Within the past week I had reached out regarding my medication and I was rushed off the phone, not even treated like a human being. All I had was genuine questions about my medicine and insurance. I was abrupty told, before I finished speaking that tney cant help me, and just hung up on me. I have never been so disappointed by an experience in my life. A pharmacy i thought I could rely on, and trust to treat me like a human being, ended up doing the opposite and treating me like complete shit. Thank you for attributing to ruining someones day, and genuinely making them feel less than human. I will never come back to this pharmacy. Over the years they have taken well over 20,000 from me and never gave me a problem. I am dumbfounded.

I take her to there, she is 88 urs ild and not good with change.. Lately, they have gotten worse than the normal. They still call and leave prerecorded messages and texts to tell you your script is ready. You get there, they tell you it is NOT ready and to come back in a half hour. This last time, I went to pick her up items she uses regularly and I stood in line way too long to check out only because they have 1 cashier at the register taking care of people in line AND the people with problems (and there were quite a few) with the self checkout! This poor woman was very helpful, kind and so obviously trying to hide her frustration with handling this all on her own. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I know how to use the self checkout, I refuse to use CVS's because the coupons always get stuck and then you have to pull this oman off the register to fix it or for some other stupid problem. I made a complaint with the 800 Walgreens number. The whole situation was weird as I was told my order processed through the Hicksville store who said they had no records in their system of the order even though it was showing out for delivery. Both stores told me they could not look up my order by the order number. I want to know if the Islandia store has a manager named Moses? He needs to be fired since he doesn't know the procedures for online deliveries.

There was no line on the other side, yet I still waited. Eventually, a young woman approached and asked if I needed help. I told her I would like to speak with the pharmacist. When the pharmacist came over, her facial expression alone made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Her demeanor and lack of customer service were disappointing. I asked if she could recommend something for my 14-year-old who was experiencing flu-like symptoms, and all she said was "Tylenol." She did not ask a single follow-up question about his symptoms, nor did she direct me to the appropriate aisle. I'm glad I didn't rely on her advice because I went to another aisle myself and found something more appropriate for his symptoms. My point is this: when working with the public whether as a cashier or a pharmacist professionalism is essential. You chose this career, knowing it involves interacting with customers. Whatever kind of day you're having should not interfere with the quality of service you provide.
