Talking super loud and cursing. No one greeted me, they kind of just stared at me like ugh no not a customer. The store was very dark and it was really hard to look for products. No one asked if I needed help finding anything (which I did need help finding what I was looking for, but I thought that I shouldn't bother the 3 girls since they looked SO busy sitting on the floor doing nothing) I think from now on I'll go to a different beauty supply store and skip Sally Beauty Supply.

Maria hairstylist, greeted me, even though she was busy she accepted me as a client. She did a fantastic job with my color and blowout that day! I have since been there two more times for a blowout and a haircut and color again. Maria is talented, professional and friendly. She turned a disappointing day into a wonderful experience. I originally went into this location because I knew from past visits they have a very good men's fragrance line. Upon walking into the men's fragrance department I was greeted by a young African American woman whose first greeting to me was "Hello, just looking"? A bit sarcastically. I responded that I was looking for John Varvatos since I've seen it in this location before, of which she replies "Idk who that is" I was a bit surprised but not completely taken aback & told her he is a famous fashion designer etc. She seemed shocked as to how knowledgeable I was with the fragrances. I used to work in Nordstrom in the men's department selling fragrances, & designer goods. John Varvatos of which was one I often pushed for sales. Tom Ford was my highest seller. Upon not finding any, I saw there was a new Prada & proceeded to ask about that & if there was a tester for it. They didn't have one available for that either so she went to the front to go check. Whist this is happening, the security was eyeing me down the entire time as if I looked suspicious which was extremely strange in my experience. The associate had returned to me stating they can't make a tester/have any testers etc. Upon hearing this all I replied back jokingly was "Man you guys don't have anything I want today huh"? Of which she replied back rudely with "WELL IM SORRY FOR THAT". I had to make it clear that I wasn't upset with her & it was out of her control, it's a corporate thing not her decision. I then asked who specifically worked in the fragrance department to which I got the snarkiest reply of "We all work in the fragrance department". Sooooo what are you guys, Legion?? That was a bold faced lie, I've been in this EXACT location before & have been helped by individuals who worked in that department specifically, so I have no idea why she lied like that about something so minuscule. I Explained my background in fragrance to which I immediately felt as if I was getting profiled, of which I told her thank you for your help. A young gentleman approached me from I believe the hairdressing department & offered assistance for me in the fragrance department of which I obliged. I asked him about the new Prada fragrance of which he took me to where they were located & low & behold all of them were just sitting on a shelf. Whist he's showing & explaining to me the new fragrances, this security is STILL eyeing the hell out of me & looking at me with a very bothered face. Upon seeing this I removed my sunglasses & ask "Is there a problem with me being in here right now? Am I asking too many questions, what seems to be the issue I've been in this store plenty times before" The securities response was "I'm just doing my job sir"... Yeah & I'm just shopping & so far you guys are giving me abysmal service. I proceeded to work with the gentleman that approached me of which I thanked him for his excellent customer service & proceeded to walk out because I truly did not like how I actually was being profiled for the first time in a VERY LONG TIME. All by my own people at that . Very disappointed with this recent trip. I appreciate the gentleman that helped me & ensured to find an answer for me instead of just saying "Idk where this is". I would have never made a customer feel as uncomfortable in my department or the store period as those two individuals prejudicially made me feel. I collect fragrances for a living nearly & always ask associates questions about notes etc. When it comes down to excellent customer service, it truly comes down simply to treat others the way you'd like to be treated. . I won't be returning here.

I went to have a Crown replacement.First they have all my anssurance information.they check me and I was waiting for doctor Eugene Isola to come discuss my health plan with me when he get into the room he ask me who's gonna pay for the service his gonna provide me.I was in shock when he said that,but I stayed calm and I respond to him my assurance will pay for it and if my assurance doesn't pay I will pay for it, so eventually my assurance paid for a part and I paid for the rest, so the day I went to have the crown installed so what he did he put a post on top of the previous post I had on the tooth and he cracked my tooth through my bones even he knew he cracked my tooth he still installed the crown and he send me home with my gum bleeding and he didn't take any xray to make sure the crown have been place correctly to my natural tooth and he didn't check my bite. He installed the crown in 5 minutes, later that day after the anesthesia is gone my head my face was pounding I was on so much pain I called the office the next day his assistant told me the doctor said take a advil I don't have to come to the office. please black people stay away from this place.

So I guess it's luck of the draw which cashier or worker you happen to stumble upon. All times, the cashiers assisted me with what I needed, but overall, they lacked any kind of energy, personality, and almost seemed as if they didn't want to be there, didn't want to help, and that by helping the customer, it was something of a nuisance to them. It didn't turn me off, per se, because they weren't being blatantly nasty or rude. As long as I got my product or refund, with no eye-rolls or catty comments, I'm good to go. And then one time, I got a super helpful young girl who explained everything to me, apologized for the wait, offered some extra samples to make up for the delay. As for wait times, I usually come during the day, as opposed to evenings or weekends, so I never had to wait on a super long line. At most, one or two other people ahead of me. So I would suggest coming here and knowing what you need/want. Or just order online. I usually do and it's so much easier.

Been to this office 3 times and never had an issue…read more Sometimes the wait is long but it is hard for the office to gauge when an appointment may go over the time allotted for them. I was shocked to see on two occasions patients yelling loudly at the front desk staff. They took it well, as someone who has and still does work in the medical field this is not something I take well. I also was treated respectfully and very kindly by the doctor and MA. They knew I was stressed and have issues passing out due to other medical conditions with procedures. They took their time with me and when I felt like I was going to black out they got me water and placed cold towels all around my face and stood by my side. So I'm sorry if my medial issues or medical emergency held up one of the exam rooms longer than they had initially thought and really hope the front desk staff and medical providers did not have to then deal with someone screaming at them for this. People/ patients need to understand that things are happening that they do not get the luxury of knowing about and should try to lead more with kindness. The only negative thing I could say about this office is ... they seem to get a decent amount of crazy, entitled, rude and angry people as their patients.
