DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!! Picked up my blood pressure medication and iron supplements. No insurance change, no changes at all....total at window was $135.80.....I asked why so high it was $36.00 3 months ago....pharmacist said she say the prior price and wasn't sure.....I asked she check for a lower price....she said she did and still no change. I paid, called my insurance and Walgreens back and they said to go into Walgreens to fix. Waited in line again, new lady said the cash price and discount price were the same and she couldn't help because they billed it already. Clearly billed incorrectly and I was overcharged by Walgreens. To give you an idea....without insurance on Amazon pharmacy for the exact same medication $13.90 and with insurance $13.35......Walgreens $125.89. Switching pharmacies immediately!!!! read more

I came in to make prints of my daughter's birthday invitations. I connected my phone to their computer and was able to import the invitation I designed and have it printed in store. In the future I would probably do this online and then pick up in the store as they were pretty busy. The print quality was great and exactly what I had hoped for. The invitations was bright and vibrant. I was assisted by Edgar and Tinesha who were both a great help. They were very kind and made sure that I was satisfied with my prints. This might be the worst pharmacy in Las Vegas. Three different prescriptions had to be sent in for a pain medicine after surgery. Couldn't get any one of them because they didn't have them and they were all generics. Pharmacist or tech refused to help the situation and the doctor is the one who had to fix it. A quick stop shop to have a photo taken for my passport. I was there much longer than I anticipated but the assistant was also there alone and the line kept on keeping on so it was not the best experience but we were both positive in nature so that helped with our mood and the ambiance we were in. It's not a restaurant so there was no food involved but it would have been nice to have more help. It was very difficult for the young lady to operate the cash register and take pictures for passports but hey...I got it done and I'm ready to ship it off. Passport #3 here I come! read more

I've had to file far too many complaints due to the unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and absence of empathy. This is a disservice to patients whom happens to be your customers. Trying to get a prescription filled for my son. They asked me to call CVS to transfer the prescription to them (to free up the insurance claim). CVS says that Walgreens needs to do it. This is a review of Walgreens and their clinical trial team. I recently signed up to a clinical trial in need of funds that promised me $75 and then $25 for subsequent visits up to $225 for a study over the course of the following year in which I would be given money for blood samples and answering weekly questionnaires to track the efficacy and effectiveness of the covid vaccinations. Walgreens has provided me payment on a prepaid bank card which does not allow me to take money out in cash form or transfer the funds to another financial institution effectively preventing me from paying bills or using the money how I see fit. It is only good for purchases at a merchant not even atm withdrawals. Walgreens and their clinical trial teams are a scam do not ever sign up for any of their clinical trials. I had signed up with hopes that I would be advancing Medical Science and helping prevent further illness from covid the reality is they are just exploiting people. read more

They were arguing with each other about who there work duties, then, when I went to check out, they act like I was bothering them to ring me up. This pharmacy is a joke. Employees are rude. They are not sure what they are doing. Prescriptions are not always ready when they say it, even emergency medications. You call, and they said medication would be ready. The next day, going to pick up, they're not ready and start transferring different people to " fix" the problem, and they would be saying they are not sure why the last person said the medication would be ready. Total irresponsible to people waiting for their medication. Emergency medications, too. Beware of this place. My parents are having issues with this place. I am telling them to change pharmacy because this place is playing with people's health and lives. read more

I waited on hold for 20 minutes to speak with a pharmacist tonight about the medication I was given. After I was asking questions about it and why I am so sleepy and having night sweats after taking the pills, he said "this medication does not make you sleepy, ok, have a goodnight" & hung up. No real assistance AT ALL. I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant and I have questions about why I feel how I do and this pharmacist didn't seem to care to help at all. So I decided to do my own research and turns out the medication DOES make you sleepy as a possible side effect. I would say it's safe to say this pharmacist might not know what he's talking about and I'll never get my prescription from here again. read more

We're not really a fan of this Walgreens, but this is the closest so we do. Most of the employees were just rude, don't care . So today we need to give an awesome review to Ms. Lanesha (hopefully I spelled that right). One of the concerns in this location is the photo area. We get emails that the pics are ready but they're NOT when we pick them up smh. So yesterday, we came and pick the grad pic of my daughter but it's NOT ready. So the lady said come back in an hr. Today we came and pick it up, it's ready but the prob now is they barely printed it and they didn't honor the price when I ordered it online last week. The one ring us in the register, well she wasn't really a help, she's don't care. Ms. LANESHA however, showed what a MANAGER, leader should be. She was so professional, very patient and just awesome. She fixed and honored the online order/price. This location is so lucky to have her. We haven't really seen her here, she's an asset to this location. So thank u again. read more

Nice employees. Was able to have a shopping cart. Good sales. Good selection of chilled drinks.

We went in for passport photos and were told it would take about 30 minutes. We get there and had to wait 15 mins just for someone to provide service. After taking our photos, the clerk then said, "It will be 30-60 minutes..." So we ran other errands and came back 60 minutes later. Then we were told the machine had to 'warm up' so it would be another TWO hours before they were ready. Went back 2 hours later and they were not ready, still have to be cut into the photos. I would give their service an F rating and do NOT recommend anyone go there for passport photos. read more

Using this Pharmacy for about 5 years with no problems at all, logically during the pandemia long lines and waiting, but is better now. Pharmacy staff is great, prompt service, online refills and they will contact my Dr's in a prompt manner when necessary. I can't tell the same for the store...there's no way that I can shop with no troubles....most of the time the price does not match the barcode and if you don't watch it you end up paying more. Worst worst ...the cashiers attitude, no politeness at all, as well as the leads... some of them should not even work on customer service. read more

PHARMACY REVIEW I dropped my kids prescriptions off here after leaving the er since this was across the street from the hospital. HUGE MISTAKE!!! They tell me 3 hours, and then call my phone and say the meds are ready 2 hours later. I get there 4hours later and there's 6 cars in the drive thru, bad sign already. I was assisted after 15mins. She then couldn't find the prescriptions, then there was insurance issues. Why did they call and say the meds were ready and they actually weren't? WASTE OF F***ING TIME! This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I was waiting to talk to a pharmacist it would take me about 10 minutes but it took me about one hour and half. The machine was saying it was busy but cmon it's 12 am the calls shouldn't be busy at this time of night. I wanted to ask a simple question but it took me one hour and half. I called to make a refill on a prescription. I had to ask the pharmacist a few questions and I was on hold for over half an hour. They continue to answer the phone and simply say hold please and never actually let me say anything or talk. They did that at least five or six times. I find that extremely rude and unprofessional and lack of customer service. I would try to yell to say please don't put me on hold. But you could tell they don't even put the phone to their ear. You guys seriously need to hire more people in the pharmacy. Why is there only one line for everything. Dropping off a prescription should not take 30min. Pickup is usually 30min-1hr wait. Whatever you do. Don't use the drive up. Was told prescription would be ready by 3:30pm. My wife got here at 6pm and still not ready. And she had to wait yet again.
