I went to R & Co Salon today to get a hair cut. I did not have an appointment. When I got there,…read morethere were no customers in the shop. I walked in and asked if I could get a haircut. I was told there was no one to do walk-ins. I asked if they could cut my hair at that time. The lady said no, that i had to have an appointment and the next appointment was on Thursday. I was the only customer in the salon at that time. I have been getting my hair cut at this Ross the Boss for many years and the lady I spoke with didn't know who I was. I was probably in the salon for 15 min and could have gotten a hair cut during that time. I was hurt that they didn't know me since I hade been getting my hair cut there for so many years. I told her never mind and went to Sport Clips. I didn't have an appointment there either. I was able to get my hair cut in 8 min at Sport Clips. I will not be getting my hair cut at this R & Co Salon in the future. I am very disappointed.
