Needed to print out a few pictures for a project so I stopped at my local Walgreens and as usual got right to business. I needed a little guidance and the cashier was more than willing to assist. Summary: Super professional. Nice staff. Long story: I felt special ya'll!! They greet you when you walk in. Lol We went straight to the pharmacy and there was this older lady getting her prescription filled and one of the pharmacist was helping her around the store. Yeah she was struggling and confused, but guess what- not anymore because of the nice lady- she told me she'd be with us in a moment, but we were had an appointment & there were plently of other's there to help us. (Do yo thang!) Soo, my kid's pediatrician office was slammed because back to school appointments and we had to go to them for vaccines since it was out of stock. Walgreens had them in stock, only problem was you needed a prescription for thoose? Well, they sent me over without one (just an IOU-type paper which was useless because no doctor signed it) but they were able to get it verbally and the paper faxed over ASAP. They refuse to issue vaccines without it, they needed that paperwork! I respect that. We waited about 20 minutes.- In the meantime they updated my information and i didn't even know we still had a walgreens account. Which was super cool because it made it go quicker. So when they DID get that sent over it was no wait. Bam, we were out! The store was very clean and had alot to offer or maybe I've been too use to small, under stock pharmacies. It had a few people inside, which I felt was a good sign. (I don't like crowds, but I hate super empty stores because that means nobody's around when you need them!) read more

We visited this Walgreens location only because we were in the area and didn't want to keep stopping. The service here is horrible. The store itself is being remodeled, which does not impact the ability of properly trained managerial staff to provide good customer service. When I visited there were several members of managerial staff huddled around talking and making eye contact with customers in line but in no way motivated to hop on an empty register and help. However, there was only one cashier who was great helping customers and she was rushed and stressed. I would not stop in again and do not recommend it for others. read more

The only reason why I'm giving this location a 5 was because of the associate that took me she was so so nice I wish I had gotten her name. All know is that she had blondish hair. She had to void my transaction in order for me to give my paper coupon, when what seems to be her manager it might've been her coworker I'm not sure, comes up to her in-front of me and starts to tell her after the 3rd "void" she will be terminated and to sign a paper LIKE?!?!! That was so unprofessional of her I didn't even get to see her name but had glasses and was working in the makeup department. I hope she sees this review. This Walgreens is frequented by my family, and while we go here often there are better Walgreens in the area (Space Center and Fairmont, actually). I can't honestly say anything really bad about the store, but at the same time I can't say anything good about it either. It's not a dirty store, the shelves are "mostly" maintained (I say that acknowledging that the toy and seasonal aisles usually look like a tornado has run through), they usually have the item(s) I'm looking for, and the employees are kind of friendly. You could probably find what you're looking for cheaper somewhere else, but they also have some good sales. I haven't had a bad experience here since we took our prescriptions elsewhere, but that was years ago and they pharmacy may be better now. I'm not willing to switch back to find out, though. The photo department is about as meh as this review. Good luck finding someone actually behind the counter, and they are generally not as pleasant as the cashiers at the front. This must be where they stick the poor performing, disgruntled workers. The photos themselves are the quality to expect from a drop and go photo. It's a good place to go for a quick grab of something you need, but if you have the time go down Fairmont to the one off Space Center. The manager there seems to care more about the store than the manager at this location. read more

The store is fine, but forget getting a photo card here. Walgreens has failed me more times than I can count when it comes to getting greetings cards. Their machine always breaks down. It also happens at all the other locations too, so Walgreens is not the place for getting photo cards ever. Also the employees are useless at helping to fix their mistakes or issues. read more

The WORSE pharmacy I have ever used. They are close to my job and the one I live by is closed by the time I get off. It would have been convenient to use this one...however, the times I have (between 5 or so visits) have been hell just trying to get my medication. Telling me in the past "why are you not filling this by your house?" None of ya damn business that's why. Meds aren't ever ready on time, or fill one but forget to give you the others. Today was the LAST I will ever try again,this time they had my address totally wrong, only the actual street name was correct...arguing with me over where I live, even with a current non expired ID not wanting to give me my prescription...OVER AN ANTI INFLAMMATORY MED!! Not even a controlled substance. Fucking idiots. read more

I've shopped at this location for years. It's always clean and the staff is very nice. I have talked to the pharmacist a couple of times, she is very knowledgeable about meds, and gives a painless flu shot :) read more

Unfortunately the pharmacy at this Walgreens has the terrible service. They have constant technical difficulties, extremely long wait times, and rude and incompetent staff. If you have the option, do not go here for prescriptions. read more
