Boy not to be a jerk but the discount price tag was a big, yellow 50 Cents sticker; it didn't say 50 Cents Off. This store is actually very nice, its layout makes it easy to find things. Its got a very welcoming atmosphere, perfect lighting, and friendly staff. If i'm just looking for things from the store itself its great. However the pharmacy is terrible. Many times i have been told over the phone my prescription was ready to be picked up only to get there and be told it will be 15-20 minuets while they fill it. Oh but its usually closer to a half an hour. There is a nice TV screen in the waiting area that displays the names of people waiting for their prescriptions and the status (in progress, ready for pickup, and other things i'm sure), But the last two times i went it didn't seem to work. I had waited for quite a while and had to wait nearly 10 minuets for someone to actually be at the front counter so i could see what was going on with my order. Twice now they have not had my medication in stock, and promised they would order it and have it in next day. This last time it took them FOUR days to get it, i have no idea what these people are doing, but i swear it must not be their jobs. If you have an issue with your insurance while getting an order filled, DO NOT wait for them to call and sort it out, call your insurance and see what the issue is and how to resolve it. The staff at this store will take over a week to do this themselves. read more

I quit going to this location . They'll have three cars in the pharmacy line and four people in store without a staff person in sight. The last straw was when I had to drop off a paper prescription and couldn't imagine having to wait in those lines twice-- there's no way to drop off without waiting in line. After several months of this consistent problem I decided to switch pharmacies. Also, this store is very small and laid out differently from other locations, so it's hard to find things, if they have them at all. Sales are poorly labeled and sale tags removed early Saturday evenings. read more

This is NOT a review of my local Walgreens...although they come in as a 1 star too. This is a review of WALGREENS CORPORATE POLICY. Today is the first Friday of the month and also the 3rd of the month. Surprise surprise!!!! A lot of people get their scripts filled once a month. A lot more people get paid the first Friday of the month. In today's world and the cost of scripts and insurance... one could easily imagine that this would be a busy day. Not corporate. No no no. They obviously can't think that far in advance. They left my local Walgreens with EXACTLY 3 employees.... 1 pharmacist and 2 techs. FOR OVER 900 PRESCRIPTIONS. How does any corporate manager, anyone who calls themselves a "supervisor" leave them so short handed on the busiest day of the month????? Their staff has to deal with ongoing complaints, they don't warn you when you drop off your prescriptions that there will be a 24 hr delay because they aren't adequately staffed. But it's not my local store... it is CORPORATE!!!! PLEASE contact me if you are from corporate because I would love and deserve to discuss this issue with you. By the way, I'm a Registered Nurse so I can spread a lot of recommendations. And to top it all off .... most docs are not happy with antibiotics needing this long to process . This borders on negligence. All Pharmacist must abide by their code of standards. It is truly frightening that Walgreens leaves 1 pharmacist with only 2 techs to fill over 900 prescriptions before closing... which is 45 minutes from this review. Mistakes WILL BE MADE. And corporate WILL BE RESPONSIBLE. At this point I just hope someone doesn't die tonight due to today negligence. Again... I can't expect my local store to handle corporate decisions but the position corporate is putting them in will lead to someone losing their license and more importantly....guarantees the will be errors. Worst Pharmacy ever. Prescription called in by OHSU Pharmacy. Got there one hour later, waited in line forever behind one person who had an issue. Other people were working but no one would help me or help the man. Then when I finally got to the front the very inconvenienced person working told my prescription was not ready, would take another 90 minutes. WHAT? Came back two days later and they could not find me or any record of the prescription. What can we do?? Rude unhelpful staff at the pharmacy! I will NEVER go back. I go to Rite Aid! Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The people ignore you for 5-10 min while you stand there in line with other people behind you and wait for them to just acknowledge your existence as a customer. It's a simple process, drop off, pick up, pay... Yet consistently takes 15-30 min to dropoff/ pick up a prescription. So sick of dealing with it and am taking my business elsewhere. read more

Honestly I have never been to a worse pharmacy. They have gotten nearly all my prescriptions wrong. One time they gave me one pill for a refill and another time they gave me 3 pills for a new prescription that was supposed to be for 3 months! Their service is horrible on top of it! After going to urgent care my doctor sent a prescription electronically. I show up at the store over an hour later, and no one has done anything with it yet. Now, they tell me it's going to be another 45 minutes. I have to go home to relieve my babysitter, so I will not be able to start my treatment until tomorrow which will be the next opportunity I have to come pick up the medication. The person that I spoke to lied straight to my face and told me she was the manager when I asked for one. Apparently I asked a difficult question because she had to go and get her manager. These people are really terrible. read more

Stay very far away if you need to fill your prescription here. Wait times are exceedingly long. Even when you call ahead, expect to wait a half hour or more. And don't wait in the waiting lounge because the staff admitted you can't hear the PA system from there when they call your name. Speaking of phoning ahead, was on hold for 28 minutes. Some of the staff seems ill trained and somewhat uncaring and definitely overworked. Let this place work the bugs out before you come here. read more

