Pulled up and there were two police cars in the parking lot with one right in front of the door. I don't know what happened... nor did I ask, but that's never a good sign nor could it be good for business. Maybe that's why we were able to get in and out so fast. I think the police presence may have scared some of the customers away. The reason I came was to get two different types of eye drops due to allergies. Walgreens generally tends to have a decent selection. I actually use three but I still have some of the other bottle. This store looks like it has seen better days and staff are not as helpful as they are in other stores. The older woman at the checkout was polite and helpful, so no problems there. This was one of the only times I was not asked for change in the parking lot! This is not the best Walgreens. But they get three stars, fast in and got what I needed while there was no line to check out! read more

I've been using this Walgreens for about five years, for only the pharmacy. I've found their service to be pretty good, although sometimes abrupt and occasionally brusque. I could tolerate that because I realized it was a busy drug store in a high-traffic urban location, but it was convenient to my house. That's all changed now. I went there today to get a shingles vaccination. The exam room where they give the shots was filthy -- the floor looked like it had not been mopped in weeks, if not months. The pharmacist's lab coat was dirty, as if it had not been laundered in weeks. I went ahead and got the shot, but I'll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. If this is how they care for their exam room I have lost confidence in how they take care of my medicines. And I won't be getting my second shingles shot there. read more

This Walgreens has just about everything you would need at a drug store. I normally come to pick up my prescription medications, and sometimes pick up a few things here and there. The staff is a hit or miss sometimes, but most of the time they are nice and knowledgeable. The pharmacists are incredibly helpful. Sometimes when it's busy, it may take a while to pick up. Just depends on the crowd. The rewards system is great. Bring in your card or punch in your number each time you shop and you can accumulate points for certain things purchased. You can then redeem once you reach 5,000 points. Outside of the building has a lot going on sometimes. I can't knock any points off for that because it is out of their control. Although you will get the occasional folks that will come up to you asking for money and stuff. It's also very nearby the bus stop. A busy bus stop location I should add. read more

My son has pink eye and my prescription is at no cost here. I called to have it moved from CVS to Walgreens. They told me to pick it up before 6pm! She said they are closing today at 6pm. Online it states they close at 10:00pm. I do not understand because its not a holiday. She also said, if you cant make it tonight we do not open tomorrow (Monday) at 9:00am we open at until 12 noon! I am trying to stay out of the lunch and dinner traffic. I was just in a bad car accident 1 mile from my house a couple of weeks ago! This is highly inconvenient and they need to update the hours of operation on the website!!! SO, they are only open 12-6pm which does not work for me. My insurance only covers it if I go to Walgreens. I may need to switch locations!!! read more

Not too bad of a place to get your pharmaceutical needs. I find the busiest times are weekends or afternoons!! I recommend grabbing your goodies earlier too. The pharmacists are usually pretty nice and helpful. I love this location because its right around the area I drive by to get home most of the days. But walgreens is awesome like a convenience store, only less staring from the cashier and more variety! This location has plenty of parking and only one lane working drive thru pharmacy. Bright and well lit parking lot in the evening and pretty organized most of the time. I think they have some great deals on seasonal items nearing and after the holidays. read more

This Walgreens is a crazy spot, the people here are the most interesting people I have seen except maybe at Walmart which is not a bad thing because it is entertaining each time I go in. LOVE THIS STORE!!! Everyone knows me by name whenever I come in. I've never had any issues refilling my prescriptions because I signed up for auto refill and text messaging. Their text messaging notifies you immediately whenever there are prescription issues such as out of stock or partial fills! The pharmacy manager, Hoa, helped me get my prescription order in Vietnamese! It's so nice having someone that is bilingual that can help me in Vietnamese. Also, Kristal, a long time senior technician, can speak Spanish and she also helped a lot of customers with Spanish translation! read more

3 stars is probably being generous considering the pharmacy, but haven't had too many issues with the rest of the store. After moving here, a local doctor sent in a prescription to this location. I got a call from the store and went to pick it up - but when I got there they said they sent the meds to my old store in Florida. If I forget my sun glasses, I might stop in and grab a cheap pair to get me through the day and I might grab a travel size sun lotion if I am headed to the park or outdoors to hang out with friends or just visit the Space Needle or the International Fountain. Staff here didn't seem to really know what was going on with things and the front lady had to get help from her supervisor about 4 times while I was there. She could have been new but if that's the case she needs for simulated training and less ppl helping. I come here to pick up allergy medicine whenever I run out. And every time I do. The customer service in the pharmacy department is horrible. They see you standing in line. Glance at you and continue to do whatever they're doing. After they're done, they come over to assist you. I understand you have duties to preform outside of working the register. But when you have paying customers with busy schedules. At least acknowledged your customers in line and tell them it'll be a minute or two. Versus keeping us waiting and guessing when we'll be helped! I'll take my business somewhere else where moving forward! read more

