The courteous gentleman on the phone made sure that the medication was dropped off at my door the same day! I'm a long time Babylon resident and used this pharmacy for years and never had any issues. In fact, just like this time, they always go above and beyond what would be considered good service. I asked them to refund the $5 tip I left the driver they said they would. I called about 4 hours later and I was yelled at by a female employee who said I have to stop calling and that how great they were to me and then I was hung up on. Every call was justified and if they weren't incompetent I would never of called to begin with. In the past they shorted me pills for a colonoscopy so I had to cancel . Nathan, the pharmacist is aware of everything and always acknowledges customers. I was floored that he knew my name! There is never a wait and I get a text when my prescription is ready. He was a pleasure to talk to. The store associate was helpful, too, asking me if there was anything she could help me with. What I especially like about this pharmacy is that it is open on Sundays although only for four hours. Costco Pharmacy, where I usually get my medications filled, is not open that day. The only negative about New Island Pharmacy is that it is quite small, and parking is tight.
