6 mi Cypress store is terrible customer service you cannot go up to the customer service counter and get change for a $20 bill you want to get singles even after buying merchandise out their store and that $20 bill came from their cashier they still do not want to give you singles up at the customer service for your passport bus they don't care they make your life hell! I found a solution I go to 7-Eleven use the ATM machine pay $350 for using it and then I get all the singles I need to ride my Lee county passport bus with absolutely no aggravation whatsoever and I spend my money at 7-Eleven instead of Walmart problem solved! The cashier at 7-Eleven is more than happy to make change of $20 bills from the ATM machine with absolutely no aggravation whatsoever but Walmart can't seem to do that go figure! read more

I just want to warn everyone NOT to use this Walmarts grocery pickup. It is absolutely the worst, I have twice now (separate occasions) waited an hour for my grocery order. The first time, I thought it was just a fluke, but after my experience today and talking with the LINE of other people waiting, I can see this store has a real issue. I actually called the store to cancel my order so I can just leave and they told me they actually don't know how to cancel an order. And I had to call the actual store not the pickup line because they won't pick up on that line. Just save yourself the headache and don't bother with this mess of a store. read more

Although the merchandise is plentiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the management is very easy to deal with, do not buy milk there - whole milk, 2% milk, 1% milk, or even skim milk - of the GREAT BUY variety. It is poor quality milk. For the last four times in a row the milk in gallon jugs which I have purchased there have soured - or even curdled - prior to the expiration dates stamped on the respective bottles. I have even had this experience with supposedly higher quality milk I have bought there, namely, Borden's - which surprised me. Buy your milk at Publix or Winn-Dixie or Dollar General - anywhere but at this store. Milk is of better quality elsewhere. Other than that, I recommend using this store to buy groceries - or anything else - provided your feet can tolerate so much walking around this big box store. read more

Place is a joke, but that's Walmart. It's about as standard as your trash walmart experience. Restrooms are acceptable at best. Staff? What staff? with the automation machines (that are constantly breaking) I AM THE STAFF. Depending on the time of day, they might be magnanimous enough to open ONE register! The floral department needs serious help. Clueless and they let the plants die constantly. Employees will leave you alone unless you ask them for something and in my experience, they do know where the items you want are located if you ask the employee that works that department except floral, they don't know anything. Nobody seems to ever be in automotive. Pretty scuzzy, but again, that's just Walmart. Get in, grab your stuff and get out. Above all, do not bother during the day time. read more

I very seldom shop at Walmart But recently I moved to Florida and I Wanted to order canvas prints from the photo center -same day photo I called the Walmart stores close to me and drove to a few of them In Naples. I was shocked how many stores are poorly managed. Most of them don't have a photo center, all but one was out of canvas Material and I called several and they never answered the phone! Really !! Is this anyway to run a Business. Finally, I found one store Who not only answered the phone but had a photo department I spoke to someone who could speak English and I received my canvas prints same day. I really don't need to review Walmart. We all know what the deal is. However, this location has earned a rep so here we go. This parking lot is crazier than your average Walmart. The Pickup is located in the WORST spot that it could be. I shop/deliver for handicapped so Pickup should be my best friend but it's insanity at this location. No flow at all in the store lay out either. On a positive note, the planogram has been changed for Xmas and is a bit better now. McDonalds is right at the door and causes delays getting inside. The entrances and exits for this location are BAD. Long lines all the time - big surprise for Walmart, right? Recently added more self-checkouts and moved where they are located in the store so that helps. Pharmacy moves slowly and is always busy. Don't expect much outdoor stuff because in the three plus years I've shopped this location there hasn't been much of a garden/outdoor section at all. Clothing isn't very geared for Florida either. On a positive note, the deli always has good consistent quality/price for meats, cheeses, and random food stuffs. Plus, the deli folks are very nice. This location also has a decent ethnic aisle. Worth noting: the tire/auto section does a pretty good job and most of their services take the usual hour-ish to execute. That's pretty standard for Walmarts across the board I find. My biggest warning is about overall price. When it's snow bird season, they raise their prices and often it is NOT a deal to shop here. It is primarily a convenience factor...and that is even in question here. It's much easier to go further west on Pine Island road to the newer location if you're only getting grocery/animal stuffs. When I go to get an oil change I really don't want to hear the employees talking junk about their manager or their job. I also don't want to be in the middle of a screaming match between a Haitian worker and his customer. I didn't mind the 2 hour wait this morning. I figured I could get my nails done, which I did and they are amazing in there, and sit and read a book while waiting patiently. I figured their job is hard enough with at least 2 people calling in that day, the shop just opening at 9am instead of 7 that I should be polite and just wait quietly for them to let me know it was ready. It was while I was waiting that the hollering happened between what seemed like an employee and a customer. The man who took my informatioin was nice. Stressed and understandably so but very nice and patient. I felt sorry that both of his coworkers were so lazy. I bought a bike from here for my son and the ball bearings shredded out of the back rim. T he bikes normally have a 90 day return policy but we were at like 4 months but i let the assistant manager Justin know that it was broken before the usual time period and we did not want to brave the Christmas crowds. I want to praise "JOHN" in produce for customer service. He is always willing to help in any dept., wearing a smile. I was looking for "Almond Breeze" milk and couldn't find even the label for it..Went to John in produce as I knew he was the only one that I can ask for help and get it. Few minutes later, here comes John with milk in hand. He had to go in the back for it as he said "they are bringing it out now" This is not the first time John helped me, that is why I went to him before anyone else.
