From providing wrong information over the phone, to lying about the lack of availability of medication at the location. Aside from the actual pharmacist himself, who goes out of his way to fix his employees mistakes, the rest of the staff is profoundly careless. Avoid this place if you can, unless you like to be jerked around, made to come back multiple times, and then told that what you need was never available in the first place. If this were my only Walgreens experience I'd think Walgreens was running a training program on "How to Lose Friends and Alienate Customers." My insurance co does not want to pay for anything my Doctor prescribes and twice now Walgreens staff has helped me more than the insurance's 800 number. Most recently Alyssa figured out what generic was less costly as well as locating a coupon that cut my price in half! The pharmacist has also been extremely helpful -a different prescription that my insurance would not cover is at Costco about 90% cheaper and he did not mind answering my question "is it exactly the same?", with a "yes". Now I don't know how Walgreens would feel about his honesty and subsequently loosing my $350, but because of these two employees... they have a customer for life!

Photo Center Senior Associate working tonight Review:…read more Wife spent 2 hours st the kiosk working on a photo book for Valentine's day tonight. Our antivirus software says the walmart photo site isn't safe to use. She was very proud of the work she did. She tried to proceed to checkout and the computer froze. Waited for 10 minutes or so for the "senior associate" to come try to fix it. Senior associate promptly cancels the project and erases the work. No apology, no acknowledgement except to tell me wife "you should do it at home." My wife tells her about the website security concerns and the two hours spent on the project. Senior associate shrugs her shoulders. My wife speculates that she did it on purpose since the ohoto center was set to close soon. As my wife walks away almost in tears over the wasted time, effort and lack of empathy by "senior associate", senior associate is laughing. My wife's text to me: "I am really sad with how she handled it. She new when it warned it would lose the product it would disappear. And she acted like no big deal." Yes General Manager of the Queen Creek location and yes corporate, you can reach out to me to discuss.
