I get Mac foundation and Clinique face wash from here every single time that I go. Both are substantially cheaper here than they are at other cosmetic stores. My 12/30/14 visit was no different, except that once I was ready to pay, I stood there several minutes while an older lady was reading something behind the register. Never looking up or acknowledging me. Finally, another older lady approaches and proceeds to wait on me. The first lady says to the other "she calls in more than she works" and then they proceed to chat about the apparent fellow employee... completely unprofessional. If I hadn't had so many good experiences at this place, or had it have been a first impression, I might not have ever returned. Get it together ladies!

An Ulta associate has the same skin type as myself: dry, sensitive & acne-prone. If you have the skin type, you know how difficult it is to find products that won't irritate nor break out. She's was such a sweetheart and we chatted, asked me for the skincare routine--we have similar products we both use and I was excited to finally have someone who understood! Ifykyk :) I purchased it, tried it for a week and I was back at Ulta returning it. Unfortunately, it broke me out and I'm back to square one. My hunt haven't stopped, but I want to say even tho, having similar skin types, products may or may not work depending on how your skin reacts. Ulta, if you're reading this. Please expand your inventory here like you have at your other locations with larger populations. I understand Sevier is small, but it's growing. I hope you grow your inventory. The staff were all so kind and helpful. While I was waiting for my appointment, one of the women showed me these awesome products they carry that are not only makeup, but sunscreen as well. Essentially, I could go to the beach with a full face of makeup and not smell like traditional sunscreen or look greasy. I love that. The walls of this place are decorated with gorgeous art and in some of the rooms you can see the original brick walls of the building showing. The Diamond Glow treatment itself was not painful at all, but gave me the result of cleaned out pores. The suction takes out all the gook and replaces it with the serum of your skin professional's choosing (my serum was a hydrating one). The entire treatment was short enough to fall in my lunch hour, and was non abrasive enough for me to walk out and show the world my cleaned face. This is truly a luxury experience. Anything you want, coffee, tea, water, a more youthful complexion, can all be given to you here. I will definitely be back for more sessions.

Did they care, ABSOLUTELY NOT. Many other customers were having the same problem we were. They did NOT know how to credit VA insurance, yet, they are part of the preferred network. F* these guys. BTW, one of the prescriptions was $199, and we were told it would be $89. Another one was over $300. I will say they did have reasonable costs for Augmentin & Prednisone. They still get one star because of how inconsiderate they are of people's time. They ruined our night!
