Never been to a 7-Eleven that employs rude and incompetence staff. Only get two stars because I found what I was looking for

This particular location is very easy to get in and out of. There is plenty of room in the parking lot and around the pumps. When I was here the store wasn't overly clean. However there was only one employee working and they were super busy!! It would be interesting to see how the store is kept when there is more than one employee working. read more

Great morning stop before leaving Las Vegas! Store is clean and well stocked. Gambling machines if you want to start early. Everything from sunglasses, to orange juice, snacks, pizza and more! Husband said pizza was really good! Didn't interact with cashier, but the gentleman making the coffee was so outgoing and friendly! Even made a new pot of Hazelnut Coffee just for me! Can't say enough about how it feels to be greeted with a smile, and asked how my morning was going. His customer service skills were tops! Wish I had caught his name. I worked at this store for many years under the old owner, I was in there awhile ago and the store or the employees aren't the same . I wasn't greeted ,the food on the grill looked old and the cooler had alot of missing items . I miss the old days !! read more

If I can't use the bathroom (sign says public restrooms are closed) then there is nothing convenient about this store and no reason to ever come back since there are stores all over the place. read more

I have a pretty good experience every time I walk into this store so I decided to review it. When I decided to review it I asked myself, what exactly does one say about a 7-Eleven? They're supposed to be pretty much all the same right? We take for granted that there's one in almost every corner, we go in, get what we need and leave. We don't even think twice. For the most part when you go to these the employees are not exactly thrilled to be there, specially at night. CUSTOMER SERVICE****: So the first thing I want to rate is the service. As corny as it sounds it's always service with a smile. There was one employee when I started coming here that always seemed to be in a bad mood. Then I learned that it was just her demeanor. Of course you don't come here with consistency then you just think she's got bad CS. Wich in a way she does but because the employees here give the store a bit of a "small town" convenience store vibe you get to know them well. The check out is fast and friendly and the lines are never more than a few people long and when it gets too long their on top of it. CLEANLINESS****: Lets face it 7-Elevens aren't exactly known for being the cleanest establishments. These guys hold their own. They do a great job of finding a good balance between taking care of the customers and keeping the place clean. To include the bathrooms and you know how 7-Eleven BRs can get. PRODUCT AND AVAILABILITY****: I go for the coffee. And sometimes the cinnamon bun. I've never been disappointed with either. Coffee always fresh. Creamers and add one always stocked. Coffee selection always broad. Not much more to say. CONVENIENCE*****: Right on the NW corner of the Craig Rd. and Losee Rd intersection. I came in at 9:30 am for coffee. There were 4 pots all about 90 percent empty. I asked the clerk to please make some. After a long sigh he started walking over, im guessing to brew more. I then watched him brew a new batch with the grinds left over from making the last pot. I never saw him open a new pack or get a filter out. This 7-11 off of Craig Rd. provides what is needed, as minimal as it is: Relatively cheap gas, clean store, and a toilet that flushes. Located shortly from the I-15 and across from a major local casino, so you can add another 100 convenient points to this convenient store. read more

Normally I have no issues with this 7-11 I come by this one often but that's during the afternoon sometimes at night but hardly ever past midnight. Today was a bad day to pick to go a at 430 am I wasn't able to go to sleep, neither was my bf able to get any sleep and since we we're up we'd figure we'd go to sonic and get some chicken but since we're kind of broke we had to go into our change jar and see how much we had. Turns out we had 10 bucks but not wanting to give all that change to the person working at sonic we figured we'd try and see if 7-11 would be able to exchange our change. We walk in there's an elderly man at the counter and two other patrons inside they are not in line so we go up to him and I asked him if he could possibly change our change for dollars. He then sighs and rolls his eyes says that he had other things to do, that he's busy but he didn't say he couldn't or no , he then asked how much I said like 10 or 12 dollars, I had even separated the coins in different bags to make it easier. so me and my bf proceed to putting the change on the counter. He then continued to sigh and shake his head and kept repeating that he doesn't even know if he's allowed to take this much change and that he can't be counting change he's got other things to do, so bf says well then let's talk to your manger let's ask him how much change your allowed to take we dont want to get you in trouble. He says he's the manager his name tag said roger clearly he's angry and says that we don't even have them rolled up that he's got alot of things to get done and it's busy. I look around and now there's three people in the store besides me and my bf no one was in line. There was a gentle man who did come up and we were more then happy to move aside so he could pay and be on his way. We even told the manger that we'd be willing to wait and move aside for the patrons to pay so we didn't hold up the line if more people came up. Did he listen no he ignored us he was now counting the change out loud stopped helped the customer that was waiting. Then proceeded to count the rest and again sighed and shook his had at the inconvenience of having to count out the change he looks at me and my bf and says next time we need to have it rolled. I apologized saying that I didn't know we had to have it rolled. By this point I was getting upset. (All he had to do was say no I'm sorry I can't take that much change or simply tell us to move to the side while the other patrons paid). I felt like crap already having to ask for so much change to be exchanged then him giving us attitude and making it worse that it is a terrible burden for him when there's one other person line. At the end I just wanted to leave with or without the damned money. I just wanted my change to be exchanged that's it and I wasn't rude what so ever. I worked in retail and I know what a pain it can be to deal with someone rude. I wasn't demanding the change right away I wasn't rolling my eyes, or sighing and making sure he felt like crap. But at the end I just got upset and bf, went back in to let him know he didn't appreciate the attitude they went back and forth for a min he said he was trying to help us out that we had an attitude not him. My bf asked what was the info for his boss he gave him a receipt, my bf then told him he'd be calling him and letting him know how we were treated. He said to go ahead and call him he didn't give a damn and we left. I'm not one to get upset over something like is but this really did hurt I was just ashamed at myself I lost my job so having no money really puts a damper on your self esteem. Then something like this happens not my greatest of nights. And I know this is not a place to exchange coins but I just wanted to take a chance. I wasn't expecting someone to be so rude and mean. That's my fault. I sure won't be stopping by that location. read more