Sucks!!!!!!!! I walked in to buy some razors. No big deal. But after 10 mins of standing there pushing the button for service, to have the razors unlocked I start to get a Lil upset! I start making noise, acting if I was putting things in my pockets, and even went to go find a employee. I was somebody will meet you over there, I stood, rang the button again, & still nobody! This is my review of the Pharmacy and the quality of service the Pharmacy employees provide. My experience using this particular pharmacy has been mostly negative. The examples include: 1. Calling the wrong doctor to notify about preauthorization required by insurance company (called my Primary physician instead of the medication prescribing physician and repeatedly told me that they contacted the provider and not getting a reply back). The correct doctor was contacted after the third Tech I spoke to agreed to verify the number they had been calling which, of course, ended up being wrong. This carelessness resulted in numerous phone calls to providers and a 9 days delay in filling a daily med. 2. Unfilled/not timely filled prescriptions because "this morning someone forgot to type it in", when attempting to pick up at the agreed-upon 6 pm. This instance is requiring 30 minutes wait instead of quality time with family after work. 3. The convenience of a drive-through window is not a benefit as it's usually a 15-20 minutes wait just to pick up or drop off prescription - their staff cannot catch up with the volume of customers and they need to have more employees to meet the demand or have techs share the load more efficiently. 4. Pharmacy Techs lack training and are poor at communication and customer service skills. This is somewhat understandable because of the challenging location of this store and 24 hours service - they are unlikely to attract the best-available talent. However, identifying and addressing mistakes techs make should be the Management's responsibility. As a result, I'll be transferring my meds to a different pharmacy, with less convenient hours, but better quality of service and better-trained personnel with the hope that my experience would not result in frustration and valuable time wasted in calls and repeat visits to correct their mistakes. read more

What an embarrassing drug store! I came here to fill a prescription. I usually fill it at Bartell Drugs and, were my prescription not already in the Walgreens system, would have went there. First, they don't accept Boeing insurance; curious given how many locals work there. So that will rule it out as a sensible option for many. When I went the pharmacy had a single staff member working, alternating between the counter and the drive-through. Why any pharmacy has a drive-through eludes me, because they're rarely staffed properly to serve even walk-in customers. The staff member didn't seem to know how to properly look up or bill insurance information. It took the staff member an inordinate amount of time, and meanwhile they switched between me and the drive-through. The pharmacy staff member took pains to explain that they didn't take my insurance, something I got the first time. It must have been at least three explanations. All told, it took about half an hour to get a prescription already in their system. It's ridiculous, and I won't fill here again. If you're desperate, they are open 24/7. That's about it. read more

Went here today looking for a specific hair product and they didn't even have it. It was a little weird too because this girl that works there was taking off all the sale prices while people are still shopping and she said that the sale prices expire at midnight. I use to go to the rainier and Genesse location where the staff and customer service were awesome. Now that I live closer to this store I've had no choice but shop here... First few times I've stopped in the service was horrible....and yes by far worst pharmacy ... They are always busy and slow! I refuse to use this pharmacy again. I stopped in a few days ago and it seems that the staff in the store has improved. I was helped by a gentlemen (think his name tag said Todd or Scott) at in the photo dept... He was pleasant and assisted me with a great attitude ... Even adjusted the price for an item that didn't ring up correctly. It's a hard job they have to deal with a lot of different attitudes come thru that door... But let's keep the great customer service going. Their pharmacy is TERRIBLE. My wife has a chronic illness and is on numerous medications. Unfortunately this is the only drive-thru pharmacy near our house, something my wife really needs as many days she's not physically able to walk in somewhere and stand in line. When I go to pick up her refills I pretty much resign myself to waiting in line at least 15 minutes, I can't think of a time the wait was shorter than that, whether I go thru the drive thru or wait inside. They consistently claim to not have any of her refills ready, even though she gets automated emails/calls that say otherwise. I'd say 50% of the time we have to argue with them to convince them to "find" her refills. Seriously, we have to fight to get our refills, how messed up is that?? I really wish we could go somewhere else, this place does not deserve any of its customers. read more

This was the worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. The customer service was terrible! The pharmacy technician was yelling that it was too busy and using profanity when talking to a co-worker on the phone. I called my prescription in at 9AM and waited over 10 minutes to even be greeted at the counter when I first arrived! Then, they suggest I go to Target if I didn't want to wait... I've been in this walgreens about 6 times, every time I had a problem of some sorts. This last time I dropped my pescription off and the big lady told me "it will be about an hour" it was 1020am, I looked at my watch and said very quietly to myself "ok so about 1130" she looked at me and said more like noon. I said "ok", I came back at about 1140am and was told it wasn't done yet and tale a seat, so I did and waited about 20 mins then was told by the same lady the the Dr wrote on the paper that it can't get filled until tomorrow. I asked why she didn't tell me that before, she gave no answer and said "I could pick it up the following day we open at 9". So I show up to get my meds today at 11 am and was "greeted" by the same lady with a bad attitude again. I went thru the drive thru to make my pick up as fast as possible, she took my id, then a different guy came to the window and said " that I couldn't pick up my meds until tomorrow because of what the Dr wrote on the paper. I do not understand how any employee can give me a hard time and then can't own up to her mistake. This will be the last time I'll ever use this pharmacy and this walgreens. read more

customer service was very dissappointing! i ordered 8 perfumes online on december 17th and after 2 weeks i havent gotten it yet. i called jan 3rd to check and they said they shipped it to indianna when i live in washington! to remedy this , the representative promised me an overnight shipping of my products and until now jan 7th i still havent gotten the products! again i called up to check - found out that they didnt do overnight shipping on it like they promised and i have to wait a week again! i also wanted to participate in the customer satisfaction survey to let you know how dissappointed i am in your service but the person that i talked to redirected mo to operator 0.or something. dont you record your phone calls. if you can find out whose responsible for all this and make sure that the people that work for walgreens do their job the right way.this it the worst experience ive had in ordering online! so i dont recommened anyone to order from them in the future. read more
