    Okay people! Here's the deal, this review is about the food court. Tell me where you and your kid can eat for a total of $4 and walk out full enough to hold you over For dinner. This is a life hack. Good portions at a great price. Please SAMs never change this.

    Called multiple times to member services and no one answered when I had placed an order for pick up and it says it will be ready by 3pm-4pm. I did not receive any confirmation that it is ready so I called and no answer. I decided to call in bakery and have me transfer Carene the lead in Bakery department transferred me over to member services and still no answer called her back again and explained the situation and I was glad that she helped me out and decided to take care of my issue. I don't know what's going on with their app if it's causing an issue or the pick up department that is having an issue. This is why I give this sams club a 3star. The only reason why I gave this place a good review 3 star because of Carene the lead bakery. I'm writing this review for Miranda Ipac since my sister in law does not have an account on yelp.

    Check out the 'Freeosk' on your way in! Scan your membership card and get a free sample. I love Sam's Club! I've found that different locations carry different things, but overall they carry the same stuff. If you need something in bulk, this is the place to go! Plus during most days (before 5pm) they offer samples throughout the food sections. They have "free days" every once in awhile where you can shop there without a membership, so you can kind of try before you buy. The membership prices are a little high, but depending on how often you shop there it can be worth it. I love their rotisserie chickens and fresh fruit, and their bakery cakes always taste so fresh! Right before the holidays start they have a "Holiday Taste of Sam's" event where you can visit the store without a membership and try several holiday themed samples. In the past this event has been really good, but this past year they seemed to skimp on the variety of samples. I don't say that b/c I went expecting a meal, but having been a member of Sam's Club since birth basically I've seen what they can do and this past year was not up to par. Overall this store is great to look around in, and hectic on the weekends so come prepared! Self check-out is a blessing and a curse - I'm leaving it at that. I would say their bulk deals are really good, but some items you can get cheaper at another store using coupons. Just depends on what you're looking for.

    I've been going to Sam's like forever. I worked in the bakery at this Sam's a few years back. As in any wholesale grocery warehouse you have something for everybody....in bulk. You can get car services done while you wait, pictures printed, your medication filled at the pharmacy, cakes, muffins and breads ordered at the bakery, flowers picked up or arranged in vases at the floral desk, gas for your car, phone service started over at electronics, clothing, jewelry, furniture, office and household supplies, pet stuff....the list goes on and on. There is so much to look at and most of the time they carry what you need but there are times when something gets discontinued and that's not a good thing. Especially if you're running a business and are counting on them to have that product. They have expanded their prepared food items, I'm assuming to keep up with Costco, and have added a sushi area as well. They have little sample carts placed around the store where you can try something new, Costco samples are a bit more generous, but you get enough to taste a new product that you may have been wanting to try but didn't want to fork out the money for. They do have a snack bar that offers pizza, salads, sandwiches, drinks, ice cream, pretzels, hotdogs etc and there are combos that can be made with the items they have for sale. There are plenty of tables to sit at but beware if you come around 11-1. Union high school is located right next door and they usually have a line of students coming in for lunch here at that time. Each Sam's is the same but different. Just like Walmart. Each store does carry a few items that the other one might not have so it's good to look at different stores to see what items they do or don't have. A few things to note are that if you get car services done here, you drop your car off in the back and you'll have to walk all the way back to the front to enter the store if you're gonna shop or wait. They used to have a connecting door in the back but closed that up years ago. It sucks if the weather is bad. They do park your car back up front when they are done so that's nice. You can also call or shop on line ahead of time and then pick up your order later. They have an amazing HUGE rotisserie chicken that's cooked there a few times s day that you can get for under $5. They also periodically have vendors that come in and have specials running on their own items. A few things I've seen are knives, fudge, beauty and skin products, hair styling items, vitamins, exercise equipment, purses, paintings, etc They rotate and are any interesting addition to the items always there.

    Sam's is almost part of my family's Sunday tradition. After church, we go buy what we need and then head to lunch. It's crazy when you do the math and realize how much money you can save if you buy in bulk or in bigger sizes. It's definitely worth the drive. I can't wait to get one in Owasso! This location specifically is always clean and well-stocked and the employees are always nice. Even though it is super packed on Sundays, checkout time is not too bad.

    They never have cheese for pretzels and they barely have pretzels. They either have 2-5 pretzels or none.

So this package went back to Pam distributing Co. I did request re-sent my package again ASAP. I provide to them my CORRECT business address, phone number, email address, & etc to make sure. I also requested not charging additional shipping cost this time because prior to what have happened last shipping. But there answer was no. I did not appreciate their business mind and attitude how they deal with me who owns a small business in America to survive everyday. But I did not have time to argue with them so I just focused to provide them my information for them to stay away from any further order and shipping problems. 4. PACKAGE DELIVERED TO FALSE ADDRESS AGAIN and Pam distributing Co. asked me to go pick up from someone else business location. JUST LIKE A COMMAND, again without apology or explain. I pick up the package to find out FACT, and these are proved true fact as below: * Pam distributing Co. created there label: my business address was completely wrong.(proved label) * Pam distributing Co. created there label: typed there own phone# on " send to"(proved label) * I requested Pam distributing Co. to send APOLOGY EMAIL to me. I sent also proved label image attached for them to stop blaming UPS and admit there mistake. * I requested INVOICE (because there was no invoice for my order in the package-most the time they do not provide invoice and very bad attitude to receive the order when I submit - They just started web online store and I hope they do business instead continue this ugly hazardous just like a command to the small business people like me in the public to cause damage.) * I requested CREDIT BACK 50% of SHIPPING charge.( reason is, I do not want to continue with there UNHEALTHY BUSINESS MIND. In June of 24 my dryer stopped getting hot and drying my clothes I called the store and they said the soonest they could get a repair man out to my house was July 19. I said that is unacceptable that would put me without a dryer for over a month. They finally said someone would be there on July 5th Service man came could not find out what was wrong with it so he said he was ordering 3 parts didn't know which part it was but was going to order all 3 and would be back on the 12th. 2 of those parts was delivered 2 days later so on the 11th i get a call saying the 3rd part still has not come in and now it will be the 19th before he will be back. So one the 18th I get a call that the part is on back order and they have no idea when it will be in so I still do not have a dryer. I have called every number i can find. These are the rudest people i have ever delt with no one will even try to help me mind you if i owed a payment they would not wait a month for that. I still have a factory warranty until the 31 of July and the extended warranty is good until 2027. I ask can the repair man come and install the 2 parts that are in and see if that will fix it if not he can come back with the other part. Oh no that cant happen we have to wait on the 3rd part this has been a nightmare I paid over 4000 for this set and it is useless until they can get around to fixing it. I promise you i will never step foot back in that store and will tell everyone i know to never by form Conns they are rude and very unprofessional and do not give a shit about their customers all the say is i understand the hell you do i have 5 people in my house and a non working brand new 2000 dryer. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I have to add a star rating before i can post this but honestly they don't even deserve a 1 star