This pharmacy has a terrible customer service. We need to wait 30 minutes for a single prescription drug. There are only 5 people behind us. None of them received their medications in the first 10 minutes. First time and not coming back to Walgreens. When I asked why so long they told me because this pharmacy is busy! So hire more people!! read more

Even though this business is listed as a pharmacy, I use Walgreens to print pictures. This review is specifically about the printing services but I do notice the cleanliness of the store every time :) I have a Walgreens app on my phone which allows me to pick out images from multiple sources easily, and this particular time I went online to choose pictures from my laptop which was just as easy. The quality of the image depends on the innate resolution of the digital photo, but the print resolution is just as good as the digital! The quality of photo paper is also nice. The reason why I am rating the photo services as 5/5 stars is because I was able to print one hundred and seven 4x6 pictures under an hour for just $12.83! Although 4x6 pictures are 20 cents for 50+ and 29 cents for 1-50 prints, going through the ordering process I spontaneously checked the Walgreens website for coupons and they had one for 40% off printing services which was a bonus. This service routinely has discounts available and even offers mail delivery at an extra cost; non mail-delivery costs are paid in store so no need to worry about internet security. Incredibly fast service and a great deal. I was able to walk right in and out with literally a box full of prints with no trouble at all. I am consistently extremely satisfied with my experiences here. read more

Horrible customer service every time I've been. Drive thru line takes a minimum of 20 minutes just to get to the front of the line. This particle last time I went, I had requested a refill via their app, picking up at this location. I double checked this morning that my rx was still available to pickup via the app & all was good. After waiting 20 min in line, I finally get someone to help me. The prescription I was picking up was the only one I had a current refill for & she acted like that was news to her. Then after asking more questions, she tells me they don't have it ready for me nor is it in the store.she asked if I was refilling it because I had gotten phone calls & I said no, I got a text and I get it filled every month. She said they could have it ready in half an hour. I came back after I got a text it was ready. The car in front of me at the teller took 15 minutes and was still waiting when I backed up & left...super frustrating. It's like this EVERY time. read more

I just moved to the area and was shocked that upon trying to renew my medications at the new Walgreens with my empty container in hand , they informed me that I was not in their data base. It took ten minutes to locate my 35 year old account with them. They said that my renewals had run out and they would fax my doctor. A day later I showed up with my account number in hand and again they couldn't locate my account. Twelve hours later I received two emails informing me that my order was ready for pickup. When I made my third trip to the store, they informed me that my order was not ready! When I said that I had received two emails to inform me of the order being ready, they said that they were sorry, but it was not. It would be 10 minutes for it to be ready. Finally, a more mature female tech took over and located my order. I don't know how everyone else feels about the inapt techs who can't even operate the system in front of them , but I feel Walgreens needs to replace 80% of the staff at this pharmacy. One woman seems to be carrying all the weight at the counter while the others are just inapt fixtures doing a great deal of harm to the store. I intend to write to the corporate offices to expose the trashy service as well as inapt staff. Retraining is definitely something that would benefit 90% of the staff. The store is clean, and everyone is helpful, but trying to actually reach someone on the phone is near impossible. I waiting 14 minutes on the pharmacy line and no one picked up. Perhaps need to hire another person or two. read more

The pharmacy drive through takes SO LONG. I swear, they sometimes take 15-20 minutes helping one vehicle. They must be SO disorganized. I've used many drive through pharmacies and NEVER seen one take anywhere near this long. read more

Never fails I wait forever for flu shots and prescriptions. They seriously need to hire more help

I'm sick and it sucks. Been sick for 2.5 weeks. Finally spent the money and went to the doc. Got my prescriptions and went to my regular pharmacy. Well they didn't have most of the meds and had an hour wait time. I called this pharmacy and Christine got my meds transferred to here and 30 mins later I have my meds and I'm headed home to rest and get better. They were also very nice and concerned that felt so ill. Thank you Walgreens and Christine for going the extra mile. read more

Absolutely ridiculous phone prescription refill menu. Until you don't verbally blast out the name of your script (possibly in public) it doesn't allow you to enter script number on your device. Then it blast back at you " YOUR VIAGRA WILL BE READY AT........!!! Then gives you a pick up time. Still asking me to verbally reply (and then asking me to repeat over and over until it AGAIN gives me a digital option. After requesting it sooner than stated it gives me a pickup time of today. Then says "We'll fax a request to your physician for approval" EXCEPT ITS SUNDAY!!!! Your service is horrible and getting worse! read more

Terrible pharmacy! After trying to pick up my RX a few times was told that they didn't have it in stock and that I needed to go to another location. Since when does a chain pharmacy NOT order a product they are out of or transfer it from another pharmacy in their chain??? When I questioned why I had to go elsewhere, finally I was told that the manager would pick it up from Lake Oswego pharmacy. When I finally got my RX I discovered that they gave me one expiring in 3 months. I just refilled my RX (because it already expired - although I had much of the topical cream left and had to throw it out) and discovered that the new one is good for 1 1/2 years. Did I mention that I had to pay $100 cash out of pocket for this RX??? These people should be fined or put out of business for treating patients so badly! read more

