I brought my glass mason jar (a sauce jar I cleaned and reused) and the women filled it for me. It was a little more expensive than what I would normally spend on conditioner (bc I normally buy the cheap whatever is on sale) BUT it made my hair smell and feel AMAZING. My hair is damaged from years of coloring but it made it look so healthy. I will be coming here with my jar from now on. I can't wait to get the shampoo! And try more of thier products. I first went to her as I was taking Pilates classes across the hall, some of the ladies in the class said she was great and I should try a facial. So I did. The room is beautiful, clean, and tranquil and you are always greeted with a smile. It's a little oasis in the middle of Islip. Brabara was able to point out exactly what was going on with my skin and after one facial with a light therapy session I saw results straight away. I was hooked. She doesn't push products, but she will recommend some if you ask her, when she does LISTEN! She carries a variety of different brands, and is able to, off the top of her head tell you exactly what is in each product, what the ingredients do and why it will or won't work for you. I try to go every 6 weeks, if it's possible. I have cut down the amount of products I use on my skin, now I am only using what I get from her, (because I've realized she knows my skin much better than anyone at a beauty counter ever will) and my skin has never looked better. Oh and most definitely ask her about her hyaluronic serum. It's a serious game changer. I'm addicted! I use it as a moisturizer, it hydrates your skin, makes it glow, plumps it up, there's nothing it doesn't do. I can't say enough good things about it!! When asking why she told me she needed to cover a few gray hairs she saw and she needed to do this .. horrible experience I have been coloring my hair for over fifty years longer than the girl or stylist age I was consulting. She tells me she needed to add this color otherwise the few hairs would not be covered. Amazing never happened to me but if she felt that ways she should of asked me because my hair is very fine and I do not have much of it. The result was horrible and nothing like the patch color I picked. In fact sample she showed me was not available when I came back. Amazing.
