Always courteous. Our pharmacist is thorough and helpful. Drive thru is open when it should be!

My husband and I have been on an extended road trip, and it had not yet been time to refill one of my prescription drugs back home. However, I would run out of the Rx that I take daily when we reached Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. I requested a transfer from my hometown CVS to this CVS in Pigeon Forge. They texted me on a Wednesday that the Rx was ready for pickup. Due to a few days of rain, I didn't make it into the store until Saturday for pickup. Upon arrival on Saturday, I learned the Rx had been returned to stock because of my slow pick up. (Only 3 days later). The pharmacist told me that she could refill it again in only 5-10 minutes. I went to pick up a few more items and within a minute or two, I was being called for my pickup in the pharmacy. Pros: * easy transfer of prescription between CVSs. * friendly and helpful staff. *plentiful parking. Cons: * quick to put Rx back into stock if not picked up quickly. * Regular-priced items are expensive if not on sale or using loyalty card. * store is sited in a congested intersection. read more

Rude staff. Stood around talking while ignoring the fact I needed to check out . Told my kids husband there was no restroom and proceeded to tell someone else where the restroom was. I get it, it's a tourist town but do better. read more

Usually have what I need! The pharmacist is a hard worker he puts in many hours to make that place work and I appreciate it

It seems like we always forget something when we do last minute/short getaways. Anything we have ever forgotten, we have been able to find at a CVS. Example...today we are on a toothpaste run. read more

This particular CVS has really gone downhill. The cashier gets pissy when you tell her you aren't interested in joining the savings club they try to push on you. She shakes her head in disbelief and says I will save $10 on the purchase. I am not joining a savings club to get $10 off then get charged $5 monthly to be a member when I hardly shop there anymore. As far as inventory, the shelves seem to be stocked, The cleanliness of the inside the store is ok, but the exterior is horrid. There is trash everywhere including used condoms. The lines for parking spaces are basically nonexistent so you really don't know if you are parking where you should be. The lines need to be repainted. Both of these issues have been a problem for years so don't blame Covid. Have some pride in your fricking store! read more

Got in and out quickly. They had everything I needed. They seem to be well stocked. I liked that they had two self checkouts. It's larger than most cvs I'm used to, so the layout was a bit confusing. But overall it's good place to stop. It is pricey, but that's to be expected in a tourist town. read more

I am visiting from out of town and a prescription for a Plan not covered by BCBS of Florida. Your pharmacist Courtney Royal and Pharm Tech went above and beyond. Asked me good questions which triggered conversation about probiotics I needed! The staff also helped with questions I had Urgent Care Centers!!! Whatever they are doing as a team needs to be taught to other CVS locations! read more

Very disappointed in CVS. Luggage was lost and prescription of Crestor was in my bag. I had three pills left to last me three weeks. CVS is my pharmacy so I went in there to get a 30 day prescription to last me till I got home. They would not help me. They girl at the counter said I would be fine without them. They said that since I do the mail in thru CVS that they could not help me. Horrible way to do business. Will not go back !! read more

I had to transfer a prescription from express scripts, the girl was very knowledgeable no problems I was very very impressed. I didn't actually do any shopping but the store itself looked very clean and the staff smiled and seemed friendly. read more

Put me on hold for 45 minutes just to come back on the phone and be a smart ass and not even try to help me.

They were out of every kind of the medicine I needed and the employee was more concerned with helping a coworker then the customers waiting.

Went in today and had excellent customer service! Marc especially took the time to help my disabled dad and I find exactly what we needed! He led us to each place in the store that had the things we were looking for and even took the time to check that the products were going to suit is perfectly! Extremely satisfied with the visit by this location! We are out of town so it was great to have such welcoming customer service while away from home!
