I do not understand the purpose of a pharmacy that tends to be out of stock about 1/3 of the time. The people tend to be friendly but this place is not convenient despite being the closest locations. Again over a week of something being on back order. Medication is supposed to be consisten. I'm frustrated that this is a continual issue for my partner and I. I'm done buying cards for them. My christmas cards came out horrible color was so faded. I decided to give them one more try and once again the color on the cards printed is horrible. Our faces look red. The card doesn't even line up correctly when they folded it. Such crap quality. Take your photo printing some where else. read more

Best Walgreens ever! The people who work here are amazingly excellent! Anyone on here complaining about them being understaffed, or about the photo department, is a loser who should get a life. understaffed and the staff I do see hangs by the cereal boxes. Ordered pictures online and received confirmation to save time and pick up at the drive thru. went there and they lost the pics and then 20 min later they found them but couldn't give them to me because they needed a new ticket - paid online- just give me the ticket- waited another 10 min for a ticket I didn't need. next time I'll go to photo- where nobody works at until Christmas season. they sent me a customer satisfaction survey that I filled out and never heard back, just stay away from their drive thru window cuz like Tom petty said 'the waiting is the hardest part' read more

This is for the pharmacy side. The service is good and all the employees are nice and helpful. They just need more staff as their always short handed. With a drive thru and an inside counter, you need more than 2 techs working. Especially during the busiest times of the day. read more

This has to be the worst Walgreen's location. I will order my refills with more notice than necessary, and there is a 99% guarantee that it will be backordered and they have to either delay filling it or give me a different dosage altogether. When a prescription needs confirmation from my doctor, it seems like it takes them forever to get this done in comparison to my experiences at other locations. I've never had these issues at any other Walgreen's. Not to mention, this Walgreen's is super outdated and old compared to most locations. Their pharmacy window is legit falling apart as it opens. Really long wait at all times. Turned in a prescription at 2:00 and told them I'd be back at 5:00 to pick up. Not ready at 5:00, or when I went back at 6:00 then not 100 percent ready when I went back at 6:45. Spent a total of 2 hours waiting at Walgreens today. The staff is friendly and I feel bad for them, but need to add more staff or figure out a way to speed this up. This is not my only negative experience at this Walgreens. read more

Employees were very rude. I tried to buy cough medicine for my sickness and I was underage, so I couldn't buy it which is understandable. At that point, I was not angry. The service here was fine, but I'm totally disappointed in the quality of my 4x6 prints I ordered here. The images were of good quality, but the prints appear pixilated and much of the images border was cropped out. Easily the worst prints I've ever received. Fortunately, they were inexpensive, but if you want quality prints, do not go to this location. read more

My mother was visiting from out of town . While unpacking at 8 pm at night she realized she forgot the mouthpiece and tubing for her nebulizer. I called two pharmacies to get a replacement piece since she has COPD And needed to use the nebulizer ASAP .The first one, a CVS, the one I must use for my medications, told me I would have to call a medical supplies office. This Walgreens went above and beyond , asking questions to figure out exactly what I needed and then helping me find one that fitted. As it was they had it in stock and a possible medical emergency was averted. Hats off to Walgreens, I will bring my business to them whenever possible! read more

The slowest pharmacy service on the planet and rude customer service. Stood in line for 45 minutes to pick up subscription last month. Now waiting in 'drive thru' line for 20 minutes and still two cars in front of me. You also cannot call the pharmacy directly; you get routed to a call center! CVS across the street is speedy, friendly, direct answers calls and are knowledgeable. If not restricted by insurance, I would never come here for my kids scripts again. read more

Yesterday I was at this Spring St. Location with my grandmother as she was expecting to receive her flu vaccine. Upon arriving in the pharmacy Department (which is all re done) we proceeded to the "Line" while waiting there for a tech to help us we were asked VERY RUDLY, by the Pharmacist sitting in her chair "may I help you!?" I told her that my grandmother would like to receive the flu vaccine. Within a moment, a tech walked over and asked what he could help me with again told I them, she would like to get her flu shot. He asked the usual information on name, date of birth and proceeded to print out the paperwork I would need to fill out for her to receive her vaccine. I was handed the paper work and was told, "here is your receipt, please fill out questions 1-14, and when done, had it to the Pharmacist." Ok, done. The questions were filled out, the paper was signed. In the meantime my grandmother mentioned to me to make sure she will be receiving the high does as she has for the last couple years. I handed the paper work over to the pharmacist and asked her, "this is the high does correct?" The tech immediately walked over and said, "Oh, we are out of the high dose". REALLY! Shouldn't I have been told upon arriving to the Pharmacy dept., when asked how I can be helped, and I mentioned the flu vaccine knowing the elderly should receive the high does that then I should have been told, We are out of the high does!? Instead I was not told until I asked and then was told It by the tech that they should have them in a week or so, but the Pharmacist said be sure to call we don't really know when we will receive them. Prior to being told when they would receive them the Pharmacist said, "We can give her the reg. dose, the high dose is basically for people who are prone or more likely to become sick". REALLY, because the last I knew the elderly also should receive the high dose! Why would a pharmacist recommend something when we all know the high dose is what was has been recommended by prior pharmacists, and the doc and what she has been receiving the last few years? Needless to say I was very un-happy with the way this situation was handled as it should have been mentioned right away, they were out of them. This is not the first time I have had issues with this Pharmacy. I then took my grandmother to the Randall location and there she was in and out and received the correct high dose vaccine in no time. read more
