and enhanced and I was blown away. I also thought this will never look the same on my arm -- it's just too colorful and detailed. Well it is the most beautiful tattoo I've every seen and have ever gotten. Seriously, I can't stop looking at it. He even acquiesced to the orientation that I wanted which is Shiva's head toward my wrist so I can look at him. He spent every bit of 3 hours working intently on this art. During the whole time, we talked, joked and I just had a great time. Todd worked on every piece of detail while keeping me entertained for 3 hours. This is not easy but he is gifted not only in art, but in making the client relax and feel comfortable. I was so pleased that I'm going back for another in a month. As for hubby, the tattoo is exactly the vision my husband had and he is extremely pleased. He is now thinking of adding to it. The discussion of aftercare was complete and is also referenced on their website. In addition, unlike my previous, smaller tattoos, this did not scab because of the new type of bandage they use. Awesome experience. Awesome shop. Awesome artist. If you go you must see Todd.

This person shouldn't be doing piercings if she can't even offer removal. Do not recommend her at all other then that they shop there is great just not the piercer .

They told me one was on the way. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told the artist had not left her house and it would be so least 20 more minutes. After 20 minutes came and went so left. This place probably does great work, but whomever was running the front desk could use a lot more transparency. Felt like I would be told anything just do I could sit there and wait.
