Whenever I visit my family I usually have to stop at this CVS because any time I'm in the area…read morevisiting, I am attacked by allergies. This location is very easy to find with more than enough parking in the front but it tends to fill up if the surroundings places are busy. The staff is always friendly and any time I have walked through the door I'm immediately greeted which always makes me feel welcomed that I am here. The workers are very knowledgeable and have walked me around the store a couple times, helping me look for the medicine I need. The prices here are reasonable, in line with all other pharmacy stores in the area so I don't feel like I'm spending more than need be. They have a wide variety of sodas, chips, candies and many little trinkets to buy as well. I love looking around at the end caps because they usually have some funny "as seen on TV" products that I want to impulse buy. It never takes me longer than I need to here because the staff is fast and friendly with what they do and I'm usually in and out before I know it! I will continue to stop by this location for as long as it is standing!

However for weeks we have been warned about the new pharmacy manager who is completely the opposite of what you would like to see in a professional pharmacist. I knew this was going to be bad from what I heard but it is worse than we expected. My wife and son were both so insulted picking up their medication that they already changed pharmacy and never want to return. I met the new pharmacy manager today at Walgreens to try to get my prescription And she turned me away and said she would get to it when she can. I can only hope Walgreens understands they will loose all their loyal customers when this new pharmacy manager has destroyed our local Walgreens pharmacy in St Pete. I notified corporate and can't wait to hear back from them. All my friends are also beginning to move to another pharmacy. I want to give Walgreens a chance to rectify this but fear that the new manager really doesn't care and will destroy all that our Walgreens has achieved with their previous great pharmacists.

Trayline refused to put a sale on hold where the customer was being ridiculous trying to use a discount on her phone, holding the line behind her up while she walked back and forth bringing items to the register to see if they matched her coupons! Then, because I complained when it was finally my turn, she threw my "Extra Care" card back at me rather than hand it to me. She then called on Stephanie to do a price check. I had spoken with this Stephanie earlier as she was sitting on the floor stocking shelves, and the item I wanted was not on the shelf. Although the info/price card was there, the shelf was empty. She had a "leave me alone" attitude, was haughty and acted like she didn't want to be there. She then got rude and when I asked for the manager, she stormed out the store, arguing and bad mouthing me as she went! I guess my initial impression of her was correct...she just didn't want to be there! If CVS wants to hire these very young people as store clerks, please train them re how to comport themselves with customers and ensure they leave their attitudes at the door. I have a lot of Rx's there and been a customer for years now, but today i told the pharmacist I am transferring ALL my prescriptions elsewhere. Although this store is the most convenient one for me, it's not worth the constant hassle and long waits I experience every time I'm there. Add to that the rude and unacceptable behavior of the young and ignorant girls they hire, and I just don't want to shop there again. Do better CVS.
