Proof of ignoring calls from customers, during business hours before you close for lunch.

Such a joke. I sat on hold for nearly 2 hours by the time I finally gave up. They're out of stock on things that are on automatic refills, and they don't ever fix that. If it's on auto-refill, why isn't it ordered to be refilled? It's just ridiculous! I took this screen shot 30 minutes before I finally hung up! They are the most incomparably pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The only reason I even have my prescriptions sent the is because I have disabilities and sometimes I need to use their drive thru, and since they're the only pharmacy in town that has one, I use them! That stops today. I have finally had enough! I've been at their counter and watched them ignore th ferrite phones, which I'm 99.9% sure is why I had to wait nearly 2 hours to talk to someone before giving up and hanging up UNHELPED!

Pocatello store needs to have their air vents cleaned. Looked like black mold in person.

Just the worst pharmacy experience ever. 4 trips and still unable to work out a basic prescription.

Last Saturday, while visiting the farmer's market in Pocatello, I stopped at the Prairie Sage Soap…read morebooth. I decided to buy the Eucalyptus Mint Goat Milk Soap ($5.25), mostly out of curiosity -- find out what all the "fuss" was about goat milk soap. I'm so glad I did because this soap is SUPER creamy and smells so good -- invigorating! I left a note for the owner about purchasing some Lavender Rosemary Mint Goat Milk Soap as well as the Lavender Mint Loofah Foot Scrub, both of which were not available at the booth. The owner, Trisha, called me, as promised, and was wonderful about answering all my questions. Note: Another reason I wanted to try Trisha's soap was her online statement about her use of lye. I've always been a fan of artisanal soaps, because I've always wanted to make my own. Yeah, I watch a little bit too much Fight Club, so go figure. I bought one to bring back home and it was excellent! It was the oats/cream/honey based one. The secret ingredient is olive oil, then again, if you're in the soap-know then you'll probably say that olive oil is already a common ingredient. Anyways, I logged on to their website and some of their offerings are different than what the Museum of Clean offered, which is cool. I placed an online order and am looking forward to my care package sometime this coming week. Sampling this soap has rekindled my urge to create my own soaps now. Hmmmm, let's see what we can do about that. :)
