Very Disappointed with the service at this Walgreens pharmacy. i called several times trying to get help with my prescriptions. when someone finally answered the pharmacy staff was rude, told me to stop calling and hung up. other times the phone was answered immediately hung up. this is very unprofessional, especially for a pharmacy i would not recommend this location. read more

Typically very rude and unconcerned with the customers, however yesterday was the worst! I had surgery yesterday and my doctor insisted on a paper prescription. After an extremely long day at the hospital (8-5) I dropped off pain med prescription at the drive thru as my friend was driving me home so I could get it as quickly as possible. The girl at the drive through said 2 hours. My friend explained that I just had surgery and needed ASAP but in their usual "I don't give a crap" manner, she just threw it to the side. I waited at home in pain for two hours and had my friend go back for it. They told him someone already picked it up to which he informed them that NO no one had picked it up. Then the girl just walked away. Finally someone else came to help him which launched a one hour "hunt" for my prescription. When they finally located it, he was told 45 minutes!!! read more

Pharmacy and staff are have always been pleasant and good in my interactions except that the store looks like it's been robbed with near empty shelves of 1-5 max of an item and many items not restocked I observed inside for a script vs drive up for the first time in awhile. I probably won't go inside again; it's a blight on sight and an inconvenient shopping experience at their price point. read more

Terrible customer service. I have been using online ordering just so I don't have to deal with the rude people that work at Walgreens. Still, they managed to screw up my order. When they said they did not have one item in stock, they asked if I wanted to cancel the whole order. I said "NO". They cancelled it anyway. This prevented me from using my OTC balance to purchase the items elsewhere. They simply refuse to listen because their only objective is to get rid of me as quickly as possible. Worst Walgreens Pharmacy I've ever been to. Drove up with my script, the lady asked if I wanted to drop it off or wait. I said I'd wait, because I need a root canal and I'm in terrible pain. She said 20 min. Came back after a 20 min stroll at Michael's and was told it had only been 10 minutes and it would be another 30. Would have been nice to know it would be an hour, I would have gone home for dinner. Came back after 30 more minutes. It was ready. But she ran my card and didn't run through my insurance. Send everything back, get a cash refund. Submit everything over again. And finally pay 98% less. And leave again, after 15 more minutes waiting for the process to end. But wait, not ready yet. She needs my ID for the 5th time. Insane. I've never had such an ordeal to pickup a prescription before. Will definitely go to a different location next time. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I ever been to. Pharmacist held my prescription for 5 days before they would fill it. I'm suppose to get hip surgery and I was in dreadful pain. They made one excuse after another as to why they wouldn't fill it. After I took care of the problem on Friday they came up with another excuse as to why they wouldn't fill it. At 4:30 on Friday afternoon the pharmacist stated that he had to talk to the doctor before he could fill it. Of course he couldn't get in touch with the doctor b cause the office was closed. Sat. and Sun. Closed also. I went into withdrawal and ended up in the hospital. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They don't care about patients who need medication and they're really slow to fill prescriptions. on a scale of 0 to 10 they get: 0000000000----- WORST PHARMACY I'VE EVER BEEN TO BEWARE read more

I visited the store for a quick purchase and I couldn't believe how nice the store looks with the new renovations... they had new floors, new registers, etc. the place was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I found everything that I needed and left in no time... the store looks brand new, I highly recommend it. read more

It's now the second time these guys are screwed me up. The first time they stuck my ID in the plastic bag which when I returned the rental car got thrown out although I handed the ID to them through the drive-through window they handed it back to me in the bag not a great process. Second time they told me to come back in an hour when I did they said oh your prescription can actually be filled today we can call the doctor yada yada but why wasn't I called why didn't they talk about calling the doctor until after I got back an hour later. This shop has staff and process problems and I'd avoid the drive through window at all costs. read more

UNBELIEVABLE LEVEL OF PREJUDICE: So, this Walgreen's seems to think it can harass customers (even NIGHTLY regulars, like me) into hurrying up getting out of their vehicles and into the stores to shop within MINUTES of parking in their lot. Tonight was probably the worst harassment I have ever received anywhere. It was also humiliating due to one employee blatantly lying to another about my "social" and "class" status. Here is a Recap of this night of July 28th, 2014 at The Sample and US1 Walgreens: Firstly, I am a citizen of this neighborhood and live within walking distance of this location. I have purchased cigarettes, drinks and candy late at night on many occasions. However, after tonight's bizarrely aggressive harassment by two employees, I will no longer be patronizing this Walgreen's. Tonight, like most nights that I go out for cigarettes, I went out with the intention of making a quick stop. I started a phone call at home, literally in walking distance from the store, and planned on finishing it PRIOR to entering the store to purchase cigarettes. I don't remain on my cell phone when in stores or at counters- its rude. Anyway, I parked my vehicle outside the front door of Walgreens and waited to finish my phone call, sitting within yards of my vehicle. About 2 minutes into my phone call, still yards within my vehicle, A woman cashier, who's tended to me at LEAST dozens of times, came outside after about 2 minutes of me on my phone: "Do you need any help?" I had never been "offered" help whilst still in the parking lot of a store. I was confused, but then I just assumed the question was a courtesy to me. Its seems that my impression was wrong, however. 3 Minutes go by, and I was finishing up my phone call and about to go inside. Then I am approached by 2 EMPLOYEES, as if I was a criminal and NOT a regular, nightly customer. One was a young (looks like he's 17) possibly Asian/Filipino associate and an older African American woman cashier, telling me with NO WARNING to "Leave The Premises." The woman apparently got the manager and told him that I was falsely "asking for money", which at 130 am Is rather difficult to do, especially while on the phone sitting on your vehicle. She also gave the manager the impression that she somehow had previously told me not to "stand in the parking lot." The manager made no apology, and actually laughed when I said that they would be losing my business due to this completely rude, uncalled for harassment. If I had been in a BMW I would have been allowed to take as long as I needed to finish my call before entering. This is the most horrific treatment I have ever experienced- anywhere. I will no longer be shopping here. There is, however, one employee, a young African American girl with star tattoos,that is a sweet heart and this does not apply to her, as she has been nothing but nice on every occasion. read more

Always get my prescription here and got good help but today someone named Damara was extremely rude and talking with clients in a demanding way. Who she thinks she is to talk with people like that??? She should be only behind the counter and not allowed to talk with clients or at least go over a costumer service training to learn how to talk with clients, what a shame to Walgreens to have a employee like her. read more
