I need my brain meds so I'm not a danger to myself or others but I have to spend 10 minutes of my life screaming my date of birth or "representative" at this little toaster who couldn't just to be connected to someone who sounds like a certain Simpsons character that asks me all the same questions but with maybe 15% more understanding. read more

Incompetence, Zero Compassion, and a Complete Lack of Professionalism I requested my prescription on a Monday morning with a promised pickup later that day. I called around noon and was told by Tal it was "on track" for the afternoon. That afternoon came and went with no update. When I called again, Apexa informed me they only had 5 pills in stock but could order the rest. I picked up the 5 pills later that night, worried about getting the remainder before leaving town Friday. Tuesday, my doctor increased the dosage. The Walgreens app showed the medication would arrive Wednesday. By Wednesday afternoon, still no update--so I called again. Michael told me they could not fill the rest because I "had enough until Friday," contradicting everything I'd been told. When I expressed urgency, he raised his voice, saying, "You can pay cash for it if you don't want it to go through insurance. Are you going to pay for that?!" I agreed immediately and asked the price--$23.17. He put me on hold, and then Nikki picked up, claiming it couldn't be sold for cash because that would be "insurance fraud." I pressed for answers about the repeated misinformation. Nikki admitted the medication had arrived earlier that day but still refused to fill it because "the system" showed I was "covered" until Friday. Then, in the most unprofessional and insensitive comment I've ever experienced from a healthcare provider, Nikki said: "No wonder why your doctor increased your medication, you clearly need it." This was said to a patient who was already in tears and struggling with anxiety. When Friday came, I called again--only for Tal to tell me they had not actually received the medication like they were supposed to. She said she would start calling local stores to see if they had it in stock. Why wasn't that done on Wednesday when it was clear I was upset and leaving town? This pharmacy repeatedly gave me conflicting information, failed to take proactive steps to help, and treated me with shocking insensitivity. Handling people's medications is a responsibility that requires accuracy, consistency, and compassion--this Walgreens location displayed none of the above. Walgreens, if your staff cannot manage basic communication or show empathy to sick and vulnerable customers, they should NOT be working in healthcare. read more

I was always under the impression that Walgreens had competitive prices, but apparently, things have changed. Maybe they're gouging paying customers to make up for all of the theft (thanks!) Went recently to get two items. Got home and looked at the receipt... almost $38. I was like... uh, wtf? One item was $20, another was $15.50. I thought a mistake was made, but nope. Checked Amazon for the same two products... $20 item was $9 on Amazon. $15.50 item was $10 on Amazon. The item that was $15.50 at Walgreens was "$10 each if you buy two", which I was going to do, only to find out you now need some digital coupon vs. just your phone number. Wasn't installing the app, so only picked up one. Returned both items on principle alone. For whatever reason, they returned all but a few bucks to my card; the rest they put onto a store credit card. I asked why, and they told me it was because I used "points". I did not, or at least nobody asked me if I wanted to use points. Even so, I was confused... Wouldn't the points just have reduced the total? Why wouldn't the balance returned to my card match the total? Anyway, I wasn't going to waste any more time in the store for a few bucks. I'll use the store credit if I ever return to Walgreens for a prescription, but I have no plans to purchase anything non-Rx from there ever again based on their absurd price hikes... read more

My friends and I were just laughing and this blonde older woman worker with glasses started accusing us of throwing stuff on the ground and not cleaning up, even though if we knocked anything over we picked it up right away. She also gave us huge attitude and walked away when I said I didn't throw anything and rolled her eyes. Honestly as someone who comes here often, I'm very disappointed with this service. read more

This pharmacy never answers. you don't get text messages, they are not understaffed. they look like they are exhausted all the time.

Went in to feel a prescription that needed to be taken on the same day and they told me they are very busy and to come back tomorrow! Seriously!! There are a lot of pharmacies that can feel a prescription without being rude!! You lost a customer!! read more

Just a heads up ...Nikki the pharmacy manager will give you an extra hard time if you are a female that is remotely good looking. I could tell at first glance she didn't like me then she made a huge deal about my prescription being from out of state when my ENTIRE record with my medication was in the Walgreens history so I am Not really sure what there is to confirm If I had my license with me with my Illinois address. I feel like she purposely goes out of her way to make life miserable with anyone who is slightly good looking or any female she does not like. The overall staff seems lost at what is happening most of the time and most customers there, from what I saw are not happy with their experience with the staff in general. read more

This is my Walgreens of choice whenever I'm sick and need to pick up medicine. In general, it's a great pharmacy and convenience store. Unfortunately, it has a lot of bad luck with people plowing into it! The latest news involved a car crashing through the front doors! I'm sure it's stressful for the employees, but way to soldier on through a lot of crazy situations. read more

Do not , repeat NOT patronize this pharmacy! They stole my daughter's prescription, and claimed we picked it up already.

Went through the drive through to pick up medication for my kiddo. Called ahead to make sure antibiotics were ready. Got there and waited 20 minutes in drive through. Pharmacist or technician that came to window snapped at me when I asked him to repeat himself. Expect way better then this. Very disappointed and upset to be treated so rudely. read more

The pharmacy staff are nice but they are soooooo slow! I usually try to go inside so I don't have to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru (which should only be used for people with no questions. Isn't it supposed to be faster?). Seriously they need to speed up or hire more people and put a sign in the drive-thru that says "express pickup only. Did have problems with fill in prescription in other company ( which I was a customer for very long time)- When come over to this Walgreen's they help me with insurance issues and get me medicine which I was using for long time. DAVID was very helpful. read more

My go to Walgreens. Good selection of items so i pretty much always get what I need. There is always friendly staff, never had an issue. Doesn't get too busy either so I can get in and out when I need too. Has ample parking too. read more

We currently moved into area and I am very annoyed that I will have to find another Walgreens or CVS at this point to service our families prescription needs. This pharmacy has got it wrong so many times, from not giving us the scripts that are ready to giving us a script that belonged to someone else. They never have her meds in stock and she is liver transplant patient. And they are either short staffed which will cause a tragic mistake with someone if they are unfamiliar with their medications. Its so sad that Walgreens would manage pharmacies in this way. Irresponsible to their customers! read more

The pharmacy is horrendous. One week they cant run their cash register, the next the cant refill a prescrption. I ordered a gel for my eye, they said they would have it that day, i go and they realize they have to order it. They never even checked initially to see if it was in stock. They said they would order it and have it the next day in the afternoon. I go the next afternoon, and they say give us another hour, its not filled. We come back in an hour, they never ordered it in the first place and made us travel 30 minutes to a different walgreens to get it. Absolutely unacceptable, will not use them in the future, which is a shame because they are right down the street from us. Terrible service, rude workers, wake up walgreens and hire good people, otherwise we're moving to cvs read more

The pharmacy service is horrible. Every time is a long waiting, pharmacy people are rude and don't listen what you want to say. Three times I called for service in drive thru before I asked how long will have to wait, technician drops the call. I was in rush hoping for fast service, there were no clients being served at this time and I was any way ignored. Seriously you should take better care of your clients, If you are too busy, hire more people, simple, otherwise you will be out of business. I never wrote bad review before, but me and my husband are disgust with this pharmacy. He already asked me many times to switch pharmacy and every time I thought they are the closest to our house... That's it you are not getting any more business from me!!! read more
