This is a review for the pharmacy. It's impossible to get ahold of them. You are put on hold for 20min then it rings for another 5 and then they hang up on you. I've wasted so much time trying to call them. I have to physically drive all the way there just to ask a question & I can't even fill my script before getting it sorted so will have to wait there even longer. The in-person customer service is also lacking from the past so I don't enjoy this pharmacy historically. If your insurance covers a different pharmacy I would go there. read more

The bathrooms were really clean,Things were pretty easy to find and the items were stocked pretty well.This is not our local store but I would shop here if I were in the city again.The employees seem pretty nice but I didn't really interact with them too much. read more

This Walgreens location is on the corner of Lockwood Boulevard and State Road 419. It offers the usual amenities that Walgreens is known for and the staff is friendly and professional. This area has grown a lot in the last 20 years and Walgreens was needed. I also will mention that there is a CVS, as is usually the case, very close to this particular Walgreens. All in all, I would recommend this location. read more

I wish there was a way to give this pharmacy location less than zero stars. The pharmacist at this location is the nastiest, snottiest, most condescending person I have ever experienced in a customer service setting. She was rude to my husband once over the phone, twice to his face, and most recently to me also in person. Going to pharmacy school is not an excuse to be rude and nasty to customers. I regret that we didn't have a say where our prescriptions went when WinnDixie closed but rest assured we will be transferring our business to a different location ASAP. After leaving CVS being furious for not getting the support I expected, the lady at Walgreens quickly took all my information, was polite, understanding, answered all my questions and helped me get my daughter her meds as she just had oral surgery in about 20 minutes. Had to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy today. I was helped by a nice young gentleman with blue gages, then he told me to come back in 10 mins while he got my medicine ready. I come back in 10 mins and this lady named Debbie helped me next. She's very rude first of all. I was standing there while she was on the work phone, which I understand to wait a little. Then she assists someone in the drive thru that pulled up way after I was standing at the pharmacy. She got off the phone and helped the person in the drive thru first. So I'm still standing there. After the drive thru man leaves, she helps me next. She helps me check out all my other items I grabbed in the store, including my medicine I needed to get from the pharmacy. So my card rejected the first time, the second time and a third time. Impossible! I literally just bought something with my card before using it at Walgreens. Debbie says, "Well your card is not taking it." And I reply, "Can you try the other machine?" And she gives me a huge sigh, like I'm the freaking annoying one?! I need my dang prescription and I know my card works and has money. She proceeds to say, "Well that other machine won't take it either." And I hear a voice coming from the back, from that really nice gentleman that helped me earlier. He says, "Debbie, try the other machine! That machine you're using sometimes acts weird." Then Debbie throws a fit saying she needs to void all the items on that machine. The manager, this small lady with black hair comes voids the items no problem. Debbie is just so lazy to help me out. So Debbie scans my items and medicine on the second register, and Lord behold, my card goes through the first swipe! Debbie -- get an attitude check and stop being lazy. If it wasn't for that nice gentleman from the beginning, I would have shut this pharmacy down. Thank you nice man! And Debbie... you need a nap. read more

The pharmacy staff are the best! These other reviews have no validity. Time after time this staff has gone the extra mile for my family. I have personally witnessed their professionalism and patience with some real freaks complaining about their own mental health issues and insurance problems. These staff have to deal with a lot of crap everyday and they do it incredibly well. Keep up the good work! Also the front desk guy and photo guy are always pleasant and helpful as well. Open till 10 pm not good for much. They have one every couple of miles and most close early. About the only thing we use them for is their red box, and the occasional sales on soda. If it's not on sale it's like shopping at a 7-11 for none core items. Update: They couldn't fill a prescription for OxyCodin, said they would be breaking the law. Couldn't even send my prescription to the aloma location that they said could fill it. Publix across the street couldn't fill it either. Had to make the trip to aloma and then told they have to call doctors to confirm. Give me a break, had to waste gas driving back to get it. Lucky we had called doctor before they closed had a feeling the aloma location was going to blow it off and it was 3:45PM when we called doctor they were about to close and Walgreens hadn't called them. The doctor called them and we were ok. But you just know they would have missed them. I bet Walgreens has to pay something or fill out paperwork to sell these drugs and they don't want to bother at this location. Walgreens is supposed to be convient but this location is not. They sure wanted to fill the second prescription, heck no. So i can make even more trips and waste more time waiting! The women behind me was told the same thing, don't know what her prescription was for? They did say they could sell it till about two weeks ago. I would avoid this location or call ahead before wasting your time. I wont be using location for anything anymore. read more

