It would be amazing if you were going to close an offered service advertised such as drive thru! I waited in line and got up there only to find out it was only being used for covid testing. REVIEW FOR PHARMACY - I've been to so many Walgreen's pharmacies and this one is absolutely horrendous. I will be switching to a smaller pharmacy in my new town because I can't even stomach the thought of coming in here again. Not only are the lines at least 5 people deep every time I'm in there, the staff never seems to be in a hurry and they're not that friendly. There's typically only one person behind the counter, no matter what time of day it is. During one of my lovely encounters I had asked if they did a drug take-back (I've seen multiple Walgreen's with bins, etc.). The pharmacy staff member didn't even look up to acknowledge me, just said "no, take it to the cop shop". I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I was waiting 30 minutes for pharmacy on the phone. Counting down number of callers. I was next. Then was disconnected. Trying to get on line for a covid test also, keep getting kicked out. Can't get a human to answer any call for info. Frustrating . read more

Same great store, only in Rhinelander. Great service and products too. Have been here with my mom once before.

Their phone line sucks. If you have a simple question in need of a simple answer be prepared for the run around. You are only able to talk to pre-recordings. read more

**Review for Pharmacy** Definitely do not recommend this pharmacy. They charged me for my prescription when I picked it up on 2/15/20 and couldn't even put the correct number of pills in the bottle. Seems to happen quite often with this pharmacy. I'm shocked that someone who went to pharmacy school can't count to 21. When I called today 2/16/20 to resolve the issue the lady that answered was super snobby (Same lady I delt with in the drive thru yesterday) she then tells me in a snobby whiny tone "Um it shows that the prescription is still here and that it was never sold to you" I said "well I for sure picked it up yesterday afternoon. I have the bottle in my hand as we speak.." "well maybe we didn't have enough on hand to give to you so they gave you what we had left. Maybe we got more in today and the rest of them are here to pick up. So just come in and get the rest of them." Ok lady. You guys couldn't have told me that yesterday?? I didn't know I had to count my antibiotics before I left the pharmacy. I just assumed you guys knew how to count and would tell your customers if they aren't getting the quantity that is shown on the bottle. Never again. And to the lady I spoke with, you are rude as hell. If you can't handle giving customer service you shouldn't be working in a place that deals with the public all day. read more

I am on numerous medications and have been missing doses becuase they are so disorganized. Said i had no refills to fill for diabetes meds. I called the Dr. who called walgreens, they found my prescription, and gave my Dr. a different story. This is the 5th mistake since I transferred my scripts there in less than a year. I have been a long time Walgreens customer since I travel it convenient to pick up scripts in almost any major city. I will now be driving twice the distance to avoid these clowns. I have diabetes and a heart condition, I don't need a pharmacy that's completely in shambles! read more
