We both came in before the big day for trial appointments to make sure things would go as smoothly as possible on the day of my daughter's wedding. Despite all this prep (and extra cost ... and the fact that we arrived on time), our appointments finished 45 minutes LATER THAN THE PROMISED COMPLETION TIME. If you have ever been a person in charge of wedding, you know what a nightmare being 45 minutes behind schedule is -- it had a terrible snowball effect for the rest of the day. We were late picking up flowers, arriving at the ceremony site, changing into wedding attire, meeting with the photographer for couple/family pics (which was an additional cost because I was paying the photographer by the hour). I don't know if the Ulta stylist don't allot for enough time for their appointments, or if they are being forced to overbook, or if they don't know how to do their job effieciently... However, I DO know that while I was getting prepped, someone arrived early for their appointment and the stylist actually started on her and tried to split her time between me and the other customer. All this did was make me late and the other client early for their appointment. This was just, overall, a disappointing experience. I have never paid to have my hair and makeup done...nor has my daughter. I thought doing this together would be a relaxing, bonding experience. However, all it did was make an already busy day unnecessarily stressful. My heart is sad that I will never get that day back with my daughter. The staff can't be "sorry" enough to undo the unprofessionalism that set us behind schedule and started a snowball of anxious, uptight feelings (and, by the way, NO ONE apologized...they did ask me if I wanted to leave a tip though). What should have been a happy, joyous day will never be remembered that way. I will never use the Ulta salon and/or makeup service again -- for any occassion. If you're smart, you won't either.

As we were walking around, atleast one worker would be following us around. I'd look up and catch a worker looking at me. They did not even try to hide the fact that they found us, or maybe just me, suspicious. The cashier also didn't even try to hide the fact that they were annoyed at a customer. The employee shrugged, rolled eyes, sighed all in the lady's face who was being very nice to the employee. This is the first time where I truly felt stereotyped, for no reason at all. Being nice to people, especially customers, goes a long way. Especially when you don't know the lengths they're willing to go above you because you decided to judge someone for no reason.

    For over a decade, I have been driving from the San Francisco Bay Area to Salem, Utah to have my…read moredental work done by Dr. Bonny. The reason I do this is because I am not able to find comparable services at competitive prices nearer my home. By age 75, I have had plenty of dental visits. Sadly, one chronic problem is the OVER-sell by greedy dentists who are the only ones who know what work is really needed verses what's superfluous and simply profitable for them. I have NEVER had this concern with Dr. Bonny. I also find him extremely competent and very creative when it comes to recognizing and addressing dental issues. He is very efficient and treats me like a human being that he cares about. His staff is the same way. You can feel the admiration of his employees for the quality of care they are providing as a TEAM. What more can I say? To me, he is the dentist by which all other dentists who have served me in the past must be measured. I recommend him without hesitation and without reservation! djo

    Let's start from the beginning, went into have a general check up. I needed a root canal, came back…read morea few days later to get it worked on. In the middle of the procedure they closed me up and put a temporary filling in and told me they didn't have enough time to complete it and to come back in again. I had already expressed I had surgery coming up, the dentist recommended I take Tylenol and Ibuprofen back to back for the root canal pain. Called my doctor, turns out I wasn't suppose to be taking ibuprofen within a week of surgery. I could be wrong, but I do feel that is something a dentist should know. SO they wanted to complete my root canal a day before my surgery...my husband went in and asked if there was a way I could be scheduled sooner. One of the employees said maybe that Friday and would go ask. She left in back to find out and came back saying yes we can do Friday. She told my husband it's all set and in the schedule. Came in that Friday and turns out it wasn't put in the schedule...to complete the root canal. By this point we were getting very frustrated. Who ever made the mistake denied that they scheduled me in and said they only told my husband maybe. We ended up scheduling a week after my surgery, so I would have an unfinished root canal for 2 weeks by this point. GO IN to my scheduled appointment a week after my surgery, I am told the dentist decided he wanted to refer me out to an endo. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING. The dentist didn't feel he could complete it with how bad it was, which is totally fine...but what isn't fine is going into this dentis office for a 3rd time for this tooth and just now he is saying this. He had two weeks to inform me! I should have been called and notified so I could have gotten something scheduled sooner! This was plenty of time for him to figure it out and know if he should finish it. So the dentist gave me a referral for an endo...GREAT EXCEPT for the fact he didn't bother to see if my insurance would cover with the new place. So I had to find somewhere else to go...ALSO, the dentist I think was way in over his head taking on my root canal. He was new and should have sent me to an endo from the beginning, I could tell he was excited to do this procedure. SO MUCH of my time has been waisted. I have never said the F word at any body. I did here. That's how horrible it was. When my husband went in and paid for his work on his teeth he was charged 90%. Our insurance covers 80% and we pay 20%...I think they were training a new person which is understandable but it was just ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER. Then on top of it I went to half price dental and they told me I had a file in my canal and they couldn't work on it. The dentist here at All Around Dental didn't BOTHER TO TELL ME AND KNEW FOR WEEKS. I signed a form saying that this was a possibility and I would be sent somewhere else but it never said, we will keep it a secret if it happens! Or we will tell you to go somewhere else 2 weeks later...I could have had this done sooner, the tooth hurt and I was ready to have it over with. This should have been priority to figure out and tell me. I am just blown away. This office is so dysfunctional, when they were working on my mouth there were a few things the dentist wanted that they didn't have so they had to improvise...no one has the dentists back and is ok talking bad about him. SO DYSFUNCTIONAL. THEN when I finally went to the Endodontist turns out there was a second file broken in my canal, a tiny one and a 4.2 mm one. The endo expressed the dentist should have told me, not waited to inform me to go else where and that was not good practice.