Just had the pharmacy manager Jennifer cancel my prescription at my request due to poor customer service. Called Pharmacy to give my updated insurance information prior to pick up and was kept on hold for almost 15 minutes. At that point the call was "disconnected". I called back to speak to a store manager who was not in but the Lead transferred me to Jennifer. She explained that I was not disconnected however there is only 3 people working in the Pharmacy and no one is available to pick up the phone. She was too busy assisting customers. Apparently calls coming in are not considered customers. Maybe if the phone was picked up, there may not be so many people at the counter/drive thru??!! This Walgreens Pharmacy is completely inept and unprofessional. I'll go to CVS or my new Publix Pharmacy in the future. Sounds like they don't need my business. read more

Great location!!! Easy to get in and out of the parking lot, unlike some Walgreens. And Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, from the cashier upfront to the pharmacist in the back. The pharmacy is the standard quality of the average Walgreens and a bit faster when it comes to the drive through. Although they do follow the state law on class 2 medications, such as oxycontin and oxycodone, that requires multiple steps which takes time. read more

ran into get my meds after leaving the ER yet they were closed and on my way out decided to get pop 3/$12 X 2 of the deals coke and ginger ale while waiting in line noticed the girl trying to check ppl out was having hard time and not being nice to others but I still tried to be nice regardless and she rang up my pop and asked me to put my card in so I did and it came up to $68ish so I said no wait I am not paying that for 6 pops and she immediately yells at me "well I asked u to enter your # and u said no"?! what?! I said u didn't ask but please rerun it bc I am not paying that for 6 things of pop and she just starts going off and i am standing there in shock! She comes back again and says I told u to put ur number in and now I have to redo this unreal and I finally got mad and said that I didnt goto school for years to be treated like this from anyone she then went and got manager Richard and comes back w him and an attitude saying they have to rescan it all again and to put one pop up on counter and I said I understood the first time she said it and that's also how I gave her the order initially then i asked for the manager ewell Richard is the mgr and says to me well you have been nasty to her?! Mind you he wasn't there and as a professional you dont blame a client or defend an employee when u have only hear one side of the story now I feel like I am in twilight zone! Richard never apologized to me for her or even said I am sry about all this have a nice day as a matter of fact he said NOTHING to me! Unprofessional all the way! I did ask for the employees name which is Trish and she norm is in Pharmacy oh he did say she wasnt feeling good when he initially stuck up for her but that was only bc I said I was sry about the confusion but I just left the ER (she don't feel good either he said) and came into get my meds and some pop and don't appreciate being treated like this! I am appalled at the blatant disregard for professional customer service by both Trish and mgr Richard! I have made a complaint to district manager and do want an apology from Richard and feel that Trish needs repremanded for her behavior to ensure she doesn't act like that again in future and he needs to remember he can't defend his employee when he didn't see the entire thing! she rolled her eyes, spoke rudely over something that took 2 sec to add my member # too and adjust the price and made it blow into some terrible event now I will not go back to that Walgreens until ppl are accountable for their actions! I want the footage pulled and reviewed! I am shocked ppl keep acting like this and getting away w it! Accountability must happen or we are all in trouble! read more

They wouldn't fill my prescription (that they filled last month). Because she said the pharmacist noticed that I live in Winter Springs!!! This is Oviedo! I live less than 10 miles from there! Are you kidding me???? They are ridiculous!! I will NEVER shop Walgreens again!! read more
