They don't carry IC anymore, which makes me sad, but they had another brand of heat protection. It was double the price of IC, but oh well. I did get extra color for future use, so it wasn't an inexpensive trip, but I am all set for the time being. A most productive trip. While tubes of color and bottles of developer require more effort than box kits, the results are often better. I mix two or sometimes three shades to get exactly what I want. Sally's allows me to do that easily.

I originally booked an appointment and had to cancel once. They rescheduled me for Monday, but unfortunately, I couldn't leave home as early as planned because my babysitter had an unexpected issue and arrived late. I ended up being only 15 minutes late. When I arrived, they refused to see me and told me I would have to pay again because, according to them, they had already rescheduled my appointment twice and this was part of their policy. I find this absolutely ridiculous. I was only 15 minutes late because I could not leave my baby home alone, and I was already at their door. They showed absolutely no flexibility or understanding. They still charged me and refused to refund my money. This is exactly how businesses lose good clients. I could have spent significantly more money there in the future, but instead of using common sense and showing a little understanding, they chose to lose a customer over a 15-minute delay. I will never go back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their policies feel designed to take your money rather than provide good customer service. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values its clients. SCAM PLACE

After all of that , the owner and staff remained professional and calm. Not a word was mentioned about this nasty customer after she left.