This pharmacy consistently fails to meet my low expectations. They are ALWAYS understaffed! Clearly this is the intent of the corporate office. Their price of the same drug can vary month to month, too. And now I'm here to pick up a prescription and they are closed for "lunch"! (1:30-2:00 on the weekend). This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. All your prices are relatively higher than other stores. However, I still have been your customer and had my reward account with you for almost ten years. I have the Walgreens app on my phone to look for coupons to use. When I shopped at this location, somehow the non-expired coupon didn't work at the check-out even though I had already put in my phone number for my account. I showed my coupon to the cashier and the manager. They still didn't let me use it. Come on, seriously? The coupon was on your app and you dont let me use it? And your attitudes too, is that how you value your customers for willing to pay higher prices on your items? I wouldn't argue if I brought in some random coupon and it didn't work. But it was on your app!!! Your app doesn't work, that is Walgreens problem. You know what? I'm going to Target and your competitor, Rite Aid, from now on. Better prices, better customer service. Look it's a brand-new Walgreens clean bathrooms and clean business all around. Not much more you need to know about that. I'm not one to complain about silly things such as the folks below but my two experiences went well. A few things to know when you come up to a line and there's 5 to 10 people in front of you, expect to wait a long time because it's a given. The things that these people are complaining about are the biggest first world problems I've heard in a long time. Yeah I had to wait 10 minutes that's life quit complaining about having to stand in line for 40 minutes and your feet going numb that's your fault you should've come back a different time or sat in a chair. Clearly anyone that is "disabled" as yourself and cant stand for 30-40 minutes indicated to me that you are overweight. If you were truly disabled and unable to stand or walk you would have been in one of their motorized vehicles they offer. They didn't go to school to be mind readers. If you give people an attitude they sure as hell aren't going to be too enthusiastic with helping you. They get 4 stars because the pharmacist working today snipped at an old lady and could have handled it better. read more

The longest wait I've ever had to pick up a prescription. They are way understaffed, and the people who wait on you are nasty.

I've shopped in drugstores for many decades. In spite of the preceding feedbacks I found this store, at my first visit, very professional, clean and orderly. The pharmacist was helpful. She said it be ready in 20 mins so I hanged around by browsing the store. In about 15 minutes made my way back near the pharmacy counter she motioned me over it was all set to go. Today I received an automated phone call letting me know another prescription ordered by my doctor was read for pickup. Prescription co-pay was very low. That's not to say it's always going to be perfect but then nothing in life is. I thought the staff was friendly, trying their best. The customer waiting facility is excellent including several computers for customers to process refills. And a large flat screen video listing names of waiting customers in the order they are due while you sit and wait glance at it for ongoing progress. Compared to any drug store I remember this is the best. read more

Many of the staff are great but most are apathetic. But, whoever manages the pharmacy needs to be replaced. I have been a customer for years...but the last year I have had nothing but problems getting prescriptions filled. I would like to continue at this Walgreens because it's close to home... but based on their inefficiency I will most likely need to make a change. Another fail. 4 days has elapsed since my MD called in the RX. The express kiosk, informed me that it wasn't filled. When I went to the counter, the staffer said she didn't think my insurance would cover it, since I was over age 29. That must be in my profile? This made me laugh out loud, as RX is for a Retin-A skin lotion to improve wrinkles, so why would there be an age restriction like that!? Then she went on to keying and scrolling of her screen without saying what she was doing. After several minutes of silence I finally asked, "what are we doing here? are you going to fill this or what?" She mutters about talking to the pharmacist, who then admits "our system is down we don't know what to charge you, its either $5 or $259." We will bill you later." This doesn't make sense at all. 30 min approx. to walk out empty handed. The new location is at a crowded intersection, with a limited access parking lot. Just too difficult to get in and out of there and come out empty handed. This has been our experience on several occasions. Systems go down, but the staff has no training, rapport or communiction skills to work around these situtions. Moving my biz elsewhere. read more

Wouldn't even give this location 1 star if that was an option. I had never been to this location before so I figured it was open 24 hours like a few other ones in Beaverton. Apparently they closed at 10 and I came in 5 till 10. When I walked in I got glared at by the employees. All I had to do was grab a package of orajel for my teething baby that had been crying all day. I asked the lady working where the baby aisle was and she wouldn't even look at me I could see the side of her face and she rolled her eyes and pointed to the back without even acknowledging my existence. The second I walk back there they announce rudely on the intercom that we need to take out purchases up to the front and leave when we were the only ones in the store... They couldn't tell us that when I had just spoke to them?? After I grab the orajel quickly I go to check out and I step up to the register the cashier is standing in front of and he says very rude "uh I can only help you on the first register" doesn't say anything to us just checks us out and we leave without herring a "goodnight" "have a good one" nothing. I'm sorry but your sign says OPEN until 10 not get the hell out 5 till 10. So rude. Wouldn't suggest going here unless you want to deal with ugly ugly hearted people. read more
