Printed Christmas cards. They did not come out the same as pictured online. Spoke with Manager John. He was zero help when coming to a solution. He basically was like oh well- Pick different pictures... Making this card took time, driving to pick up this card took time and now emailing him and calling them to try to get this fixed took time & now I have to drive back to the location to get my money back & I still have no Christmas cards. John lacked empathy to the fact that the cards Did not come out the same as pictured online and basically said that's what you're going to get when you order from them. I have Ordered our Christmas cards from Walgreens for almost 10 years now, plus additional photo items. Very dissatisfied with the product & even more with the customer service. read more

I've been to this Walgreens pharmacy a number of times, and honestly, the service is always underwhelming. The staff always seem frustrated or unhappy, giving you the bare minimum in terms of assistance. They're not outright rude, but you can tell they're not interested in going above and beyond. It's not the worst experience, but definitely not one that makes me want to return anytime soon. Just kind of a "get in and get out" vibe. As of today, Paul (pharm tech) was kind and seemed happy to help. Amy was rude on the phone when I called (at 1:17 PM) to ask if she could help me get my vaccinations loaded in the app. She sounded very frustrated and while she did ultimately offer to print the records, she impatiently let me know the pharmacy would be closed for lunch at 1:30. When I arrived - well after 2:00 PM - to pick up my record, Jasmine - who looked positively disgusted she was there - was standing at a register with no one in front of her and did not even look up at me when she said, "Be with you in a minute." This place thinks they know more than my doctor! Doctor sent in prescription order and they had to order it. My prescription came in and they refused to fill my prescription due to internal standards or morals. I waited 3 days for them to have it shipped in. After 4 days I called and asked about my prescription. Why didn't the pharmacy call me and explain ? Walgreens is very unprofessional and callous ! How can they deny a doctors order? read more

Do not use this pharmacy Approximately a year and a half ago, started caring for my ailing mother and moved her into the area. The Blanding store was unable to get certain prescriptions so unfortunately, we had to utilize the Fleming store. We left her prescriptions intact to the store closer to us, but we had to drive to Fleming to get the other prescriptions After one year with no issue pharmacist Lindsay, completely unprofessional young lady who is clearly suffering from caregiver fatigue...refused to fill my mother's prescription and told me to go back to the other store. They did not want to service me. The medication has to be ordered so four days ago I called to make sure that they were getting the medication in and now the other Walgreens does not have it so now my mother is completely out of medication. I spoke to the manager John and she says it's up to the pharmacist discretion. Who is this woman to say no to a valid prescription even though E-Force has been checked and it is due today. Obviously she is having a rough day but unfortunately, she's taking it out on my poor 87-year-old mother. Waiting on a call from corporate and we have a hurricane in three days so I don't know what I'm going to do in order to obtain the medication to take care of my mother. Congratulations Walgreens Fleming, another satisfied customer. I cannot believe Walgreens can condone not serving a customer. read more

Completely unprofessional manager of the pharmacy there. She denied medication my husband was prescribed and said he had to find another pharmacist to fill it. She was rude and uncaring about the amount of pain he was in and how much her decision impacted his wellbeing. Never going there again!!!! Just experienced my third and last visit at the Walgreens Pharmacy. My first visit they did not have my scripts ready and I had to return the next day. My second visit I was scolded and told that I was not due for that script as 30 days before they had given me a 90 day supply. Cleared that up after extensive conversations. My third visit was to pick up the script that was not ready at my second visit. This time around the counter personnel tried to avoid me. Eventually, I was waited on and escaped with my script. read more

Left my prescription at work, I get dizzy when I don't have it more than one day. Needed 1-2 pills for the weekend. Refused to give me any stating they can only offer "loaners" when the prescription is out and mien wasn't "out" in the computer. read more

We've been here a few times and it has always been a pleasure. From getting our prescriptions, getting our daughters school physical to getting a few over the counter meds, toiletries, toys even laundry detergent and last minute wine. The customer service here is unbelievable. They greet you and answer any questions you may have even take suggestions you might give. Of course they are doing flu shots and their doctors and nurses are here from like 8am to 10pm every day. Thats pretty awesome and you don't have to make an appointment. Its first come first serve so just walk on in. they are very friendly, curtious and informative. I come to this Walgreens all the time and they are always so helpful. Erin has cashed me out multiple times and is so pleasant on every occasion. They're also the only 24 hour location close to me. I've used the photo lab multiple times which is so convenient if you use the app. Just place your order and it's ready to pick up within an hour. read more

The Fleming Island location is pretty much on par with other Walgreens. They have a great selection of a little bit of everything, and often have sales as long as you have their rewards card. Okay okay okay! ENOUGH already!!! I've been doing business with this pharmacy for nearly 10 years and am about over the attitude in the pharmacy! The manager himself goes to the same church as I do you'd think he would pay attention to how I'm treated. NOPE! No special treatment there for sure. I even went to him once when one of his pharmacist was majority rude to me over a medication and because it was more of an admitted misunderstanding on her behalf (which I told him myself, yet she didn't want to listen long enough for me to explain my dosing). Not a darn thing was said to her so in turn, she continued to be rude to me any time she was there and I'd get a new Rx; try to fill a Rx or simply had questions (questions about my meds are important)! Just because I have a regimented opioid medication plan, I'm treated 2nd rate, AT BEST and talk to like garbage. This morning I am due some medicine and was supposed to take it 2 hours ago. I called the pharmacy to check the sDRRRTT snapped asking my name. When I told her what was needed, she says she can't have it ready until 11. I am explained that I was due to take it 2 hours earlier and she, very hatefully, tells me that she can have it ready in 2 hours at the soonest. REALLY? Don't get me wrong, there are a few there that are amazing (like Heather and the balding guy - can't remember his mane) but for the most part - most are just FLAT RUDE and I'm sick of it. I am not sure if it's the location, the layout, the lighting, or what, but I like this store over CVS. I also like it because you can do the drive-thru for prescriptions and has a Redbox out front. It's got all the goodies I need and have not ever left empty handed, always having what I expected. That said, the birthday card section is a bit weak. Overall, it's open, it can help you in a jam, and works for me. read more

Absolutely terrible. I usually get my medication there but when I was in between insurances I had to pay a hefty price for my medicine. When I asked how much it would be, the "help" at the drive thru informed me that it would be $42 when I had previously paid $27 the month before. I asked her why it had gone up so much and she told me records showed I didn't get my medicine there without insurance before. When I told her I had, and exactly who I got it from, which day it was, and the time I'd come in to pick it up, she pretty much called me a liar. And told me to go price shop. Well I gave one star for the great advice so I went to Publix, across the street. It was the best move I've ever made. Same medicine for $11! They not only helped me get every discount possible but also told me the price it would've been without any of their discounts. $24! Thanks Walgreens! I'll tell everyone how you price gouge loyal customers and have the weakest pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. read more
