Very poor way of doing business. They have no respect for people's time.

The spa was very relaxing and very modern. The office staff was very kind and especially accommodating to my schedule. The ONLY reason for the lack of 5 stars was that my undressing and dressing time was deducted from my massage time. I am accustomed to getting a 60 minute massage for 60 minutes, not 45. Maybe it's how they do things up here, first time for a massage upstate for me. Other than that, everything else was amazing.
